As soon as we moved into our rental in Summerlin, we noticed some roaches, spiders and SCORPIONS as our new roommates. We called and set up services with Ranger, who a friend had recommended. They have great pricing and were always quick to respond whenever we had questions. We set up autopay and they sent us a reminder text a few days before they would come to spray each time! Germain would text us when he got there and was super informative and very respectful! Overall we have had a wonderful experience with them and have not seen any creepy crawlers since starting getting sprayed! 10/10 would recommend!

We are so grateful that we found Ranger Pest Control when we moved to Las Vegas a year ago. The service is awesome, no sticky residue and no smell but the best part is no bugs. The technicians are all extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We have worked with Jakob and our last service was with Micah. They are both very knowledgeable and thorough. They are both wonderful ambassadors for Las Vegas too.
I would recommend Ranger Pest Control without hesitation. Las Vegas has some very interesting critters but with Ranger Pest Control I know my family and our puppies are safe.

I've been using Ranger for more than 2 years. They've always been on time, professional, responsive to my inquiries, and most importantly. ensure we don't have bugs and scorpions on our property. I've used Ranger Pest Control for the past few years and they've been great! Many companies give you great service out of the gate but that service level tapers off. NOT with Ranger, still getting the same great service each time. Micah stopped by today for regular service and once again, asked what our needs were and if there was anything he could address out of the norm. Thank you for great service!

Thankful to have found Ranger! We've had a scorpion issue since we moved in but have had them more frequently in the past two months. The weekend I saw 4 in my home, I called them that following Monday. Especially with a now walking toddler and a fur baby, we needed to be scorpion free. I haven't seen a scorpion since! They also got rid of our outside cockroaches with was a plus. I'll recommend them to anyone. Very professional employees also, super informative and very detail oriented.

Easy to set up service, fast and quick communication via text message! I do appreciate the short windows of when they'll arrive for the day 3-4pm, instead of the usual "12-5pm" window frame. I received a text when they were on the way. I am already seeing the outside critters dying! Would recommend.

They were on time, upon arrival they took 10 minutes to educate us on what they were going to spray, how it works and it was great information. I watched and they were very thorough in spraying. Before leaving, they made sure we had no questions and if we did at a later date to call or text the number provided to us. Outstanding customer service!

The product seems to be effective and has reduced pests in and around our home. Germain H. always contacts us prior to his arrival and then again when he is done spraying. Ranger Pest Control will be my "go-to" from now on for any pest issues I have in the Vegas valley! The $100 I spent for a one time spray was well worth the money as it's now been 3 weeks without any sight of ants! I'd highly recommend Ranger, they seem like an awesome, local run business who hole true to their commitment to help people out of undesirable situations when it comes to pests!

I just moved here 3.5 months and everything was great until the ants came marching in my kitchen. I sprayed, but on the 3rd day of ants, I called Ranger Pest Control. Cody took my call..Professional, personable and knowledgeable. We set up an appointment for the next day, he sprayed with an eco friendly formula. The next morning, I was a little apprehensive, but yay no ants! So very pleased and highly recommend this company.

I originally spoke to Cody on the phone to set up an appointment. Cody did a great job of explaining the entire process over the phone. A few days later, Jakob came out to my house to spray for some pesky little critters. We have been having issues with scorpions, spiders and ants mainly. Jakob took the time to explain the safety of the chemicals (we have a little padawan in training and couple of dogs), answer any questions I or my wife had and paid special attention to our palm trees and fences where the scorpions and spiders like to hide.
He has been to our house twice for preventative type services. He has been very respectful, honest and professional in his dealing with us. I highly recommend Jakob and the team at Ranger Pest Control for all your pest control needs.

Our scorpion problem is gone! We went from seeing 9 scorpions INSIDE our house within a year to ZERO in the 8 months that we've been using Ranger Pest Control. I've always been pleased with their service, but most recently, with the COVID-19 pandemic, I wanted to leave another review.
Cody was our service tech this month. To comply with the Governor's order, and to eliminate any face-to-face contact, he texted me to let me know he was on the way and then again when he arrived.
He made sure to ask about our concerns and if we have seen any scorpions or other bugs- again, no, thanks to these guys!
Cody texted me to let me know when he was finished and was kind enough to tell me he made sure the side gate was closed. I really appreciated this as we have a dog that uses the backyard and could get out if we weren't aware that the gate was left open. Very pleased with Ranger Pest Control and would highly recommend!

Amazing service. So impressed. My technician took so much time explaining the process to me, answered all my questions. Really above and beyond, in today's world it is so difficult to find exceptional customer service...these guys have it from the first call to set up service all the way to the first visit. We had an ant infestation at our condo in Las Vegas. Called and spoke to Cody. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was important to us that the products be safe for our pets. Listen. What an absolutely comfortable, educational pest control experience. I'm always pretty concerned about having random people in my home (just two females). I was immediately put at ease by Matt's professionalism. I was able to express my problems and concerns, and he immediately had a plan of attack. We ended up running into a bit of an ant infestation, not a problem! Matt arrived fully prepared for a bit of everything. I can sleep well tonight. Thank you. I recently had my initial appointment and I am so excited! I'm renting a home and unfortunately it came with ants, tons of roaches on the exterior and a few scorpions inside the house. I just could not do it anymore! The bugs took over my house and were not contributing to the rent so I called! Matt was my guy and he was very friendly, professional and patient. The next day, all types of roaches were sprawled out in my driveway (yuck) but I am very happy and finally have peace of mind! Thank you!!!

It has been a month since the first visit and spray and I have not seen one bug in my place. I had them spray the outside only. The pest control company that the management company hired couldn't even get me two weeks of being bug free in my place. I called Ranger pest control because even the stuff I was spraying outside was not lasting more than two weeks anymore and I was tired of spraying myself. So far I am extremely happy with Ranger pest control.

Ranger Pest Control is outstanding! We have been using them for about a year and could not be happier with the results. As a mom with a small baby finding a scorpion in our home was so scary. Vance came over the very next day and we have had great luck since. The technicians are so professional, friendly and thorough. Let me start out but saying Vance is extremely friendly and very fast at responding to calls, grade A customer service.
Made an appointment and had Alan show up right on time, He was incredibly friendly and took his time explaining the services and answered any questions we had before signing anything. He was quick and through, making sure to spray anything even close to our place and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Ranger to anyone looking for great service with friendly people.

After finding some roaches in my house I searched my 'go-to' yelp for an exterminator. I called Ranger Pest Control and left a VM requesting a call back. Vance returned my call within 24 hours & made time to come to my home right away. Vance was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. Seriously the best pest control in Las Vegas! I used another company and still had so many bugs. We live in a new development when lots of building is going on, and backyards being done and I have not seen one bug! Also Vance is so great, if you need anything he can usually make it out that day. This is our third pest control company and the first time that we haven't had scorpions for cockroaches in the house. They also address the rat problem we have because we live on a golf course, and we haven't had any in our attic since they started traps in the yard. We also used them to remove a beehive last summer, and there was no damage to our wall or any lingering bees. Great service!

I had a great experience with ranger pest control. I have referred them to many others and have both my parents house sprayed by them. When he came and sprayed we had a young person spraying on the inside and Vance sprayed the outside. We found a few bugs a week later which is normal but when I called Vance he immediately told me he would come out and spray again if it was an issue. Without hesitation he was willing to come out to my home. That shows great customer service! We highly recommend them and think Vance is wonderful.

Ranger Pest Control is the best in Las Vegas. The guys know their stuff inside and out. I don't think there is anything they won't do to make a customer happy. They are incredibly friendly. I love that they have safer chemicals to spray inside the house (something made from chrysanthemums or some flower; ask about it).

We have used a couple other well known pest control companies in the past 6 or 7 years, but we would still find dead cockroaches and occasional trails of ants if my kids left food or drinks out. Since we switched to Ranger a couple years ago, I've seen maybe 2 spiders. No more ants or roaches, our house is bug free all the time. Plus, they are so friendly, have great customer care, and make it easy to pay for services and reschedule if needed. I couldn't recommend this pest control company more highly. We'll never use anyone else.

I love the guys at Ranger Pest Control, always friendly, professional and concerned about our property. Can I just start out by saying this company has the nicest people working for them!!! When I found a family of wolf spiders in my garage I was worried , but then when I found them coming in my house I panicked !!!! I called and right away they came and sprayed every inch of my house !!! Now on my 2nd visit I had to leave to get my daughter from school and as I was leaving I passed the Ranger truck on the way out of neighborhood. ..
I told the gentleman that I was sorry but I had to leave , his response no problem take your time I will be waiting for you when you get back!!! I was so shocked and so thankful!!! He sprayed where ever I needed and was so nice!!! Even after 30 mins. For me to return home!!! And I love that there product is safe for children and animals!!!
