Sol was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. He took time to answer questions that I presented about things I saw that I could not identify and he also gave me some valuable suggestions in how to care for the house. He left nothing untouched! He tested every outlet, turned on every light, ran water, crawled into tight spaces and showed me the "bones" of the house.

Very thorough and professional home inspection team. I have two real estate investment companies and have had numerous home inspections done. Very attentive to all the details and take the time to explain things to you while doing the inspection. Used thermal imaging to evaluate cooling and heating, walked over the roof, went into the crawl space, looked behind washer and drier.basically left no stone unturned. We received the detailed report with images a few hours later. Will definitively be using them again and recommending to friends!

Sol and Nate of Property Inspection Pros were awesome during my home inspection. We had to schedule the inspection under short notice and they came on my preferred day at a reasonable time. They should up on time, were friendly, very thorough and detailed everything they flagged during the inspection. They made me feel assured that the property is in good shape with only a few things to fix before closing.

Sol Kruk did my home inspection. He is very thorough and he doesn’t deltay his reports. He documented all flaws and nicely recorded pictures. He answered all my questions. Sol was knowledgeable and professional. He takes pictures of hard to reach areas which may have issues that other inspectors might overlook. He even waited an hour for a rude tenant to show up.
