I love my new windows! Everything from the initial estimate, communication, installation date accuracy and the actual installation was perfect! Josh and Ian, the installers were so efficient, cleaned up everything, took away the hideous old windows, I was just amazed. Why I waited 17 years to have this done is beyond me! It is so quiet in my house now when I close the windows.

I also don't have to prop open my bedroom window with a stick anymore. LOL! I have already referred two people to The Window Shoppe. I could not be happier! Thanks to a great team!

Totally professional and courteous, quiet (really!), efficient, and worked quickly. Two days later and we are very satisfied. The new windows have cut down on drafts. Our heater is running less often and I would assume the A/C will also run less. They cut down noise from outside considerably. Too many thanks to The Window Shoppe.

I did a lot of shopping around before I went with the Window Shoppe. The Window Shoppe had the best quality windows for the price. The labor charge was competitive as well. This company has been around for a while so I knew they weren't going anywhere just in case I needed warranty work after the install. All in all, it was a great company to work with. I highly recommend The Window Shoppe.

Vince and Robbie did an outstanding job! They finished my entire house (26 windows, with removing old windows and curtains) in a very short time. They explained the process and what I should expect. Some of these windows were really tricky but we were so impressed by how they were able to figure it out. They let me know if there was any defect in any of the windows. I had both crews out installing my windows and one slider. Robbie and Vinny handling the windows and Steve and Ian installing the slider. Both were professional with great expertises in their abilities to preform the work. They hauled everything off and left my house looking the it was before they started! Cant speak highly enough about the owner or the work. We were able to get fire resistant and extra thick glass for 33 windows for less than cdw, millguard, Andersen, etc qouted us for 7 (seven) of their entry level windows. Zero pressure sale process was a great change from the 3-4 hour sales tactics the other companies used. We have had several neighbors upgrade their windows as well after seeing and hearing the difference our new windows made.

The Window Shoppe is a well known family business for about 40 years. Even though we took estimates from other Companies, we were so pleased we were able to use a local vendor. The Owner came out to do the estimate and he was so knowledgeable, offered great windows and a great price. Dealing with the Office was a pleasure (also an Owner), and the windows are just magnificent!

A few weeks back I bought a slider from Your Window Shoppe. I love this company. I met with the owners and they are very nice people. They showed me their manufacturing process and it was impressive. Windows and doors came out great. We measured a 15 degree difference in direct sunlight on the window sill between a finished and unfinished room during the install -- finally our upstairs is livable in the heat! We recently had Your Window Shoppe replace several of our old windows. We really liked working with a small company and the personal service they provided. Everyone from Nick and Margie - the owners to Frank and Jacob - their installers was friendly, helpful, punctual. Also toured their factory and learned about how the windows are manufactured right here in our own area. Especially liked that we were buying from a local business, and at very good prices. Hands down on of my favorite businesses to review. Mainly because window shopping isn't easy! Lol I mean there are so many choices and getting it right the first time can be difficult. My wife and I interviewed several window companies and all of them were super expensive. At first we were really bummed out because we were coming to the realization that windows were for Ballers! Lol So my good friend was also getting his windows put in, and told me he found the hook up!

And I can tell you that this company is amazing! First they are the direct manufacturer, so no middle person involved to hike up the price, they did a amazing install on our home, and our buddies place. Wow what an experience! We live in North County SD and had 6 windows and 2 sliding glass doors that desperately needed to be replaced. I thought we may only be able to do half the house because of cost, but I stumbled across Your Window Shoppe and the great reviews re: quality and affordability seemed promising. I reached out and within a day, the owner Nick came to our house, taught me a ton about windows and doors, and measured everything out.

There was absolutely zero pressure, and the quote sent the next day was very reasonable, so we made the leap. The install happened about 3 months ago, and we are so pleased with the final product! Our house is so much quieter with the dual-pane glass, and the even the massive 10 foot patio door slides with ease. This was one of the best purchases I've ever made; the quality and value of the new windows and doors holds true to the other reviews I read.

Great communication from Margie handling the contract stuff, and the install guys were also great and very knowledgeable (the installers are not random contractors, they do all of the installs for this shop). We have one more door that we didn't do because it was still in okay shape, but when it comes time to switch it out next year I'll be calling them back for sure. Thanks!

This company is wonderful. I just wish I had known about them when I paid over $10,000 for half of our home windows. I had them install windows for a rental home and when I saw those, I asked them to quote me for the second half of my home windows. They charged 25% of what I was quoted by my first window company. It's always a shame when you learn a hard lesson on projects that are once-in-a-lifetime.

Best of all, the windows are beautiful. And the icing on the cake is that they are such nice people. The owners are a husband and wife and their installers are like family. They clearly take pride in their product and their service. I can't say enough about them; ighly highly recommend them.

I am very happy with our windows. Matt came by and did the measurements himself and had them installed after 12 weeks, which was the time it took to custom build them. The guys had all windows installed in one day without problems. I had noticed a small issue with one of the sashes and Matt had the window builder contact me right away and fixed it for me at home. Small local company with a superior product. The price beat all competitors. Most unique thing is the "NEAT" glass which is a coating that keeps the windows cleaner and helps them "self-clean". My new windows are so clear it doesn't even look like there's a window there. The installation crew were great and made sure everything was perfect.

We are very happy with the product. The workers were polite and clean. They even vacuumed any mess they made! The entire process was very smooth. And I know if it hadn't been, they will go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. They now have a customer for life.
