Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning technician provided a prompt, comprehensive, competitive quote and was happy to quote on various options and brands. After we accepted the quote we had a few questions and he answered those quickly and clearly. The installation was efficient and the guys were polite and tidy.

It turned out there was a problem with one of the parts, and so we needed to have it repaired. he contacted the manufacturer for us and sorted it out as quickly as possible. Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning installed my original ac unit many years ago, and when it needed replacing I got them to supply and fit the replacement units. I have a maintenance contract with them and they visit twice a year for a service. I've always been happy with the service, the engineers are prompt and friendly.

Very friendly and helpful. The 1st technician diagnosed the issue and explained everything in detail. A 2nd technician had to come the next day and perform the repairs. Both were excellent. Job was done well and my a/c is working great.

I know this is not normal, but my forced air heater went out. I called, several companies, nothing for days in some cases. I called Pacific, they had a cancellation that morning and I had a tech in 45 minutes. The unit was repaired in 2 hours (needed a part) Nevertheless, I realize this is close to a supernatural occurrence, but I'm passing it along as a Cudo's anyway! Sometimes good things like this do happen.sometimes!

The young guy came to service our Air-con. He did a great job. He was also polite and friendly as well as respectful of our home. I would recommend Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning.

I chose Pacific Coast to install a new HVAC system. As luck would have it an intermittent issue developed with the AC unit. After numerous service visits by various teams, Juan G got involved and continued to attempt to resolve the issue and and did. I am now a happy camper. Why 5 stars based on an issue. Any company or individual can succeed when things go well. It is how they react to an issue. An intermittent problem is the worst type of issue to resolve.

Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning tech quoted initially, provided a quote quickly, and once job was accepted booked it in to be installed within 10 days- in the middle of a heat wave! The install guys were efficient, clean & tidy. Tech followed up with me on completion to ensure customer satisfaction which I very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company.

Our apartment complex hired this company to fix our ac. We had issues last year Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning it without a problem. We had more issues this year and air fixed it again. In just a few mins they had us up and running. So glad they finally called professionals. Maintenance told us it was normal temperature for an upstairs apartment. The team in here in a few minutes. Pacific Coast Heating and Air Conditioning tech came and quoted the job which was 1 of 3 I received and the cheapest. Full ducted system with 4 zones. They came on my nominated day to install as I am time poor and the tradesman were very polite, professional and extremely fast. My house was left clean and tidy and the new system is amazing. Well worth checking this company out.

These guys were fantastic! The dispatch lady I spoke too was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to make sure she could schedule somebody to come out and fix my home A/C HVAC system the same morning. The A/C repairman was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He not only fixed my system but cleaned my A/C coils and flushed my drainage pipe at no charge. I would highly recommend National Air and Heat to anybody needing home A/C and HVAC service/repair!

I called about 8:30am today, (8/18) for A/C repair during this heatwave, and was fortunate enough to get a 10am-12pm slot due to a cancellation. The technician, Jose showed up at 9:50am (points for being early!) and quickly went to work. Unfortunately, these days HVAC's aren't made like they're used to. My Goodman HVAC is only about 5-6 years old.

Fan stopped working, which is why cold air wasn't blowing. Technician fixed and left my home about an hour after arrival. Jose was also very polite, respectful of personal property and professional, explaining everything.

Our heat died suddenly at the start of the week of Christmas, with us having parties planned (not a good time to need something like this repaired). I called a number of different companies on a Saturday morning and these guys were the *only* ones that even returned the call. Service was prompt, they got our furnace running again and at a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Honest, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We have an older wall heater, circa 1949 that had a leaking line valve (how scary). We reached out to Pacific Coast HVAC and spoke with Andrew, he immediately sent a tech out to come have a look at it. Jose (the tech) was nothing short of skilled and professional: he diagnosed the issue and got straight to work.a little dusting off; and a couple of replacement parts later, our old heater is now as good (and SAFE) as new!

I used this company for the first time when I needed to have a heater repair done. My AC was working but my heater was not blowing any hot air so I scheduled an appointment with a technician. They came out on time as promised and got my heater fixed. The guy who came out, Andrew I believe his name was, was friendly and explained exactly what was going on with my heater and how he could fix it. He had it up and running before he left and the pricing was very reasonable.

Thank you Javier and Junior for a great installation. Very professional and polite gentlemen. If it wasn't for the yelps review, I wouldn't have found Pacific Coast. Andrew in the office was very helpful and was able to schedule Jose to come out and meet with my Dad in Arleta the next day to give us an estimate on a new unit. After receiving the estimate I had notified Jose that I had two other bids coming in as well and would let him know my decision at the end of day.

After reviewing and discussing the costs, my family and I decided to move forward with Pacific. Best choice ever! They were able to fit me in with-in the same week. First of all, it is about 10am on 6/20/16. I live in the San Fernando Valley and my AC went out yesterday afternoon, on a hot a$$ day! Today is supposed to be worse, around 110 degrees! So I made several calls to different companies since 730am to get service for my AC unit today, ASAP and with a hurry! No one could do it until tomorrow. I got a hold of Pacific Coast around 8am and by 9am, I had AC again. Luckily they had someone around my area and they were able to come pretty quickly.

I am extremely pleased with the availability and effort to work with me to get a nice, friendly and fast service. These guys are awesome and I would definitely recommend them.

It's all good with these guys. Ask for Jose - he did an excellent job fixing our heater. Also did a really good job of regular maintenance on our unit. We had to replace a circuit board, which cost a friend of ours needing similar repairs hundreds of dollars more. Totally trustworthy and professional.
