My parents are in their 70s. Mom called on Sunday morning and said their stool ran all night and flooded nearly half their house. DriRite came in and removed the damaged carpet and laminate flooring along with the damaged baseboards. Robert was extremely professional and friendly during the initial call and first inspection. The next day Alejandro and Ronald showed up and worked non-stop from 11am to past 8pm. I can't enough about their work ethic, plus they are both extremely professional and friendly.

Robert our sales manager was extremely quick and knowledgeable and was super friendly. I had some water damage in my home and was referred by a dry wall installer to call Robert Barber from Dririte to determine what kind of water damage was inside the wall. I called Robert and he was at my house the next day and right on time.he showed me the moisture in the wall and gave me an estimate. I had to have the roof replaced to make sure the water problem was corrected.

When the roof was done I called Robert and he was again at my house the next day and right on time, he is very professional and honest as what he can do for you. If I have anymore water issues I would call him again in a heart beat.it was great to do business with him

Highly recommend. We had an unfortunate accident with some shelving collapsing that was holding wine and other items. It was a Saturday afternoon and I actually called 2 other companies before Dririte, but neither answered the phone. With Dririte, my call was answered promptly and communication was easy. Their team came right out to get to work and cleaned the area thoroughly.

We had water spot spreading in the ceiling and our leasing company had this company come out to inspect the problem. The representative Jose came out and was very professional and kept me posted with each part of the solution. I am very pleased with the service so far. They will have to return in a few days to make sure their service has worked properly.

These guys do good work and all the employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly brought in an assortment of high powered drying equipment and applied a disinfectant which significantly limited the amount of secondary damage to my new Lake Nona home. A different company came in and wanted to tear down several walls. That would have been a waste of time and money for everyone involved. Glad I picked this company instead! Kudos to Clay, Kenny, Brandon, Kristian, Anthony, Jaime & Saniago for there exceptional work and professionalism.

We had the worst experience of water and mold damage to our new floors and Kenny and Kristian from the Winter Garden office were sent to our home. We had a mold inspection / remediation by Kenny and Jaime. They had to remove several pieces of our wood flooring and baseboards. They worked for 3 days in our home and even though the work they were doing was dusty work they always left with everything cleaned up nicely at the end of the day and took measures to assure nothing got damaged. Both of these guys worked hard and were polite and efficient. Hopefully I won't have any issues with water in my home but if I do I would feel confident using Dririte

Two days into my brand new home, while I'm in another state I received mom dreaded the first floor is flooded. Did I mention this is two weeks before Christmas :-? It was a God intervention because they sent out the dynamic duo Ryan and Luis during this tough time. The team was awesome with request checking from Clinton. First Luis and Ryan did an amazing job keeping me informed on what was happening.

They kept to the scheduled times and always reached out if anything changed. These gentlemen treated my home like it was theirs. Their professionalism and customer service is amazing. Noticed water spots on the first floor ceiling. Dririte showed up fast, removed the drywall, identified the issues, and dried everything out. The Dririte team isolated the the demo sites, covered everything in plastic tarp, even put plastic with zippers over the doorways to keep everything contained. They were always available to meet with my insurance adjustor and discuss the scope of the project. A few days later, everything was wrapped up and packed out. I highly recommend Dririte! Dante and Ryan came out to inspect and provide assistance with a flood in my condo about a month ago. They were both thorough in their work & diligent to ensure the condo reached satisfactory, safe levels before removing their equipment and checking in regularly for updates. I highly recommend this team and company for times of need (like a flood!) that we don't anticipate.

We had water leaking through two balconies on our first floor. Dririte came out immediately and began working to find the source of the leak and to dry out the area. They were fantastic. They left each room spotlessly clean even though the had to cut through dry wall and remove trim. They were very knowledgeable and efficient. I would absolutely use Dririte again!

After a long frustration trying to get a repair done from an air conditioning problem mold was found. Our contractor put us in touch with DriRite. We are very pleased with the professionalism and efficiency of the team. Stuart, the project manager, evaluated the problem, let us know what it would entail and explained everything thoroughly. He also monitored the job at various stages.

The two technicians, DC and Jordan, sealed the area and went right to work. They were very respectful of our home. They also answered any questions. When they came to pick up the air cleaner, they made sure we were pleased and had no further questions. Hopefully we will never have to use them again, but if we do, they would be the first call.

I am always thrilled when a company tells me when they will be here and they actually are!! And it was a bonus to see how clean they were when they were all done!!

It has been more than nine months since we reached out to this company and it has been in my mind ever since to get on here and leave a review. THAT's how impressed I was / am with the organization / representative that visited us. We had some water damage come in to our condo from our upstairs neighbor who left her shower curtain open and must have taken a multi hour shower!

There were two inches of water on my bathroom floor and a good portion of our ceiling and vents were soaked through!

Stuart was the representative that visited us and he was courteous, professional, took notice and care of our home and was clean and respectful about walking through our house. He was honest and thorough and showed us the results of the moisture levels, etc. that he was reading using his gauges and tools. Stuart was very honest with us about what the damage meant to our home and provided avenues for us to remedy the problem.

He pointed out things I would not have even noticed and I am so grateful he did. In Florida, in a wood frame home, moisture is no joke. I would could on Stuart again should the need arise and I highly recommend him and Dri Rite for any need you may experience. With the services they offer, it is an emergency situation where we call on them, but I am confident in Stuart's abilities as a professional who faces this every day.
