Family First Security has been my family's security system for years. When it came time to make a decision on what security system I wanted for my home, it was a no brainer. Everyone at Family First Security was wonderful to work with. I like working with local companies because of the personal service you receive. My office is now secured and monitored and no more need for keys, as we all have our unique door codes that allow us to come and go and is tracked. When I am unable to be at the office, I can talk to the delivery person through the door bell, and unlock the door so they can leave the package inside and then I just lock and secure the office back up. I have dealt with several other security systems, but I feel safer with Family First Security.

I can't say enough good things about Family First Security! Sure, there are other security companies out there...but they are not all ethical, like FFS is. FFS doesn't push upgrades and higher plans off onto you. They simply educate you on what they are able to offer and then hook you up! (Pun intended) :) You will not regret choosing Family First Security, and you'll find that Jamie and his team turn out to feel more like friends than a service provider. After moving into our new home we wanted to get a home security system that was easy to install, easy to use and easy to pay for. We received quotes from a number of companies and decided to go with Family First Security. Jamie took the time to hear us out and then tailor our security system to what we wanted and what we could afford. Needing to feel safer in our downtown neighborhood, I wanted to have security cameras installed. I always try to support local and small businesses. We hit the jackpot when we hired Family First! I just would like to take a moment to mention that Jamie is amazing. Very detailed oriented and caring. A very kind and honest man... and extremely patient. Jamie took a lot of time to explain how the system works, including the online portal and the apps as well as the other features. I live in a historic home and was a bit apprehensive about how the system might look but Jamie's products are barely visible and do nothing to detract from the look of my home (interior and exterior).
He went above and beyond to ensure our home was safe and sound and I slept better last night knowing I had this extra level of security. I highly recommend Family First Security as the BEST security company in and around Columbia!
