Felipe (local business owner) is punctual and professional. We replaced carpet in the second floor of our house with pre-finished hardwood. The process was so much easier than we anticipated thanks to this hardwoorking team who moved furniture and made it all happen under 3 days. Amazing!! The results are stunning and we would definitely use them again for flooring installation.

Floor Coverings International Chapel Hill does excellent work! When I replaced carpet with hardwood, they were able to match the color and wood type perfectly to existing hardwood in the rest of the house. First, they tested the chemical composition of the existing hardwood. They did this by scraping a tiny sample of wood flooring from the back of a closet.
They added some drops, and when they floor scrapings didn't turn green they were able to rule out white oak. Once the wood type was determined, they were able to pick the perfect stain. The installers were punctual and professional, and Felipe Lamas (the business owner) made sure the project was carried out to perfection. Great work!

Great service. I upgraded all my floors (hardwood, carpet and tile) with these guys. Was a stress-free experience. They came, take measurement, selected best samples, gave me an estimate and a week later they installed my floors. Was not the cheapest option but certainly the best in terms of service and quality.

Felipe was simply amazing. He went out of his way to expedite the new floor in my townhouse (I was having new appliances delivered). Martin who installed the floor, did a very professional job (he too did some additional things to help me). I have waited a month to write to see how the new floor installation has done. Fantastic! I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International Chapel Hill.

Felipe and his team were terrific! I chose Floor Coverings International initially because Felipe came to my home was extremely professional and organized. He brought hardwood floor samples and let me take my time to choose what would be perfect for my home. Before he left I had a firm price and an installation plan to look forward to. He kept in touch throughout the installation process and quickly addressed any concerns that I had.
I trusted to leave a key to my home with the installers and was assured they locked up at the completion of their day. Tony and Rachel are a team. They are so particular and take pride in their work. I will work with this team again!
