Our garage door was opening/closing very slowly so we suspected that we needed a replacement spring. Prolift technician was scheduled to come assess the very next day. Our garage door was installed crooked, apparently, so after spring replacement, it wasn't going up and down very smoothly (we have had issues with this for the last 3 years and have tried to adjust ourselves with some success). Technician not only replaced our springs but adjusted the garage door so it is set correctly.
He spent a good amount of time doing this. It was extremely hot in our garage in San Antonio at this time of year so I know it was a challenge but he did a great job and was very friendly despite all of the conditions. Very appreciative of technician and trainee that was there with him. Thank you!

This gentleman, the owner was very nice and professional. It was a matter of turning a sensor around. He charged me nothing not even a house call. We offered to pay him something but he refused. I asked about another remote. He said he could make one but suggested instead of paying for another to use an app and then we can control our garage door using our Mobil phone. I am recommending this business to others and as of today they have become our garage door tech.

This time, I knew who to call - Texas Pros Garage Doors took care of the garage problem immediately. Tommy came by several months ago, diagnosed the problem with the garage, and sent his crew the same evening to replace the spring - excellent job. Nice crew. Today, I called with a different problem. Tommy came out and took care of the problem himself in minutes. Good people. I have their card on my refrigerator door to call again and recommend! Highly recommended.

I called Texas Pros Garage Doors San Antonio at 9:00 PM the night before and by 9:00 AM the next morning the repair person arrived. He was very knowledgeable and replaced the cables and spring in about one hour. He checked and made sure everything worked properly. I was very satisfied and impressed with his skill and knowledge. I cannot say enough great things about Texas Pros Garage Doors. They provided Excellent Service & Parts Installation! Tommy came out to my house in Castle Hills yesterday morning on a rainy Saturday. He had all the parts required to fix my garage door. My garage door was installed by a local general contractor who took several shortcuts that were causing problems while opening and closing. Tommy of Texas Pros replaced the spring with a higher quality one, checked, adjusted and lubed the rollers and tightened the loose bolts.
He instructed me on keeping the rollers lubed 3 to 4 times per year. I highly recommend Tommy and Texas Pros Garage Doors for garage door repair or replacement. They are Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Courteous, and Very Reasonably Priced ... Thank You!
