No one is ever happy to hear the news that they might need a new air conditioner unit, but working with Isaac at Swan Heating & Air Conditioning took the sting out of that decision. He came out quickly when our a/c went out and laid out all of the repair or replace options for us. His goal was not to oversell but to give us the knowledge and freedom to make the right choice for our home and budget. Our new unit has not even been installed yet, and we are already over the moon with our experience.

Swan has always been on time and reliable. They always give options and explain things well if we need repairs/replacements for any of our furnace an central air units. Dan did an awesome job, I was not home for the installation but had question after he left. So I reached out and in about 45 minutes they responded and called me to go over all the specifics. Very respectful and helpful to ensure I knew exactly how and why they did used the designs they did. Could not have asked for a better technician.

I have now met several of the employees at Swan, as I get going with my new furnace, humidifier, air duct cleaning, etc. Very pleased with the quality of these people, their professionalism, knowledge, and above all, patience to explain in terms the layman can understand!

Rob spent a lot of time teaching me about my new system, and helped me set it so that I now feel much more comfortable in my home.

I appreciated that he assumed that I could understand what he was saying, and it was worth the time spent. And, he listened! I had a lot of questions, and he answered them clearly without rushing. He explained also the benefit of a humidifier, which Curtis installed this week.

Plus, he signed me up for the maintenance plan that will notify me of my needed upkeep. Thanks, Rob! And Curtis has since installed my humidifier. He was efficient and professional.

They did a great job giving me options when my furnace needed repaired. Once I decided to replace it, they were able to have New one installed the next day. All of their people were very polite and did a great job.

Mary was super helpful getting us set up with our new system order. Kevin and Dylan came to install first thing in the morning. They were friendly and explained exactly what they were going to do, and then got right to work. They dealt with way more than they bargained for and were extremely friendly while doing it! Kevin answered my extensive questions and made sure we were comfortable with using our new system before taking off. Definitely a job well done, and would recommend them to anyone!

Experience, response, thoroughness are the first three adjectives that come to mind when I think of Swan. We have four furnaces here on site that they shepherd for us and have never failed to assure proper function!

I was so pleased with how Isaac Tippman and his brother, Dylan, installed my new Amana furnace. They were friendly, efficient, and very professional.
