Honestly this is the best company no doubt. I was stranded on the hyw with a flat tire I had no idea what to do my phone was dying and this towing company save my life they send the nicest technician he arrived in 20 min and he was the nicest guy if I could recall his name was Jimmy. I called Silverline Towing on a Sunday afternoon needing a motorcycle+car tow with vague directions of where I was located (I did not know the area, at all) and even more vague instructions of where we'll go. He showed up nearly right away, moved the bike for me (it had no power and was too heavy for me in the position it was in). I'd never had to tow a bike before and was a bit nervous.

We went five miles away and the price was more than reasonable. As others have posted here, he is a helluva nice guy and helped me through a really challenging day with professionalism, kind words, and prompt service. If I ever find myself in a vehicular pickle in the Hayward area again, he's the call I'll make.
