Fair and honest garage door company. American veteran garage door repair of Las Vegas came to my residence today to provide me with a free onsite estimate. Just had my garage serviced. My door was having issues going up and down. Turned out to be my sensors were bad. They were from 2002. They installed new sensors, fixed my mounted door opener and even lubricated all the rollers so my garage stop squeaking. Great customer service and was extremely fast/professional. Highly recommend. Service was above and beyond. They are top rated for a reason. The tech even showed me how to preform the proper maintained to keep from having issues in the future.

I want to say I appreciate the call from American Veteran regarding my first review! The gentleman did let me know that 2 steel beams were part of the repair costs involved in what I thought was pricey. Very good company to do business with. Price is still a concern, but it seems to be a concern with everything these days!

I called American Veteran Garage Door yesterday and they came out today to replace the door hinges which had broken off due to wear and tear. The technician explained what needed to be done with the price estimate before I approved the work. Both technicians were courteous and professional. Great garage door repair experience. We had a broken spring on our commercial overhead garage door panels. Michael came out and explain to me exactly what was wrong with the garage door. The torsion springs were replaced very fast and efficiently. The price was reasonable I would save it on the cheap side. Were most commercial garage door companies charge just to come out they were the only ones willing to give us a free on-site estimate. I will definitely be using them for any garage door repair in Las Vegas

This company is the real deal. Finally honesty in Vegas. Old door opener failed. Called the office at 9:30AM. Tyson shows up at 11:30AM and 50 minutes later we have a brand new super quiet five year warranty door opener installed for the fairest price ever. While here, he reworks our 2nd garage door to tighten the spring, change out the rollers to the quiet nylon ones and makes sure it's all up to snuff too. I will only call these guys in the future for our garage doors! Simply amazing service.

I called on thuraday, they arrived within 2 hours. He determined the problem.recommended several options ranging from repair to replacement ($100-$500). We scheduled the replacement package and by 9 am on friday I was being fixed. By 10 am I had a new gucci garage door opener with a fancy gateway for remote access. Mike was a great technician and extremely professional.

Great experience with them today. Michael came out to fix my door. He called ahead so I knew when to expect him, and he was on time and quite knowledgable. The final bill was a competitive price. I had three areas that needed repair on the garage door. He was able to identify them right away and give me the pricing for fixing versus replacing. He was quick and efficient with his work.

They gave me a quote and I thought it was competitive. Had someone out there within an hour and he finished in less than. Very professional and he fixed up and re-adjusted the motor so the garage door would run smoother. He even gave us advice and a few recommendations and I could tell he was interested in the well being and longevity of the garage door instead of making more money.

Installer was quick, knowledgeable and polite. Showed up during the scheduled window and was very helpful explaining how to re-program my remotes. Told me about the components of my garage door and what looked good and what may need work in the future due to normal wear and tear. Overall, very happy with the experience.
