Scott Tittle was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have already told so many people about how professional he is and how detailed he is with everything. He explained everything from start to finish, was able to help execute and organize the installation of a new roof for me while I was out of town as well as coordinate the financing. I recently received a new roof. My initial contact was with Clint. He and everyone else associated with the company were great to work with from start to finish. I recently hired Tittle Brothers Construction to install a new roof on my home and garage, update the attic venting, and install gutters on my garage. Christopher Brown came to my home to discuss both projects and show me options. He was professional, easy to work with, and didn't waste my time with lengthy sales pitches. He also gave me his direct contact information so that I could reach him if I had any issues at any time during the process.
Both teams (roofing, gutters) that came out to my home were on time, worked quickly, and were professional and courteous. I appreciate the quality work they did on my home. Had a complete tear off and installation of roof on my house, garage and shed. The Tittle team from Scott Tittle in sales down to the guys doing the work was very professional and timely. Completed the job in one day and when they were done you didn't know they had been there, new roof looks great and I would recommend and will use Tittle for other projects. Thanks

We had an absolutely amazing experience dealing with Brad and the team. We were in a sticky situation with another roofing company trying to rip off my father, who is a retired veteran. We reached out to Tittle Bros and explained the situation we were in with the other roofing company. It was a bit of a mess but they truly made us feel cared for and taken care of.
The following morning Brad was in our kitchen going through all the details with a very fair price. It was nice to finally see a company not trying to exploit the elderly. And that they are a veteran owned company is a big plus for us! Once the quote was accepted, the job was completed in 1 day. Wow is all I have to say for their level of service!

My experience with Tittle Construction was fantastic. They removed my 30+ year old deck and replaced it with a lovely cement patio that is very large. They built steps that were large enough to accommodate a walker plus they installed a very sturdy railing. Great job and great clean up after. Service: Custom masonry

This is one extremely happy customer! When Brad came out to provide a quote, he really took the time to understand what I needed, what my concerns were with this project, and the urgent need to complete this project quickly. After previously receiving quotes from others, I felt comfortable signing a contract with him on the spot. Within 24 hours of signing that contract, I had a date set - the next business day! Understandably, there can be unexpected delays, and my job did get pushed back - 1 day. Yes, you read that correct, my job was completed 4 business days after signing the contract. Speaking of the job, Brandon and his crew were awesome!
With rain headed our way, Brandon had all hands on the roof, prioritizing getting that done before clean-up really began. If he hadn't made that decision, there's a real good chance that they would have had to come back today to finish up - the last of the shingles were being nailed on when the rain started to fall. And despite the rain, the crew did an amazing job of cleaning up when they finished the roof.

Clint and Brandon were wonderful. Clint was thorough and explained every step of the process. He answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about the products he was selling. Brandon and his team worked hard all day. Even after a long day they made sure to clean up everything so when they left the only reason I knew they had been there was because of the great new roof! The entire process from start to finish was smooth and easy!

Tittle Brothers just replaced the roof on my home. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Brad, the salesperson, was very professional and clearly explained what would be done. He took his time and I didn't feel rushed speaking with him. I was informed right away when they would be out and kept updated with the schedule. The crew that came out was fantastic. Requested a quote on a full gutter replacement with leaf guards job. Had a call back within a few minutes & had their project manager, Garland, out on a Saturday to talk to us about the entire project. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, & explained everything in detail. Gutters were fully replaced with leaf guards one week later! The new gutters are perfectly pitched & are the exact color we chose to go with our brick. I absolutely loved their text communications throughout the entire project. Would recommend Tittle Brothers to anyone!

We had a great experience with Tittle Construction. They recently replaced the roof on our Madison Heights home and did a great job. The crew was fast, friendly and efficient. Our sales manager was Pete Theofanopoulos and he was awesome to work with. Pete answered all of our questions thoroughly and took the time to be sure that we understood every aspect of the job.

I needed a new porch and railing. Called several companies and decided on Tittle Brothers for two reasons. First of course was price and second was my comfort with sales person, Seth, and his explanation of service and his ability to answer questions. Seth was up front with the time line and explained ahead of time what would cause delays. Once job was started it was completed promptly. I am definitely keeping Tittle Brothers number along with Seth's name on file for any future work we may need.
