On Premise Appliance Repair

We used On Premise last weekend to repair the water line on our refrigerator and were very happy with the service. Jaime was on time and completed the repair very quickly. He was very professional and explained why it was no longer working and what to do should we have any future issues. I would definitely use him again - great service!

Our washer stopped working the night before I called and they had someone out before the end of the next day. It wasn't good news and we have to get a new washer but I appreciated the thorough explanation of what the problems were and why it would cost more to fix than to replace. Know what I hope for when I find an indy appliance repair company? Not to get ripped off. Excellent service. They came to my house the same day and totally explained what was happening with my gas oven and fireplace. Came back a day later with parts and fixed them both. Guess what? I didn't get ripped off as the prices for repairs were great. Highly recommend

On Premise Appliance Repair was able to diagnose and repair my fridge on the first trip. I had been dealing with GE and Sears Warranty for two months with no luck. The owner is very professional and even follows up to make sure everything is okay. I will trust On Premise with any of my future appliance repairs.

Finally found a competent and reliable serviceman! He was recommended to me by a friend who has used him for years. James is honest and made the effort to arrange for a repair visit within a short time period which I really appreciated. Definitely a business that will tell you to replace an item if the repair cost outweighs the cost benefit of a new appliance. He worked on my dryer but i will call him if another appliance fails.

A friend of mine recommended this company to me for a refrigerator repair I needed, they gave me a fair estimate over the phone so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. A tech showed up, his name was Ben, he walked me through exactly what was needed to be done and was extremely genuine and thorough. The repair took only 30 minutes which was awesome and they didn't overcharge which was a huge plus in my book!highly recommend these guys!

Good fresh burger and tasty fries. What more do you want? They have all kinds of special burgers, I just went with the basic cheeseburger. It was very good. Quick service. Outside dining only.

I have come across this company online on Sunday night, as I was searching for someone to repair our refrigerator. It was not cooling. I called the next day( Monday morning) and James was very polite to answer that early morning request for repair. He told me his technician would arrive around 11 am. James(the technician. I found out there are 2 James in the company) arrived before 11 am.

After 1 hour, our refigerator was working again! James did a great job! This company gave us quality service and great price! I am so happy I didn't jumped into the solution of buying a new refrigerator. saved us lots of $$$$! Please give these guys a call whenever you need any appliance repair. Fast service. I was able to get an appointment the same day. I needed my washer repaired, was a heavy leak and got my carpet soaked. James was able to save the day. He was very friendly and courteous. The price was reasonable and I'd definitely recommend them. Hopefully anything else doesn't break but now I'll know who to call.

My warranty ran out on my appliances. I had a problem with my Frigidaire refrigerator, it was giving me a code and wasn't cooking properly and making a loud noise. I talked with James and he sent someone out there later that day to come assess the situation. It was a bad fan motor and he gave me the quote. I thought it was a good price. It didn't take long and he got it repaired in a timely manner.

My cooktop stopped working properly. One of the burners stopped lighting and for some reason it kept clicking. I called James and he was able to get someone out. The tech who came was also James and he was very nice and knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem. Gave me a reasonable quote and got it repaired in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again if I ever have any appliance problems in the future.

James was very professional and pleasant on the phone. My washer would not drain or spin and I could only meet a technician after 5:00PM on a week day. He accommodated my request and a tech came out the next day after 5:00PM, just like I requested! I told him the problem over the phone and told him what kind of washing machine I had and he gave me a ballpark figure and when it was all fixed, his pricing was right on!
