My Evanston condo building put a $10k deposit down for porch refinishing last spring, and Peter 1). failed to show up for weeks if not months at a time when the weather was great, 2). stripped one of our tier's wood and did not put protectant on, and 3). Never did any work on the rest of the tiers -- all of us having removed our furniture from the porches all summer long and they were never even touched, 4). Peter spent 3/4 of his time when he DID show up smoking rather than working, and 5). in Oct. or Nov. when he still hadn't even touched 80% of the job he said he could not guarantee his work because he "ran out of good weather days." He literally showed up only a couple times ALL SUMMER.
The company refused to refund our deposit, and now the one tier he did touch the wood is now buckling and getting ruined after being stripped. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Before Hiring LimakWay I did receive a lot of quotes from different construction companies, but the reason I went with this company is because I thought Kamil was really a trustworthy professional that knew what he was doing. He was very helpful and answered all of my thousands of questions. The project came out great and Kamil and his team are really the best at their job. I think this is the best deck building company in Chicago, for sure. I reached out to 6 companies and this one gave me the most affordable quote, it was right in the middle and not 10k more like 3 of them which was ridiculous. Kamil the owner, came to give the estimate 2 days after I made contact and the communication was great with him. Gave me all the tips and really helped me to see what will be the best material for this project. Thanks Kamil and limakway!

I've hired LimakWay to build a rooftop deck in my Chicago apartment with a pergola. Before making a final decision with what company I will go, I received 3 different estimates. LimakWays price was somewhere in the middle but what made me go with them was their experience and a large portfolio of decks created in Chicago land area. I knew that they will have the knowledge of how the city permit system works, because of doing work in this area already.
The whole project took around 3-4 weeks and I am very happy with the final result. I will highly recommend Kamil and his team to any one of my friends, family. Thank you for doing an amazing job!

Hired Limakway to work on creating a new pergola and re-bulding my old deck in Chicago. The guys were the best. The last contractors I hired did a bad job, had issues with the city inspectors and were just overall bad. Kamil and his team first guided me with all my options I had to start the project. Then, they’ve showed me all the drawings and gave me a reasonable qupte. After 2 and 4 days the project was done!! Can’t wait for this winter to be over so i can enjoy it again. Kamil thank you!!
