Our fridge/freezer quit working and repairman Tim Peacock came out within 2 hours. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Unfortunately, a search for parts revealed that the motherboard on our model was not able to be updated for use with the compressor now needed. A new motherboard and compressor would have been quite expensive and we agreed that a new appliance was in our future. I was very happy with the depth of knowledge and the service provided. I would not hesitate to call them again.

The technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem immediately and proceeded to check for parts availability. The office could have done a better job of tracking down one of the 2 parts instead of insisting it had to come from the factory and would take 2 to 3 weeks. I was able to get it in 2 days. The repair was scheduled and made and the charges were reasonable. I would use them again.

We had our custom sub aero wine cooler/refrigerator repaired. Tim Peacock our technician was great and really cared about getting the job done. He was diligent and paid attention to assuring that anything that could be covered by warranty was. My only issue was when calling the office if the receptionist did not have the answer she said she would get back to me. Sometimes it was not the same day. I think they are very busy but in the end the job was done and done right! I would recommend Dependable Refrigeration and Tim Peacock.

My refrigerator was making a tremendous amount of noise. Repairman was able to juggle his schedule to accommodate an earlier time. Called prior to coming and was able to show up with the parts needed. Repaired it and it seems to be running well. Apparently this KitchenAid model (only 3 years old) has problems with failing sensor which causes ice build-up and then the impacts the fan.

Dominic was a true professional. Completely dismantled dryer to check all components. Issue resolved along with some tips on how best to get dryer to actually dry. It is only 3years old (GE compact model), so product is the issue. I will use Dependable Refrigeration for any future repairs - short turn around time for appointment; on time; professional; informative; thorough. A very fair price on top of that. I am super pleased.

5 Stars, Yes - absoletely recommend Dependable Refrigeration. If I had a business, I would steal his young man away from Dependable. Freddy came and repaired our squeaking clothes Dryer. He replaced the roller, then came back and replace a new clip. He's a wonderful young man with a great attitude and demeanor. He was quick and precise and on time.

Travis, the Dependable Refrigeration tech, arrived on time and did the repair work on our old refrigerator/freezer quickly, efficiently and professionally. The fridge had been running continuously and the compressor never stopped. Thus the fridge had been consuming far too much electricity.
Travis checked the compressor and coolant and determined that they were not the problem.
The culprit was a faulty gasket on the refrigerator door that was leaking cold air into the room. He was able to reshape the old gasket using a heat gun to fix it without requiring an expensive gasket replacement. While he was at it, it realigned the freezer and fridge door hinges and checked the cooling coils beneath the freezer floor. Total cost (with a $15 discount from Angie's List) was $85. We're VERY happy with the work that was done. We recommend them highly.

A repairman named Dominic was sent from Dependable Refrigeration, LLC to my home to evaluate and repair, if appropriate for my refrigerator. We were very impressed with his manners and interaction with us in a professional and yet personal way. We don't hesitate to say we felt he was the most thoughtful and mannerly repairman we've ever had in our home and/or the rentals we own. I'd recommend him very highly.

On Sunday we started experiencing issues with our 9 year old GE side by side. First, it would no dispense either water or ice. Then it quit working all together. Eventually it started working again but would still not dispense water or ice. Called Dependable the first thing on Monday morning at 8 am. Said they would send someone between 10 and 12.
About 9:45 am Travis called and showed up. Quickly diagnoised it was the mother board. Travis did not have one but he ordered one. I volunteered to pick it up so Travis could install it today. Travis came back at 12:45pm and everything was done by 1 pm. Satisfied customer and would highly recommend Travis and Dependable Refrigeration.

I was going to use these folks to repair my Vino Temp wine cooler but it corrected itself
When I talked to Dora in the office about my service call, she suggested NOT having a repair person come out until I experience the problem again, thus saving the cost of a service call for nothing; I thought her honesty was wonderful & the sign of fabulous customer service

Called and left a message for Dependable Refrigeration about our leaking fridge on Sat. afternoon. Got a call back on Sun. and a service appointment on Mon. morning. Dominick arrived on time and fixed our fridge with parts on his truck. He was a pleasure to deal with and even asked for my vacuum to clean the coils before he put the fridge back together. Repair was fast and the price was reasonable. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed. I will call Dependable for all my appliance repairs in the future!

Dependable Refrigeration was referred to me by my neighbor. I left a voicemail and they called me back right away and set up an appointment that was convenient for me. Tim let me know what time he would be arriving and again when he was on his way. None of that “waiting all day” time-frame. He found the problems efficiently and explained what I needed to know and gave me options for the repairs. He was knowledgeable and professional. His prices are competitive and fair. We called them on a Saturday because our refrigerator was making noise. We told them that the noise would come and go and instead of charging us a Saturday service call Bill told us to see if the noise continued and if it did to give them a call back. We ended up calling them back and the 2 gentlemen they sent out were great they checked their shoes before coming in our home. They explained to us exactly what was going on and were very reasonable priced. We will definitely use them again!

I had a emergency with my dishwasher leaking all over the floor, I was driving in from the airport from phx and my wife was calling me quite upset! I called 5 different companies while I was driving into tucson and none of them except dependable would respond for service. They all said it was too late or I reached the voicemail because they were closed.
It was later in the evening (around 6pm) but dependable came and fixed the problem! He quickly figured out where the leak was and fixed it right on the spot. I won't call anybody else next time and I appreciate the good quick service! Highly recommended

I live in North Carolina and my grandmother lives in Tucson. Her refrigerator went out and I was worried living so far away that I wouldn't be able to find someone I could trust. I googled repair companies and talked to a few and decided to go with Dependable Refrigeration because of their rates. But, I ended up being very satisfied with everything: their timeliness, friendliness and honesty. My grandmother felt very comfortable while they were in their home. If my grandmother needs to have another appliance fixed, I'm calling them first!
