Poolside Screen Repairs

I contacted 3 companies to inquiry about a full rescreen for our pool area. I decided to go with this company because they set an appointment to come out to measure/give us a quote. They were on time, polite and professional. As I am typing this review they are installing our screen in the backyard. The 4 gentlemen are doing a fantastic job and I will be sure to use this company again if we have any screens that need to be replaced/repaired in the future.

I would also like to mention the wonderful receptionist that couldn't of been kinder when I asked for the last min dog door to be put into our screened in area. I have had a great experience with this company from the start. Thank you very much for all your hard work and kindness. We are very happy with this company. We also hired them last minute to put in two new screened doors to replace our old ones, which will be at the end of August.

Poolside Screen Repair is top notch. Excellent communication between everyone involved. The installers were on time, performed excellent work and were very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.

This was the second time I used this company for pool enclosure screen repairs. They were extremely helpful both times and I would highly recommend their services. When I first called, they were very busy and I had to wait 3 weeks for a service call. That was a bit long, but worth the wait. When the time came for my appointment, they emailed a few days prior to confirm the window of time they would arrive. Then, they followed up with a phone call giving a more precise time. The 2 service techs arrived 5 minutes earlier than the stated time but apologized for "being late". They, too, were very professional and efficient.

Repaired 2 pool enclosure screen panels. Service was performed when scheduled, tech (James) was very professional & did a perfect job. Will definitely be the first vendor I go to for a full replacement job next year.

I live in Ocoee and this company is in Oveido. I needed three screens repaired: 1 small, 1 large & 1 slider. That's all! Took maybe an hour. Poolside Screen Repair is the only company who would do the job. I couldn't even get a local company because "it's not worth their time". The two young men who came by were so polite and a pleasure to deal with. Tracey, the customer service rep, is such a jewel! Thank you so much Poolside for taking on the small jobs as well as the big ones.

I searched for a company to fix my lanai screens. Called Poolside Screen Repair and got an appointment. Although I had to wait two weeks I was impressed by the whole experience. The Friday before my appointment I received a confirmation call and email to confirm my appointment. James from Poolside Screen Repair called and said he was going to be early.

He was prompt and professional. He gave me the price of all the work I needed and went to work. He was diligent and thorough. He cleaned up and left. I will recommend Poolside Screen Repair to my neighbors and friends.

My tech was so great, arrived and assessed the areas and got right to work! Tight working around some obstacles but did a fantastic job! They are now on my preferred list for screen repair!

5 STAR SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. This company offers impeccable service at an unbeatable price. I could not believe how easy and seamless the whole process was from the quick callback to set up the initial quote to installation of the product. The crew was highly professional, friendly, and courteous. Most service companies force you to wait for a 4-hour window, but Haley notified me right away to alert me that his visit would fall towards the latter part of the window.

I appreciated his respect for my time. Upon arrival, the job was finished smoothly and within minutes. I could not have asked for a better service call, and yet the price was bargain basement. Two thumbs up, A+++ company!

Excellent and fast service. I highly recommend this company. Tim did an excellent job replacing all our panels that needed it and even tightened up some screws that he noticed were loose. Talk about going beyond the norm. I Would use Poolside Screen Repair again and their prices are really good.

Our pool enclosure was leaning some due to the dirt below the pool eroding. We had that repaired and Poolside Screen Repair added additional braces and straightened the frame back to where it should be. They were very professional, responsive, and the pricing was great.

Poolside Screen Repair met all our expectations, from the original call and quote I received from Rich to the time Tim and Danny left. Rich provided a date and time for work to start and they were here ready to go.
Tim & Danny were extremely nice and did not mind us asking questions. Screen looks tight and nice, we did 20x20 on top help keep pine needles out and 18x14 on the sides.
