I Had Left My Keys Inside I Called The Locksmith Guy And He Said He'd Be Here As Fast As He Could For Me Which Was Awesome. As Fast As He Came Was As Fast As He Left. I Highly Recommend Diamondback Lock and Key.

I am very satisfied with their experience and knowledge regarding locksmithing. I was able to get my Mazda cx5 key programmed and cut. You coukd not ask for a better deal than them coming directly to you and taking care of your key needs. Better price than going to the dealership to boot!

I bought 2 keys for my 1998 Honda prelude, costed me $409 (I think it was waaaaaay to much). The locksmith name was Daniel, he was a cool guy but did not know what he was doing. The first night he can by took him an hour and a half just to get me one key. He had to return the next day to get me my other key luckly it only took about 30 minutes. The keys I did receive one of them (the ignition key) binds when I go to pull it out, the other key (door locks) surprisingly works fine.

The dispatcher gave Mr. Daniel the wrong car, he said it was a Honda pilot, and because Daniel didn't have the right tools or key blank for a Honda prelude he said he'd have to come back the next day, I think it's totally fine. If it didn't take nearly 2 hours to figure out he couldn't do it. The next day when he showed up I was told I had to pay an additional $100 and since it's payment up I felt obligated into paying the extra charge, he also only brought one key blank for my car so if he messed up I wasn't getting my key that day.

I don't know if anyone genuinely reads reviews but take it from me. Just go to an Ace hardware store that can cut car keys. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because Daniel was a good guy great to talk too, and I got my keys at the end of all of it. The whole ordeal felt extremely sketchy I genuinely thought I was gonna get scammed out of my money. If the company wants to make it up to me and fix my key that binds in the ignition I would be happy to give a better review but until then they do not deserve it.

I've been searching for a reliable place for a duplicate transponder key for my Chrysler 300T, to avoid possible lockout situation. I called up a few stores who priced near $300. However, I bumped into Tyler/Chris who said he could do everything for $100 bucks. Chris did it in less than 20 minutes along with a free duplicate key & receipt for warranty, though I made him wait for half hour. Very friendly and professional guys!

I went in to have 3 keys copied (1 truck and 2 house) very quick and very friendly folks. They struggled with one of my keys so I'll be going back to get it but while I was waiting I asked if they could get an aftermarket lock off of my spare tire and he picked it right off without issue and did it for free! All he asked in return was a good review so I am making good on that. Just good business people. I will be using them again anytime I need any type of lock work. Very satisfied!
