Home Evolution Roofing is awesome! My wife and I were due for a new roof and we started looking into roofing companies recommended by friends, family, and neighbors. We received 4 different quotes from 4 different companies. Home Evolution wasn't the cheapest and not the most expensive but we both felt they offered the best value and quality for a fair price. Alex came to give us a quote and set up the deal and he was thorough, honest, not pushy for a sale.
He was easy to work with and gave us a great deal on a new roof for the house and our shed and replaced our gutter guards. The roofing crew was efficient, on time, and delivered a new roof in a day. The foreman Ben was personable and communicated with me every step of the way. Showed me pictures of the progress. Andre arrived two days later to put on the gutter guards, and they were in and out in a couple hours. Andre was very personable as well.
Everyone we met from this company made you feel like the customer is first and they are there to take care of you and your house. I'm probably set for the next 30 years, but I won't hesitate to call these guys back when we are due again.

We had a new 50yr roof installed today by today by Home evolution and could not be happier we decided to use them, the price was about what we envisioned it would cost plus 2 replacement skylights, Ed the sales rep was prompt for our scheduled meeting to go over our needs. He was transparent in what they offered both in price and what products they use.
The Crew of 6 showed up on time and went right to work first with protection (I had concerns about the Hudson River along our property being polluted from debris) then removal of the old roof, Dimitri the foreman assigned to our project was engaging and knowledgeable about the project addressed all the hurtles that came up (plywood and 1x roof substrate replacement) without skipping a beat. Got the roof replaced in 1,11 hr day! I would recommend evolution roofing to anyone who needs a roof replaced.

Home Evolution has been my go-to roof-related team for the past 6+ months. From my first call, I was treated respectfully, professionally and kept in the know. Most recently, our home in Guilderland sustained fascia damage from a wind-storm. Ivan provided a proposal on the spot and ensured me that the team would be in contact to schedule and make the repair.

Home Evolution came in during a very challenging job. We had a new roof put on by another roofer under a year ago, and it was not properly installed in the area over our vaulted ceilings. Every time it snowed we got 5-6 cups of water in our living room/dining room. The water was a dark brown color and there was tons of drywall damage, furniture damage, etc.
The snow would come in regardless of the temperature outside (we even had a leak in an April Snowstorm!). We had a number of quotes to come in to fix it but Home Evolution understood the problem the best. They were also flexible with the unforeseen issue of molded plywood and wet insulation. What was a simple project of replacing the shingles and underlayment in one section became a complicated multi-day effort to restore the roof and parts of the house.
This included new skylights, and new materials that had been damaged when water came into the house. They were thorough, and they were clean. The crew was professional and friendly, and we were really happy with how they were able to resolve unforeseen issues. We were well satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. The initial rep, Ed inspected our roof and showed us videos and then went over options with us. We were impressed with the quality of all the materials. Leo kept us up to date on the scheduling. The day of, the crew arrived on time and were done with everything, including a thorough clean up by 4:00. Andre, the foreperson went above and beyond. Recommend to our Albany neighbors. Two others on our block are using Home Evolution this spring.

Home Evolution was very responsive to us in repairing wind damage to our roof. They came out very promptly and provided the estimate quickly. Work was done efficiently and professionally. While on our roof, they found and sealed some cracks in our chimney at no extra cost. Andre was excellent, and communicated with us throughout the repair. My service was masonry chimney repair. I contacted Home Evolution after not being able to find a mason to repair my two stone chimneys. Home Evolution had someone to my house and handed me a quote within days of me first reaching out to them. Concerned about winter temperatures coming, Home Evolution squeezed my job in. Isaiah, the mason on the job was the best, his work ethic and honesty to me as the customer was a blessing, traits rarely seen these days. Isaiah does beautiful work and is extremely knowledgeable about masonry work. Our home is 21 years old and we still had the original roof. When a guy from Home Evolution knocked on our door we decided to get the free inspection. We scheduled the inspection and Vincent came out a few days later. I was impressed with Vincent. He is a nice young man who showed me a video of our roof and explained what he found. We knew we would need a roof either now or in the near future. Based on the video we decided not to wait. Vincent thoroughly explained the roofing products they use, the warranty, what's included, time frame, and history of the company.
He was knowledgeable and comfortable to work with. The scheduling manager called and put us on the schedule even sooner than expected! The shingles were dropped off the day before. The roofing team started showing up around 7:15 AM and stayed until the job was done about 6 PM. They were very nice, thorough, and cleaned up everything before they left. The new roof looks great!

FROM SALES TO CLEANUP HOME EVOLUTION WAS TOP DRAWER. WE HAVE A LARGE ROOF AND WERE CONCERNED THAT EVERYTHING WOULD GO AS PLANED. NEEDLESS CONCERNS AS EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT INCLUDING THE ROOF COLOR WE SELECTED. THE WHOLE INSTALLATION WAS DONE IN ONE DAY. EVERYONE WE CAME IN CONTACT WITH WAS PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. They got us on the schedule quickly to replace our roof. The day of they showed up on time, worked quickly and neatly to tear down our old roof and give us a nice new one. They returned to do the gutters with leaf guards and it all looks great! They were very responsive to emails with questions. I hope to not have to see them again anytime soon, but feel like they would take our concerns seriously.

Great customer service, met my every need re a complete new roof. They answered every call and were more than willing to answer every question. I contacted them originally for a pipe on my roof that was leaking into my attic and upstairs bedroom. They came over the next day and fixed it . This happened to be in January. June I contacted them for a estimate on a new roof, they were the same price as the other estimates I received, after the professionalism they showed me previously I went with them. They came in 2 weeks and replaced my entire roof wood and all in one day. Great job. I plan on using them in the spring for new windows.

Serg informed us of all our options and what to expect every step of the way. He was the most informative of all our choices and gave the best quote and package then the others offered. He explained why it was best to get it all done at the same time. Russ and his crew came on time and got straight to business. They moved my belonging from in front of our home before beginning the project and they completed the entire roof and sunlights in one day as stated.
They also did a great clean up job and they also explained the procedures they would be taking which Serg already told us so there were no suprises or cost we didn't know about. Thanks Home Evolution. Thus far I am completely satisfied

Home Evolution's proposal for removing our old shingle roof and replacing it with a new one with high quality materials that will last longer than my husband or me. The job was done in a single day. The work crew was so fast that the old roof was off before we knew it. Also the old roofing materials were put in a truck instead of a dumpster(ugly and not good for our paved driveway) and the cleanup left nothing behind.
We chose Home Evolution also because of Andre's presentation and thorough inspection of the roof. He was the only one who checked the attic from inside and he explained the process down to the minor details. We have recommended Home Evolution to others without any qualms.

Showed up right away..wind had taken down shingles. Took videos of whole roof and gave an estimate on cost of repair or replace. I chose the replace and they showed up in extremely cold weather and did the whole roof in one day!The clean-up was immaculate. The price was fair and workmen professional. Would recommend them highly.

They did an excellent job installing new ice and water shield, flashing, drip edge and shingles. They also rerouted my downspout so that it did not add more water to the roof but went directly into the gutter. This company uses top quality products on their jobs. Almost a year later I had a small problem with the siding that they had to remove and replace when working on the roof. They came back and completely corrected the situation.

Alex came to our house. Our house is about 17 and half years old. We looked into whether to repair or replace the roof. He gave the advantages to both. And we felt he was happy to go either way. He also made the time to meet convenient to my husband and me. He video taped the roof and showed us what he saw and explained it . We decided to replace. The foreman also was very good and conscientious. And the workers were efficient and polite and did a good job. Very happy with the entire experience.

Great experience with Home Evolution. The foreman David arrived with his crew as scheduled, and completely tore apart and replaced my large roof in a single day. They also replaced some damaged plywood in my attic and installed an attic fan. I was updated regularly as to the progress, and the crew worked until the job was finished and everything was completely clean. Now I have a beautiful new roof! Highly recommend this company for their level of quality and their efficiency of job completion!

These guys are amazing. We bought our house in September only to be told by our lovely insurance company a month later that if we didn't replace the roof, they would be terminating our coverage. They gave us 30 days to get it all done. Igor came out to our house, gave us his presentation and quote and promised us that they would get our roof done by our required deadline.
Their quote was reasonable and we couldn't be happier that we went with them. There was some rescheduling due to weather, but in the end, they got everything done in two days and the house looks amazing. They showed up at sunrise and didn't stop until the sun went down. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you so much for helping us out of a jam, Home Evolution!
