The Spectrum technician showed up as scheduled, and with little advance request from me. He was courteous and explained what he thought was the problem. It cost a bit more than I was hoping for, but then what doesn't these days. So far so good with the operation of the door. No problems noticed after about 2 weeks since the repair. Hopefully, this trend continues!

I can't give enough praises to your company. I had called and spoke with Mike after I had already called someone else out to give us a quote on our damaged garage door. After my garage door wouldn't rise due to a busted spring. Spectrum Overhead Door replaced the old spring system from Wayne Dalton and got my garage door working in no time. The Technician they sent was so great, he was both skilled and professional. I was impressed that he immediately opened the broken garage door and removed my car prior to starting work. Earlier that day a competitor company said they couldn't open the garage door and wanted to repair the door with the car in the garage.

I'm so glad I waited for Spectrum to come and do the work. Although it was a little more that I had budgeted for the repair, I was left with no regrets and was quite satisfied at having a working garage again.

We have a garage with a 10' ceiling and wanted our garage door to go as high as possible to accommodate a car lift so that I can store more cars. Kody and his crew worked very hard to make the modifications and it is perfect. We liked their work and attitude so much we also used Spectrum to add an 18'x9' tall garage door to our second garage. The door came out perfect.

I asked friends about a garage door company and was told about Spectrum Overhead. I called today at 3:15p and asked about a quote. Travis scheduled an appointment between 4:30-5:30p. Jorge showed up around 5p. He replaced the rollers and spring after explaining what needed to be done. The price quoted was much less than I expected. He then hooked up my garage door opener and adjusted it. I highly recommend this company if you have garage door needs!!
