Prices are great and lower then other companies in the area. Our technician showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be continuing with their services.

Their administrative staff is amazing. They are always so kind and helpful. We had issues with termites and had to have them come out multiple times. We only had to pay once and then are covered for a year. They've always come within a week of us calling for assistance. Everyone who has helped us has been incredible. Would give more stars if I could!

It's been awhile I think I reviewed this company before, it's always reliable and affordable. Called for service last week (I personally don't care for contracts like so many Az companies are doing) tech Matthew was great, used booties for the interior then went outside prepped yard for my new puppy coming in next week or two.

Just got started with them today and couldn't be happier. They worked around my schedule. Sent text reminder about appointment and texted 30 minutes prior to arrival. Skylar was very friendly, professional and explained how they do things in depth. Checked in with me when he was sone and when to expect them back.

We scheduled Bill's Pest to address an ant issue we were having inside the home. Zach is extremely knowledgable, did a thorough inspection and treatment and explained everything very well! We're very pleased to have him do our ongoing service. He's also personable and respectful, which we appreciate.

Skyler came to my house to eliminate the pest that was inside one of my walls, making significant noise in trying to claw its way out. After he made a complete exterior inspection including the roof, I was glad to hear it was probably not a mouse. Without making any holes in the wall to find it, he removed the electric outlet cover plate & discovered a large bug stuck inside the electric outlet box. Skyler easily dispatched it & problem solved.

He then said no charge for this visit. What? I was so happy with his service, I asked what other item he could do while he was here -- he mentioned a house exterior & interior spray for $95. I had him do that for my further piece of mind & as a thank you to his company. He never tried to sell me anything. What a great company & technician - I will use Bill's Pest Control going forward.

Wayne was very knowledgeable and did a very thorough job. He was extremely accommodating and polite in answering my questions. I really did appreciate him and his expertise. The office staff is just wonderful and always helpful. Just love these people!

Bill's Pest & Termite Control (BPTC) are wonderful. I assumed annual termite inspections after purchasing my home from the developer. When I spotted termite signs, BP&T sent out a technician ASAP. Wayne Perry, the technician, bore into my garage floor so the pesticide would be delivered under the slab. Afterwards, Wayne patched the small bore holes. Around the base of the home, Wayne dug a narrow trench to ensure the pesticide would penetrate deep enough into the soil. For these reasons, I recommend BPTC.

The tech that was sent out was very professional on time and price was good. Very happy with the service provided.

Multiple vendors responded to my request for a quote for a termite inspection. Bills Pest Termite Control offered the best value. I contacted them on a Friday and Bridget arrived to do the inspection on Monday as scheduled. Bridget was professional and effectively completed the job. I got the inspection report for my lender from her within minutes. I was able to conveniently pay the invoice online. Based on my experience, I recommend Bills Pest Termite Control.

I've been a customer of Bill's for many years now. They've always stand by their work, and do the job RIGHT the first time! Pricing is VERY fair, first time treatment guarantees the work for a year. Who does that? I Needed their services to address a termite infestation at my mom's house, in which we're in the process of selling. Steph(Jeremy) was prompt, thorough, and pointed out particular trouble spots. I've never had anything less than outstanding service from Bill's Pest and Termite! I've been so grateful to them over the years for taking care of my own home, and the confidence in having them tackle my mom's place. Trust no other!

Initially they seemed like they'd be a good company and were going to be who I gave my business to because I liked that they didn't soak the inside of the property with pesticide and they were reasonably priced. However, in the process of interviewing companies through Yelp they stopped responding and never got back to me. I needed a company within the week because I'm in the middle of a renovation and wanted the voids at the base of the walls which are usually hidden by baseboards treated before I put the baseboards back up.

They never got back to me so I went with another company which was more responsive. I imagine they're a good company but might be a bit busy to respond right away. I like their idea of not coating the inside of the house in chemicals. Perhaps when my contract with the other company is up I'll give Bill's another try.

Even though we haven't had any problems since we originally called, Bill the service tech was here on time, thorough and considerate. If we have further issues we will continue to use your service.

I found out that being forgot about was partially covid related, I've increased my review to 5 stars due to this and due to how dedicated they have been recently to resolve my issue. Bills has been very helpful, kind and understanding of my situation.

Bills Pest service has been a pleasure working with I had some concerns about treatment of some she'd she'd areas, when the unit was first treated I was in process of purchasing the home and hadn't received the keys to open everything up! We called the office and they had Curtis come back right away to treat the shed area's. Curtis was very pleasant and professional and took care of everything for us! Will is always friendly and takes pride in his work. He’s very thorough, takes time to knock down spider webs and look for ants around the house. Staff is always pleasant and helpful when I need to call the office.

From one star to 5. Bill’s came through for us in the end. They sent a big truck and spent over 4 hours spraying and treating termites in the attic and throughout the home. Initially we were told they don’t go in the attic, but the guy who came out was very thorough and went all up in all the spots of the attic. Perhaps there was a miscommunication with office personnel but the job was done and the technician was extremely kind and professional. Thanks Bill for handling this for my mom!

A very honest, up-front, and reasonable company! Provided a detailed estimate regarding the termite issues we had and even took time to compare and explain the difference between his estimate and another company's which was nearly twice as much. When the third company came, I asked that gentleman to compare all 3 estimates and the explanation aligned with what I had been told by the representative from Bill's Pest.

My husband and I selected Bill's Pest Termite Control to complete their service, and have been very happy with the results. There is no up-selling to persuade the purchase of any additional services in order to discount their price, because the price was already extremely reasonable! The technicians arrived on time and were very respectful. The job ended up needing 2 appointments due to having such a full garage, but no extra charge was applied for the second trip.

It has been nearly one month since their initial visit and no sign of new tubes. I let the estimator know that we are considering moving within the year, and he informed me that the warranty will transfer to the new buyer. He also mentioned that if we were considering any type of flooring replacement, to let them know when and they would have someone out to inspect the foundation for any sign of hidden termite activity. I appreciated this additional insight that I wouldn't have even thought of! It's this kind of service and dedication that customers desire, but don't often receive!

This company was great from start to finish in a situation I wasn't overly happy with. No body like those tubes or vent holes but you have to deal with them. I highly recommend this company over Terminex or Orkin who gave me twice the price quote for equal service. You can also choose to go cheap, which I did a few years ago until I called the right people. Thanks Bill and professional team.

After researching termite companies five years ago, we discovered Bill's. The company did a thorough, efficient job, and their warranty is worth the investment.

Don't bother calling anyone else if you have a termite problem. Micheal was on time (actually conveniently early!) and he was courteous and took great care while he worked. Spotless clean up too. If only everyone operated like Bill's!

We were having issues with roaches and scorpions. We called and Jerome was out first thing the next morning. He was right on time, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. He really took the time and made sure he sprayed our yard very good in every nook and cranny. We will be requesting him in the future and highly recommend him.

I was very happy with the service I received from Bills Pest Termite Control. I was responded to promptly by Lisa in the office. The first service technician came out on time for the estimate and explained everything thoroughly and provide me a comprehensive estimate. The two technicians that came out to do the work were very nice guys and did a great job. Overall, I give them an A+.

Looked at a few places, called a few got no response form many. When I called bills some one answered promptly and they came out in the next few days. I spoke with the gentleman that come out and he pointed out signs of termites, which is why I called them. He also pointed out areas where the previous company didnt make any mention of termite signs.

Once bills was was done going over the treatment plan, chemicals they use etc. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment.I called another company. That company which is big and heavily advertised on the radio, wanted to sell me a ton of extra services. Bills didnt do this. The tech that came out to do the treatment was on time and was professional. He answered all my questions. I would call bills again based off this experience.

I called Bills pest control because I was worried about termites. They sent someone the next working day. He was professional thorough and took the time to walk me through and show me his findings. I did require a treatment and we were able to schedule for the very next morning. My technicians arrived on schedule and were also polite and thorough.

When work was complete the warranty was explained and next steps were discussed. The price for treatment seemed very fair and I am completely thrilled with my entire experience. I always try to use local businesses when possible and this is a shining example of why.

I wasn't sure where I should leave the review. But I just moved into my new rental home in January, shortly afterwards we found out our property that we were renting was infested with ticks. I called Bill's Pest Control who advised they needed to do 3 sprays to get rid of the problem. You guys sent out Summer, and she was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable, honest, and she got the job done.

She came when she said she would, she advised us what to expect, gave us some helpful tips, and the sprays were reasonably priced. We just finish having our house treated. The termite inspector, Jon, gave us a full explanation of what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. They answered all of our questions. They gave us a very reasonable price quote. When technician, Mike, came out to do the treatment everything went smoothly. He actual got there a few minutes early. Looking at the garage, it is hard to tell that anything was done. The patch up just disappeared into the floor. Thank you very much to Bill's Pest & Termite for the great job!

The guys at Bills Pest Control arrived right on time and we're done in no time!!! They were very professional and left no mess. I was given a quote via email and it was the lowest out of all companies. The technician explained the whole process and gave me a breakdown of everything done and which chemicals were used. When we purchased our home we knew that we might have a termite problem. Which we indeed did have. We had Jonathan Logan come out and inspect our home and give us a quote. He was on time and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Michael Gartner came out and completed the termite service. Once again was on time and explained everything. I've never needed an exterminator until we purchased a house in the desert. Sadly, our house has (or should I say had) silverfish all year around and crickets in the summer months. My exterminator was Summer and she is amazing. As she thoroughly sprayed the interior and exterior of my house she explained what she was doing. She also took care of an ant problem in the backyard that I was trying to ignore. You can have them service your home monthly, bi monthly or as needed. I've already scheduled my next appointment.

I found some saw dust trails on my walls. I wasn't sure but deep down I knew I had termites. I searched around on the internet and read a lot of reviews and settled on calling Bills. They sent John out a couple days later and he inspected the whole house. It turned out it was not as serious as I had thought. He recommended the proper treatment and we scheduled it for the next week.

Two technicians came out and treated my whole house in a couple hours. Everything was done just as John told me it would be. They were very clean about everything and really nice guys. The price was very fair. I have to say I expected to pay more. I would really recommend this company and I would use them again if I needed to, but I hope I don't!

These guys are awesome!! I had a small termite problem at my property in Tempe. I had already had an inspection done by one of the larger companies and had Bill come out for a second opinion. Not only did he save me money, but he was very honest regarding the type of termites I had and the appropriate treatment. He did a spray treatment instead of the invasive and more expensive ground drilling treatment.

The gentleman who came out to do the treatment got the job done. I'm hoping they solved my problem, but said they will come out as many times as necessary to inspect and treat for the first year FOR FREE!! These guys gave me an incredible level of service, are priced well below the competition, and were able to put me at ease regarding my termite problem. I highly recommend this company!!
