Tim Anderson and the rest of the installation team were personable, professional, and performed the work at a very high level of craftsmanship resulting in a quality installation. The entire Weathertight staff from sales to installation scheduling answered all questions and keep us up to date as the project proceeded. Excellent job by all.

Weathertight was an excellent company to work with for my new storm front door and storm door. From the initial consultation, to designing our door, to the install, everything was done professionally with high quality. The added benefit of a lifetime guarantee provided peace of mind also. Extra kudos to our installer Ben, who is a true craftsmen.

We had several door companies provide estimates and decided to go with Weather Tight. From start to finish a very professional, customer-oriented experience. Everyone we encountered made a point of mentioning Tod & Todd. They're real dudes that the employees actually interact with. The sales rep was friendly no pressure. He explained that, due to supply chain issues, our door could take months to deliver.

No problem, we understood. They kept us informed with weekly status update emails. When the door was delivered, they scheduled the install immediately. The two individuals who installed the door were courteous and explained what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. When they finished, the went over all the operation and maintenance details.

The door looks great, fits great and we're very happy with the overall experience. When we need windows in a couple of years, we'll definitely consider Weather Tight. Could we have gotten a door cheaper? Perhaps. But I'm willing to pay a little extra for the peace of mind that you get from high quality and a company is going to stand by its products and service. Oh, and you get a box of biscotti from Tod & Todd saying thank you. Nice touch!

Over the last 5 months Weather Tight replaced all the windows and the front door in my condo. This company is amazing! The installers, Chase and Justin, are the best. The product is fantastic and every employee I came in contact with provided 5 star customer service! Got our patio door replaced by Weather Tight because water came in through the last one. Professional and friendly from beginning to end. Also provided a realistic time frame of when the project would likely be done. The patio door installers, Chris and Chris, were also efficient, friendly and even did a little flooring manipulation when the new patio door install required it. Would definitely recommend.

After a great experience several years ago when we replaced all of our windows on the main floor of our house it was an easy decision to go with Weathertight again to replace out front/back exterior doors and the 2 windows in our newly finished (exposed) basement. I did not feel pressured during the sales experience and despite supply chain issues resulting in an extended wait between initial sale and installation I was kept well informed during the entire process.

The product and installation is top notch and I couldn't be happier with the final results. The installers, Ben and Chais, were very professional, courteous and willing to accommodate all of my little detailed requests with the installation.

I would 10/10 recommend this company! My husband and I struggled for 6 months using 5 different companies that could never answers our questions, couldn't find our mysterious leaking source, and would NEVER be professional about communication. Weather Tight SAVED US! We FINALLY got our roof PROPERLY repaired, and they kept in constant communication with us throughout the whole process. I cannot say enough about the service that we were provided by Weather Tight every step of the way! Our salesperson Andy was fantastic and answered all of our questions, the schedulers were amazing and very accommodating when we had to push back our install due to a personal issue. Our installer Chris S was great as well, he walked us through everything and cleaned up everything afterwards. He even fixed a small area of our trim that wasn't part of the original request because it was near our front door. We will 100% be using them again.

We recently had Weather Tight install new entry and storm / screen doors on our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. The salesman (Mike) was upfront, honest and professional. The quality of the doors was fantastic. The installation crew of Chris and Chris were professional, informative, helpful, and friendly. It was a pleasure working with everyone. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again on another project.

The whole took great care of my home. They were very friendly and polite. They made sure I was completely satisfied, answering all of my questions and more. I was beyond pleased with the level of service, professionalism and product.

The windows turned out great. this is 2nd time using them and I can tell a difference heating bill is lower and no condensation on windows or sills. The staff Jeremy and Shaun were great very efficient and did a great job cleaning up.

We just had our whole house fitted with new windows. 17 new windows. Weather Tight was a wonderful company to work with. There were a few minor problems and they were immediately taken care of. Stuart was an awesome person to do the job; he was professional and courteous. Always cleaned up and left absolutely no mess. Tim did our picture window and he was just as good. It was an awesome experience!

Everyone I came into contact with were knowledgeable and professional. The person who installed the door was excellent. The quality of their product top notch. I would not hesitate to do business with Weather Tight again.

My wife and I just had our roof and gutters replaced this week by Daniel and Bobby's crews, and couldn't be happier. My concern was that our roof, although 25 years old, had never given us a single problem, and although the time had come to replace it, I absolutely wanted a perfect roof and gutter system. After the install, I am certain that we will be able to withstand the absolutely unpredictable Wisconsin weather and stay safe.

Our salesperson Andy was completely knowledgeable and confident in the products. We chose a beautiful shingle and the ultra strong gutter system. All of the shingles were perfect, and we have never seen a team of workers like Daniel's, who were up on the roof and working almost immediately. They completed the job almost effortlessly. Bobby's crew installed the gutters in as perfect a manner as I could have hoped, and we now have a strong enough system to literally do pull-ups on (although at nearly 60, I'm down a few to say the least). Thank you Weather Tight for a job very well done.

First we had every window in our house replaced. The team did an amazing job. It has made a HUGE difference! From there we had them do the siding. Again, this team did an amazing job. So efficient, organized & professional and the job was completed sooner than thought. We couldn't be happier with our whole new looking house.

I had 21 windows replaced during the first week of April and the weather was horrible, however the Weather Tight crew was fantastic. They were on time every day, never complained, extremely polite, kept me informed with their progress and did great work. They were very neat and even took off their shoes when they came in the house after the protective floor tarps were removed.

The lead man, Robert, took his time to show me how to operate the windows and even gave me a lesson on how to properly caulk a window. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. Thank you Robert, Jeremy, Sabin, Jay, Jacob, Justin, Lukas, Nate, Pedro and Tim!

I could not be happier. The work done....roof, dormer siding, fascia and soffit wrap and gutters all look superb. Also, the work was done efficiently, professionally and with perfect clean up. My project manager, Nick, was VERY patient with me and that is saying something as I was quite the pain in the butt with multiple worries. Bob who supervised the siding and gutters is also excellent. Weathertight is more expensive but their warranties are GREAT and, on most things, last a lifetime AND transfer the warranty to the new owners if the house is sold.

More importantly, because they have to service their work for so long, they make sure it is done right! Finally, Todd Schultz was personally involved in all aspects of the job and, again, very patient. Plus, although the contract was signed and his work was technically done, he continued to answer my many calls and emails both in between the signing of the contract and the actual work and actually came here the day of the job as well to address some of my concerns although I knew he was very busy. I cannot say enough good things about this company!

I had Weather Tight come out in September 2017 for an estimate for new windows. The Salesman Sam was extremely polite and knew the product being offered. After the initial meeting we discovered that at the time we could not afford the option of full replacement of our windows which means the old window would be removed to the original casing frame and all new window sills and trim replaced.

A few days later Todd Schulz the VP contacted us and came to our house to finalize the cancelation personally. He told us of another option which is a pocket install of the same window but no trim replacement inside but new flashing and insulation outside. We decided to move forward with that option because our windows were pretty bad. We are extremely pleased with the work, the triple pane windows, the final look outside and inside.

Our house is warm and there are no drafts at any of the 14 windows installed. Steve the lead installer was so polite, professional, and paid great attention to detail. They left our home and yard spotless when they were done and his coworkers Pedro, and Will were also great. I highly recommend Weather Tight Corp. you will not be disappointed.

We recently replaced our bedroom and dinning area windows and the job was completed in one day. The installers were professional and did an exceptional job. We would recommend Weather Tight to anyone considering replacement windows and will not consider anyone else when we will move on to the next replacement job.

We were always kept informed on the status of our order and when the installation would take place. The installers were very helpful, answering any questions we had and did a perfect job and cleanup. I have been experiencing bad service by many different trades/service people this year, however with Weather Tight I had the most pleasant experience. The first day the installers were on time and polite. Each day they spoke to my husband and explained what had been done and what still needed to be done. We were concerned with some things not being cleaned up but on the final installation day our yard and every other place in our house was cleaned and left exactly how it was when the guys from Weather Tight arrived on the first day.

The quality of the window that were put in my house was far better the anything I have seen. The first team to come to my house to install my windows was the best working crew I have seen. Loved the job that they did.I think the name of the lead was Rudy. Now sure but this man was fantastic to work with. If there was any downside to this company it would be there scheduling department. I think they need to check into the scheduling as it was like the overbooking the airlines do.

We had a patio door installed a few years ago and it is wonderful. No more wind or hot sun. This year we had a large picture window in our living room and a large window in our dining area installed. They also are well done and beautiful. The crew was great - they even changed the screen on the patio door that the cat had torn. We will call again when we need the rest of our windows replaced.

The Weather Tight installers were fast, efficient and friendly. The whole Weather Tight team from start to finish were/are top notch.

I'm extremely satisfied with my new back entry door, the work that was done and the ease in scheduling the installation. I plan on contacting them again for additional projects that I need to have done

A two man crew completed the project of a new single door to replace a patio door in one day. When they took the frame out for the old door they found a rather large snake. As the snake was attempting to crawl into the kitchen, they captured it and took it outside - no problem. The project looks great but still waiting for me to complete the drywall coating and painting - I wish they would have done that too instead of waiting for me to complete it. Excellent work.

I just recently had all new windows installed in my house by Weather Tight and I was very pleased with all those that I dealt with. Everyone was very professional. Whenever I had a question about the windows on the installation, the men were very informative, and they did a fantastic job cleaning when the job was done. I highly recommend Weather Tight to anyone needing new windows.

After having our metal roof installed with such excellent professional service, we also just had our windows and patio door redone. Again, everything went perfectly and we are sooo happy. We actually woke up for the first time with no condensation on the inside of the windows. With 14 windows the crew was done with the inside of the installation on the first day before 15:00, and that included cleanup! The second day they removed and installed the patio door and did all the aluminum cladding and caulking on the outside. All in all everything went perfectly!.

They started and finished on time, I believe the work to be good quality. The only issue was the estimate was low due to an error by the estimator. The cost increased by $700, with our consent. I didn't make a big deal out of it because I had a price range in mind, and we were still in that range. They did offer to void the contract, but we went ahead.

After 3 yrs of having all the windows in our house replaced at 15,000 cost they still charged us a 85. Service call fee to come look at a window which was covered in black mold due to the window not having any insulation put in when they put the window in! You could feel the cold air pour through the cracks of the moldings and yet the service tech never pulled the moulding to check it out.

He instead blamed it on a vent being closed. It wasn't until I pulled the moldings off when painting the window this spring that I noticed that there was NO insulation around the window where there should have been. You could literally see outside light come in to the room around the jamb of window plus there was a 1 void all around the window space.

Not to mention that the drywall under neath the window has now become detached due to the moisture which I had to screw back to the studs as well as re spackle around the entire window due to the crappy way it was left unfinished. I have placed several calls and showed photos to Eric Folsom at weathertight and he has yet returned my calls. There is a service apt set for September and will update this ad then.

For now I am not happy that they did this shoddy work and then charged a service fee too this is unethical business practice. I also am preparing a bill for the labor and materials I purchased to finish their work on this window which was not installed properly. Update : Eric came to the house and explained the situation re the window. The windows were installed properly, insulated, caulked, the existing gap was a result of shoddy workmanship from when the house was constructed and was not included in the initial estimate of replacing the windows Only and not replacing the interior jambs or moldings. Thanks Eric for addressing this issue in a timely manner.
