Valera and Svetlana are the kind of people you want to invite into your home. We had our hardwood floors refinished and in adjacent rooms tile and carpet removed with new hardwood installed to match. The craftsmanship and care with which this was done is unparalleled. Our floors old and new match perfectly. I was unsure of the color I wanted to go with and they were instrumental in helping me achieve the exact look I wanted, by interpreting my vision and providing me with the actual choices put down on my own floors.

They were patient and helpful talking through the pros and cons and accommodating to my requests. The flush wood vents are so pretty. We LOVE our floors! Valera's workmanship is truly a work of art. Doing things how they should be done and never cutting corners is a rare quality to find today. His commitment to detail and quality surpassed our expectations.

While they were not the cheapest estimate we had, we feel they are definitely the BEST in regards to quality, honesty, and value! Our floors were done when they said they would be and even more beautiful than I imagined. Almost a year later, I still find myself admiring them daily.

Wow! What a fantastic experience it was to work with European Fine Hardwood Floors. I purchased a home while living out of state. My parents were present to receive quotes for having our floors refinished. We chose EFH due to the timeliness of quote, the professionalism displayed at the time of providing the quote and the information provided during estimation re: the system used to refinish the floors. EFH made the whole process simple and easy even from 1000 miles away.

There were multiple finishes in the home and significant damage to the finishes; the floors now look brand new! The dustless system that they use also kept the house clean while they were completing the project. They took great care to repair several transitions in the house as well as floor vents. We have a walkway across our balcony that joins two other bedrooms (which we decided not to have refinished), and he matched the stain perfectly with the old stain. Val and his crew did a beautiful job on our living room, dining room and 2 staircases. He is a super hard worker and so is his crew. We love our floors and would highly recommend him for any hardwood floor project. Val took extra time and attention to try to match our existing hardwood floor and grain that was almost 40 years old in our entryway and den. We asked for a high gloss finish, which was unusual, and Val did that for us and it looks absolutely gorgeous! We've had lots of compliments on our floors.

Valera and his wife, Svetlana, did an absolutely beautiful job laying new hardwood and sanding and refinishing all of the hardwood floors in my home. He also fixed some of the subfloor which was damaged from a water leak (thanks to our dog who has learned how to turn on faucets). Valera is a true craftsman who takes pride in his work. They were professional, always on time, reasonably priced and use quality equipment.

European Fine Hardwood Floors installed and site-finished hardwood flooring throughout 2/3rd's of our home. European Fine Hardwoods just refinished the floors in our house, and we couldn't be happier! They were in really rough shape, and we were worried it would be a tough job for somebody. They made them look brand new, though! There was no dust, and they were in communication with us the whole time, making sure we were happy. HIGHLY recommend!

We had a water leak that ruined our hard wood floors in the kitchen. As a result, our entire first floor had to be sanded down, stained and sealed. Valeria not only ensured that the floor was dry enough to do the work, he replaced the warped wood. Our floor was a mixture of white and red oak, making it difficult to achieve a consistent color to the stain. Valeria made everything match perfectly.

The knowledge, expertise, and quality craftsmanship was above and beyond what we expected. They worked with us on schedule, desire of product, color, and finish. Valera and Andre did a fabulous job on our floors. We had about 400 sq ft of existing red oak in our foyer, hallway, partial dining room, and staircase in a color we didn't like. We had them install new unfinished red oak to the rest of the downstairs and refinish it all to match in a fresh new color - now it looks like a brand new home! They were very accommodating to our schedule and to any issues we came across during the project. Oh, and opt for the flush wood floor registers.they really look sharp! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

Had a great experience with European Fine Hardwood Floors. A family company who I was happy to have in my home. Great quality work, they take no shortcuts. They worked very long hours for several days to get the floors finished so our remodeling project could move forward. We switched up the plan on them and asked them to retile our laundry room, it was done very promptly and looks just as good as the hardwood. If you want quality work done and it's important to you to have people in your home you can trust, I would highly recommend this company. We won't use anyone else
