The Burke team operates with a higher moral/ethical compass than their competitors. They don't chase ambulances for business. Their team is responsive, professional, thorough and efficient. They are sensitive to the needs of people who are dealing with some form of loss and may not be at their best. As an insurance agent I am confident that Burke will treat my clients and my carriers fairly. And that they will respond swiftly with competent, seasoned technicians.

The entire Burke team, including Seth Popien, is incredibly professional and responsive. They arrived on time, immediately got to work, kept me fully informed as they worked through the project, including letting me know of their comings and goings, solved our problem, and left the worksite neat as a pin. All of the Burke employees that came to our home were incredibly nice and well mannered. This is the second time we have used Burke and would recommend them to anyone. Prompt, caring and trustworthy. Had to remove ceilings, cabinets and there was not one speck of dust or dirt left behind. They were in constant contact with me as things progressed for this 5 day clean up, I felt comfortable leaving them in my home while I was at work. They also referred me to great people to rebuild and purchase cabinetry. I went with their recommendation and am completely thrilled. Burke ER was recommended to me by several people but when my insurance adjuster stated Burke ER was a preferred company of theirs, I quickly learned the many wonderful reasons why Burke ER would be so highly rated. The generosity and understanding extended to me not only by my insurance adjuster but also by Burke ER is a miracle. As I write this review, my mind is flooded by images and voices of everyone involved working very hard to help me in the most timely manner.

The damage done to my home was extensive and there were many complications in getting it back to normal but I never had to wait for Burke ER to show up and when they did, they demonstrated much care to get my home back to normal after a water line burst in the wall of my much finished basement. What seemed to be the perfect storm for a disaster had turned into a rainbow of care and extreme generosity putting me in awe of the good hearts involved.

I am truly blessed and still in tears but this time they tears are of joy and deep gratitude. This week's message at church was about The Good Samaritan who cared for someone in need and how he went above and beyond to provide for the one in need. Burke ER and my insurance adjuster have been just that to me. They have been Good Samaritans in a time when I was in great need and I am so very grateful for how they have blessed me and cared for my home as it it were theirs. This is a great company! I had significant water damage to my upstairs bathroom ceiling due to a leaking HVAC system. I called Burke and they got a man out immediately to assess the damage. The next day they came back out to remove the damaged drywall and wet insulation. They also applied an anti microbial agent to guard against mold. They were all extremely professional and friendly. I had the opportunity to speak to the receptionist and also the owner. Everyone was so helpful and really nice.

My wife and I are so appreciative of Burke ER's understanding of our emergency and the incredible kindness they gave to us throughout the entire process. We had an overflow in our plumbing/pipes in the basement that resulted in black water gushing out of one of the open drains and filled our floor, ruining our finished basement. After a few hours cleaning as best we can and after the plumber unclogged the pipe; we contacted Burke late Mon. They responded the next morning and Conner came out to evaluate the damage Wed.

Bill and his team came out Thursday morning to start their work. They explained their process and kept us updated. They kept busy and were respectful of our requests. They moved our furnitures when necessary to get things done and cleaned things up nicely. In the end, they spent 3 days but I think anything that was contaminated is gone. Overall I'm happy with my experience with Burke and would recommend them.

Late last night we discovered our basement was flooded due to our water heater breaking. We called Burke Emergency Restoration at about 8 am and Scott and team were here by 9am. They quickly worked their magic, assessing the actions needed; moving everything, lifting furniture up on supports for drying, vacuuming water, pulling carpet up, setting up driers and a dehumidifier.

This company is the absolute best at controlling damages. It's our second time using them and their responsiveness, experience and skill is consistent with our first disaster. They are knowledgeable, professional, and really caring people. Thank you so much for today. We felt completely overwhelmed and you took care of everything. When Scott left we felt grateful and hopeful that our flood will not cause any permanent damage to our home. That's priceless!

I can't say enough good things about BurkeER - from the day we called them to the day the clean-up was complete, they were attentive, efficient, and professional. Connor really went above and beyond to coordinate the entire process and get the job started as soon as possible. He worked directly with our insurance to ensure a smooth experience. We were sent to Burke Restoration by our good friend, Jim Nolin, after we had a "furnace disaster" that resulted in a basement full of sludgy water. Connor McDonagh was our initial contact person and was up at our house promptly to survey the damage. He arrived when he said he would and was thorough and professional. The team from Burke ER, led by Josiah, could not have been any nicer or more professional.

They always arrived when they said they would and even called if they were going to be later than expected. They worked quickly and were very neat. Steve, one of the technicians, even helped us to carry our groceries in the house upon our arrival home one day!!! That is certainly good customer service, I'd say! The day of the cellar clean-out went very smoothly with all techs working as a team to lug things out and get them catagorized, and into the truck for haul-away. Dear John, I am writing to let you know how impressed we were with the two employees you sent out to us on 7/25/10 in response to our broken sewer pipe. Adam and Matt set to work immediately, and took great care to keep Karen and I informed on what they were doing, and what they may need to do in order to get the job done correctly.

After my water damage I called Burke ER and they were on-site with their team and equipment within 3 hours. All of them appeared knowledgeable and courteous, but more importantly they worked well together - cohesive, respectful and good teamwork amongst themselves. They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and what I should expect.

I called on a Friday afternoon at 3pm. Caleb and another gentleman arrived at 530 and worked with a smile until at least 8pm. I work crazy hours and Caleb went out of his way to make sure that everything at the house was taken care of.

These guys fixed my place up after a flood from an upstairs sink overflow overnight, starting very soon after I called them. The other place, which has a big advertising budget on TV and claims to make the problem like it never happened, took two full days to give me an estimate and wanted my place to sit in water for a week.

From beginning to end the folks at Burke ER were fantastic. When we realized we couldn't handle the mess a basement leak had caused they were on the job within a few hours. They were quick, professional, hard working, well informed, thoughtful and kind.
