I had my entire interior redone over a 7 month period. I was determined to be finished by Christmas, and I found excellent reviews for Clean Air Pro posted on Yelp. I reached out on a Sunday and they were at my house Monday morning ready to clean my air ducts. They showed me before and after pictures as they went along, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional and respectful!

The cleaning crew came and did a good job at cleaning the ducts, which was the ultimate goal. That being said, the crew could do a better job at covering furniture as the house was left extremely dusty. The pricing was a little confusing and the tech wanted to charge something higher than what was discussed over the phone. Tammy and Ben helped clear the misunderstanding. I would use them again, especially now that I know how it works.

If you have any apprehension or concerns, this company is where you want to receive service because they will alleviate your concerns. They made the process easy and straightforward. The service from beginning to end exceeded our expectations.

The customer service representative who took the order thoroughly answered all of our questions. The most powerful part of this process was them explaining Basic, Deep Clean, and Bacteria Clean options per vent, so we knew in advance the approximate amount for the entire service. The estimates were spot on. The second most impactful item was the fact that they did not charge a consultation fee.

This particular industry has a tendency to come off slimy or overinflated, so the transparent and professional service was a refreshing welcome. As a customer, you really hope good customer service is the standard, but here in Texas it is rare. Hence, we welcomed it. Next, the air duct cleaning service was done in a professional and efficient manner.

Our property was previously owned by someone else and the vents were never cleaned. Several years of dirty vents, yuck! Hence, there was a lot to clean. We also had several filters attached to the HVAC that required changing and quickly purchased the filters while they were cleaning the vents. They even gave us insight into the different types of filters, so we could maximize our airflow and save some money with the various filters. Last, but certainly not least, the representatives were professional, courteous, friendly, and worked diligently. They cleaned the heck out of our vents. The overall experience touched on a great price point and great service. We definitely plan to use them in the future.

We had these folks service our vents about two years ago. So knowledgeable. Easy to communicate with. We ended up calling them back for two more jobs. When our A/C was not working we called a repair company (good company also) who said we needed a new plenum. Quoted us $1200. So on a lark we called Ben and he replaced juts as good for less than $500! Really great company.

The cost ramped up very quickly upon arrival but the staff was pleasant and considerate. We seem to notice cleaner air in house after they finished.

Needed help with retrieving a brush that broke from the rod inside our dryer duct. Requested a general quote through Yelp and Clean Air Pro was the first to respond, arrived within an hour, and sucked out the brush with a shop vac w/extra long hose, along with a dense ball of lint, a nest and a dead bird! Cost $198 with the yelp discount (our vent is 30 ft deep and located on the second floor; we had a 12 ft ladder set up); an expensive lesson since this was considered a repair, whereas a regular vent cleaning would've been cheaper. PSA: do not attempt to clean your own dryer duct if it is longer than 20 ft!

The power from the drill simply cannot carry further than that without twisting and breaking the rod inside the duct. Now that it's been thoroughly cleaned, Ben advised maintaining it by simply using a leaf blower every six months.

I should have called these guys from the beginning. Tried to clean my own dryer duct with one of those Amazon brush tools. I lost the first brush head inside the duct and bought another set hoping to push or pull the first stick brush head out. Ended up breaking the line and lost the SECOND brush head, now with a 20' section of lube inside the duct.

My duct is about 30' long with a one 45 or 90 degree bend. Called these guys out and they were able to get my stuck brush heads out and cleared the duct. Should have gotten them in the first place! Great service and attitude.

So happy we hired Clean Air Houston to clean our vents and air ducts. They are prompt and professional. When we moved into our new house I developed an allergy due to the previous owner's indoor dogs and the remaining new construction dust lingering in the pipes. Clean Air Houston Pro did a great job with our A/C, ducts and dryer vent cleaning. Ben was prompt, responsive and worked to give us a quote which was competitive. Once we gave them the green light, they were able to accommodate us in their schedule within 4 days (during the Holiday season!). On the day of the service, their team was punctual and Ben kept us informed of their ETA before arrival.

They started on time, and did a thorough job. We were provided with before and after pictures, and they kept us posted on their progress throughout the day. They were also able to reach a hard-to-access vent on a two story high ceiling. Ben, Herman and Diego were professional, courteous and careful not to damage any delicate household items while moving through out our house. I'd highly recommend them!

Do they do a good job on cleaning the vents and ducts? Yes, they did a good job. no question about it. They showed me the pics before and after. It was full of dust on the ducts since it was never been cleaned. Also, few of the vents opening have some mold. They cleaned them well. I only requested one quote from them and didn't bother to get another quotes due to yelp review. It was high and eventually they worked with me and made it right.

I had a good experience with Clean Air Houston Pro. Tammy was awesome. I like that she gives straightforward information and over-the-phone quotes that are reasonable and consistent. Scheduling was a breeze and the work was done well. My HVAC ducts and vents were in bad shape. My home was build in 2006. I've owned it since 2013 and have never had this cleaning professionally done.

From the looks of things, neither did the previous owner. Houston is the most humid place I have ever lived, but still there is no excuse. My only areas for growth that I would recommend is to 1) suggest that the technicians lay down a protective cover for any furniture that is directly beneath a vent. Coming home to dirt and mold particles on 2/3 beds was not fun, but an easy enough fix with a linen change and vacuuming. 2) I was a little irked that the tech immediately tried to up-sale to new vent covers for a few of the dirtiest ones before even attempting to clean them.

I could understand if he tried and was having trouble, but it turns out they were able to be cleaned quite well. They look good as new. Also, the offer to install new vents did not reduce the cleaning estimate at all, which it should if they would have been able to just chuck the dirtiest ones and save time on soaking and scrubbing them. These were minor gripes, though. Overall, I found the service to be solid and would recommend them to others.

I received an estimate from Ben and Tammy last year, in 2018. After speaking with a couple other companies, we finally went ahead and booked with Clean Air Houston Pro. They truly do live up to their awesome reviews! Tammy is EXCELLENT at communicating everything from their pricing to scheduling. She also provided me with all the information I would need for when the technicians came out to do the cleaning.

Our vents had over 20 years of dust, dirt and mold accumulated in them and my children's allergies and asthma were suffering. Ben and his technician did an AMAZING job! First off, they called me when they were 25 mins out and showed up right on time. Also they charged EXACTLY what I was quoted - a YEAR ago! Price didn't change despite being a full year later.

Ben did an amazing job cleaning our dryer vents and ducts. Before he came, the dryer would not dry clothes at all. He thoroughly cleaned the dryer vents and our ducts - he even climbed up on our steep roof and cleaned the vent out up there! After the cleaning, our dryer works like brand new. I was smelling musty air in my home. I couldn't pin point it so I decided to get my air duct cleaned with the "hope" that was the source of my problem. I've been in my home for 20 years and I have never had my AC vents cleaned. I chose Clean Air Houston because of their outstanding Yelp reviews! It was the right decision. The folks had great up front pricing per vent for the entire treatments for dust, mold and cleaning.

I did have to pay an additional fee on site for cleaning the AC box because they did find some mold. The guys did a fantastic job! The mold they found was in my AC air box, they took photos to show you the mold then they scrubbed the area, treated it and all air duct lines with anti microbe spray and spray painted the mold area with Kilz to prevent the mold from coming back.

After treating the AC box they took an after photo to prove that it was treated. I really appreciate this extra effort so that I felt assured the mold was thoroughly remediated. They took down all the vents, vacuumed each vent all the way up to the box, cleaned around the vent covers and cleaned the vents themselves. The entire house smelled so fresh when they were done.

It was a little strong for me so I opened up the windows in the house and in a few hours the fragrance had dissipated. They were at my home for 3 hours or so and never stopped working. Very nice and highly dedicated crew! Now I no longer have a musty smell in my house and my problems are solved! I highly recommend you use Clean Air Houston Pro! I'll be calling them again in a year or two for another cleaning.

They were on time and did a great job. Cleaned all our ductwork, return air and plenum. Also clean all the registers on the ceilings. Showed me pictures before and after cleaning of the plenum. Very polite and worked very hard. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again

CLEAN AIR HOUSTON knows what they are doing! We noticed our allergies being bad, sneezing, coughing more and more lately. We have an infant as well, and noticed their little allergies were not doing well. Decided it's time to investigate, worried about mold and everything else. I called around. Was quoted many prices per vent. Some lower some higher, This company may seem at the higher end yet worth every penny.

From the first phone call I was given thorough details about the process. Their price includes cleaning each vent no matter what is going on inside. Vs others who upcharge for different thingss, So if you have ancient dust build up , mildew or mold in your air ducts it's all the same price here vs many companys that inflate their prices on the spot.

These guys spray disinfectant, apply a protective coating to prevent future problems and make sure the ducts are hospital clean. We added on the additional service of Blower, coil AC cleaning and could not believe what the before pics were like vs the after. Every attention to detail was taken care of. No hidden fees , everything told upfront. I highly reccomend this crew to all reading.

Our house is older and has never had a cleaning since we recently bought it or before. This deep clean has made an immediate different in our sinus allergies. Wonderful job! I'm writing this review for my mother who doesn't have a Yelp account. Shortly after Hurricane Harvey, I noticed what appeared to be mold near two of the A/C vent covers in my mom's kitchen. Not knowing whether it was mold or mildew, we opted to play it safe and have someone come out to take a look. First off, Tammy (receptionist) was just great.

I must've called her 4 or 5 times in one day as I played messenger for my mom. Tammy answered each of our questions with great detail and was very professional the entire time. Not once did I get the sense that she was irritated by my many phone calls.

Jacob and Elias were the team that came out to my mom's house. They inspected the two A/C vents in question, and also the attic as Tammy said they would.

They took pictures of what they saw in the attic and showed my mom. Turns out, some components of the A/C system upstairs did require cleaning. My mother then asked for them to inspect 8 more vent covers and ducts on the first floor. Turns out she had some really nasty mildew growth - and a lot of it - under one particular vent cover and inside that duct.

She had no idea that growth had accumulated in that place and is so relieved and happy she had them inspect the first floor.

Jacob and Elias were very helpful, diligent and even caulked a couple of vent covers for her at her request (she provided the caulk & caulk gun). She called me yesterday evening and had nothing but praise for Jacob and Elias.

This company is the best!!!! We clean our air duct once a year in the spring due to our allergies, this year I called Clean Air Houston and we were so happy with their work that we decided to use them every year. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and helpful and we scheduled an appointment for the same week, the team arrived on time and was very professional and thorough, they cleaned the air ducts and even gave me a few helpful tips about my a/c, they finished pretty quickly and left the house with no mess what so ever. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret calling them!
