I hired Marc and his crew to install a potting green as a birthday gift for my husband several months ago. We're extremely happy for how it turned out, it has been great fun for the entire family. They were very puntual, polite, and every time I had questions, their answers made me feel very confident. I will definitely be hiring them again in the future.

We hired Marc to do our backyard because of our dogs digging. He was there when he said he would be. And done in two days. Very very happy with the results. It's been about 5 months and we still love it and the dogs do too! Would definitely recommend.

They completely changed our house into a showcase. We have had lots of compliments. They know what they're doing. Very pleased.

Marc is very knowledgeable on turf & landscape installations and was willing to discuss at length. They completed the job on time even with the summer afternoon rainstorms. Marc and his crew are some of the hardest workers I've ever seen. They are like clockwork when it comes to arrivals and, unless it's lightening, rain does not stop their production. This organization is meticulous, creative, and won't give up even when most would walk away when the going gets tough. My project initially started as a 2 week project and because of a long duration of bad weather, some city 'interest' due to years of their neglect, and a specific neighbor attempting to consistently cause issues to me and my project 'just because', it has spanned for many additional weeks. If you need to hire a landscape designer and installer that will get it done, get it done right, and make sure it's done to full customer satisfaction, this is where you go.

Quality service, quality work well worth it. Marc and crew made our dreams come true. From a fire pit to pavers and some articifiial turf. Every detail you dont see,they capture and cultivate to beauty. It's a shame you can only give 5 stars. From The Ground Up deserves 10 stars. I recently had Mark and From the Ground Up crew complete an outdoor renovation project at my house, and I can see why he gets awesome reviews. Mark went above and beyond to make sure all the details were met from the ground up. It's awesome to know that people still believe in attention to detail. They went out of there way to make sure all of our requests were met with no questions asked.

From start to finish it was seamless and smooth sailing except for the weather. Mark came back weeks after our project was complete. Just to make sure we were still satisfied with the work he and crew had completed. It was awesome to know even though they had moved on to another project or 2, he still cared enough to drive to our home to make sure.

On a side note the price was dirt cheap compared to some of the prices we got from other companies. Overall great company and we will continue to utilize From the Ground Up. Mark thank you for all you have done!

We are particularly concerned with follow through, we tend to see many variances of over-promising and under delivering as well. Like the other guy wrote, they make the promise to make the sale and never complete it to our expectations which are high when it comes to my home.

I figure if I pay good money for something I expect equal service. A friend referred Marc and his team, and wow! I wish I knew about his service 3 failures ago! We had an excellent experience with Marc and his crew. They performed a complete removal of all our old landscaping and planted new plants, shrubs and sod on our property. The price was competitive and the service was excellent. Marc met my wife and I at Lucas Nursery and helped us decide on plants and shrubs. They stayed on the quoted timetable and the finished product looks amazing. We were very pleased with the experience.

Marc and From the Ground Up came back today to perform a third job for us. Just like the first 2, Marc and team did a fantastic job. They redid my front beds with a very clean, tropical look. Marc also met with us on 2 weekends to help choose the style that would fit us. I will always use From the Ground Up for any and all landscape needs. They are fantastic people to work with who perform wonderfully every chance they get.

I can’t believe how beautiful my lawn looks now!!!! It was an absolute disaster before. We had them come in and remove all of the preexisting plants and trees we had. They stump grinned the whole area then tilled up the soil to aerate it. I went to the plant nursery with them to pick out plants and trees, which I had a fun time doing. Marc is full of knowledge when it comes to landscaping.

We have a bit of shade in some areas and full sun in others. He knew exactly what will survive in those areas and what would look good year round. We picked out color for ever season. The plants we picked out were unique and the look we now have isn’t replicated at any other house I’ve seen. After they installed the plants and trees they installed a lot of river jack rocks, which are absolutely gorgeous and remind me of smooth river rocks from the mountains.

This project cost about $6,000.00 which was a little more than I wanted to initially pay but I would do it all over again if I had to. They exceeded my expectations 10x. Thank you so much!!!

From the Ground up is an excellent landscape installation company in the Orlando, Fla area. They are professional provide an excellent service to their customers!

Marc has created a simple yet classy look in my front yard which is a thing of beauty. Prior to the installation, he clearly explained to me the whole process, from choosing the right sod and plants, to yard preparation. His extensive knowledge in landscaping is quite impressive plus he has a great personality and easy to get along with. Landscapers like him are hard to come by and they are few and far between.

Initially before the two day installation, he sprayed the pre-existing grass and left it to die/wilt for several days, then he and a crew came back, removed the dead grass using a sod cutter. They also installed the plants ( Crape Myrtles, Bromeliads, Agapanthus and Podocarpus) on the same day. I was blown away by how quickly they finished installing the plants.

Clearly they have a green thumb and a knack for landscaping. Next day they installed the sod and when they finished the job, my yard was a sight to behold and I felt overjoyed by the transformation. Marc's ability to create clean lines around the edges of the grass is just simply beautiful. The quality of work he delivers is what I love the most. It's been ten days after the installation and the lawn has transformed with a vibrant green grass. Praises from neighbors here and there.
