Opened a new salon location - stressful job that they completed with tons of knowledge and care. Brandon was the main guy on the job with extra help from the team, pleasure to have them around. Ricky and his crew came to re-pipe my house after my insurance company didn't want to cover the old galvanized pipes any longer. I was amazed by their ability to remove the old materials and work within the existing structure with minimal need for drywall repair or exposed pipes. They provided pictures and met all criteria to make getting reinsured a breeze. Showed up on time and all plumbers were both knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. No more leaky tub faucet or worrying what's going on behind the scenes for me thanks to Forthright Plumbing.

The crew sent out was actually available early because the first job was short. They called ahead to ensure this was ok. They were super nice and scoped out the issue. Called day before Christmas Eve with an urgent issue - no one else was helping. Finally reached out to my network and they got mentioned repeatedly. Called them, pleasant and came over with came over within a couple hours-during my lunch no less which was perfect! Doing a great job so far so definitely refreshing to deal with this company. Jason called to say he was running ahead of schedule and could come earlier if we would like. He showed up promptly as discussed, quickly identified the issue, left briefly to pick up a part, returned and installed the part. He performed a few tests and asked me to inspect his work. Everything was great. Most importantly, Jason did not try to sell me a new bathroom.he was very personable.

I had an excellent experience with this company. Brandon was extremely professional and I absolutely love his mannerisms. Brandon and his partner spent some time trying to fix my leaking shower. They were patient and very courteous during the process. When I asked a question they knew exactly how to answer and was extremely knowledgeable. I needed a hot water heater installed to save a closing on a fix and flip. Within 5 minutes I had a price and it scheduled for the very next day. Office is very polite and knowledgeable. The guys that came out were Dylan and Brandon and they were flawless with their work & very professional. This company down right exceeded expectations. I reached out to Ricky, owner of Forthright Plumbing in distress regarding some plumbing that was done incorrectly by someone else. Ricky arranged for Jason & his partner to come the very next day. The repairs included Rough & trim plumbing for a shower and bath tub area. The following day the bathrooms were tiled etc, so I really appreciated his prompt service. Jason was extremely professional & pleasant (He puts his heart into his work) His partner was pleasant as well. Overall it was a wonderful experience & quality work. I would definitely recommend.

This was the second service call because we were so pleased with the first call to swap out our water heater. This time Ricky hooked up our new sink, dw, disposal and water line to the refrigerator which were all rearranged due to a kitchen remodel.
