DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had a generator installed by them that per my contract came with a 7 year warranty. My transfer switch failed this summer and another company responded at 1am to repair it. When they went to submit it to Generac warranty it was discovered 4 Power Now NEVER submitted the warranty even though I paid for it! I have been told by Amanda for 4 months they will take care of it. I'm still getting a bill that should have been taken care of under warranty. I would buy a giant hamster wheel and battery bank before using this company again.

BEWARE.HORRIBLE business. SCAM ALERT! I made appointment 2 wks in advance and called to confirm the day prior. Day of service, they did not show and did not cancel or reschedule. Now no one will answer the phone or return emails. This business is a SCAM! Call someone more reputable. NOT THIS JOKE of a business! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Be careful using this company. They formally operated under another name and we have struggled to get them to honor warranty on a previous Generac installation. My father is a WWII veteran. He had a Generac system installed a few years ago (it's still under warranty). They had forgotten to hook up some of his appliances, and because the power is out most often at night, he didn't notice until now.

We have called them several times, been promised calls back with no luck. Being 94 he relies on dependable companies, as we all do, this company has not been dependable or reliable.

I work with Amanda at this company. She is amazing. I highly recommend her. I had a Generac placed at my home and from beginning to end the service was superb. She answered all my questions, she gave her professional advice as to placement. She has also done other work for me. The personal attention, doing work after hours. Going beyond the call of duty.

I have worked with multiple companies over my lifetime and I have never seen such hard work, total commitment to customer satisfaction, dedication. Don't use any other company. This is by far the best company ever! Thanks Amanda

My Furnace died when it was 19 degrees out. I called 4 Power Now and they came right over and installed a new furnace. They were professional and fast, when other companies said it would take hours. I had heat very quickly. I highly recommend them. Service: Heating system installation

I have been a Solar Power client of 4 Power Now for over 7 years. When they were Tag Mechanical they managed the financials (Fed, State, County, & local subsidies and low cost loans) and installed 48 Solar Panels on my roof with all the accompanying installation specifics including wiring, mechanical mounts and power grid integration. For these 7+ years my system has produced all the power I have required.

Vent fan in roof of my house was whistling so loud that neighbors began complaining! 4 Power Now showed up and immediately diagnosed bad bearings in the fan motor. After they climbed through the attic and removed the motor, they ordered a new one and promptly re-installed it. All good now, no whistling and no complaining neighbors! Definitely a company i like doing business with. Ps. they also do the annual maintenance on my furnace and A/C!

Where do I begin? This company provides so many services other than HVAC! Ok, well my generator is getting a little up there in age and was not performing correctly. When it did not come on when needed in a horrible rain storm, they came at midnight, pouring rain, no light of course and got it running! We have two hot water heaters in our house. Last year went to the basement to find one end with about an inch of water. Made a call and within 20 minutes they were here to fix the problem and cleaned up! OMG, again today, the other hot water heater did the same thing and they were here in less than 20 minutes and made the repair and cleanup. Oh, they also do electrical.

They ran a 220 line from inside my house, (and it was not easy) outside for my hot tub install! Has been running perfectly since! Do not ever hesitate to call! Incredibly knowledgeable and able to do anything you might need! I trust them to go into my home anytime, even when no one is home. Please consider them for any of your home needs!

Amanda and Jim Doxtater both responded to our house to address a heating vent issue. They went above and beyond to identify and fix the problem. They were very professional and reliable. 4 Power Now came to install a whole hose generator for my family. From beginning to end the process was smooth and timely. My project turned out to be quite challenging due to some electric issues with my house that had nothing to do with this project, but they still finished on time and didn't charge me any extra for the extra work. We live in an area where the power goes out often and feel much more secure knowing that no matter what we will have power to our home.

4 Power Now is a great family company! They installed a Generac standby generator for me and they were just out to the house to service it last week. They do a great job and their prices are still the best (I shop around) My technician explained that the company underwent some transitions in the past few months. I'm so glad and relieved that they're back with a new name. 4 Power Now!

My wife and I were very impressed with the thoroughness and professionalism. We finally have found a decent ac, heating and electrical firm with high standards. Again -- many thanks to Tim and TAG!

First experience with company since moving to the area. Ron F dispatched to do routine maintenance. His check-up was professional and complete. He cleaned the burner and checked the gas pressure, CO levels, circulation valves and every junction in the house for gas leaks. Given the time spent and the pointers received, the charge was absolutely reasonable.

Gregg F and Tom K installed a new generator at my home. They were professional, efficient and truly a pleasure to work with! They rewired and repaired a previous job, with an outcome that is clean, neat and easy to understand. They were friendly and appropriate in spite of working in the bitter cold!

Gregg replaced my hot water heater and made sure that it was installed correctly, which was a bit of a challenge. He was very professional and thorough and made sure the job was done right. I appreciated that he was considerate and kept me apprised of what was happening. He also cleaned up thoroughly and made sure I was happy with the job. Excellent overall experience.

We had a Geo-thermal heating and cooling system installed in our home about 5 years ago. What a difference it made! We're saving an average of 650 per month in the winter! The staff at Tag Mechanical was the best!

I have to say TAG Mechanical treated us like family starting with Amanda, in management, to Gregg F., one of the professional installers. There was no pushy sales pitch. Every question we could think of was answered and we went home with information packets to help us with our decision.

We just purchased a house with a Generac Guardian Generator. Gregg came out and checked it all out, brought it all up to spec's, and showed me everything I needed to know about the op;ration and maintenance of the unit.

Gregg F. from TAG Mechanical was great. We use TAG for all our heating/air conditioning/plumbing issues, and they are always very pleasant, helpful, informative, and they work cleanly. We really appreciate having someone we can trust to work in our home and be honest with us.

I was worried about this one. I needed my natural gas lines replaced in the entire house. I asked mgr. Dave Hill to send someone over for an estimate, I met Gregg. Needless to say I was impressed, he assessed the job and gave me an estimate.

Gregg came out to do our generator service and was just great! Polite, answered my questions, (even those unrelated to the generator) and explained things to me. TAG had to juggle my service call into the schedule for the day so I really appreciate him coming out on my day off!

Gregg was excellent. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to me very well. He installed the new water heat in good time and made sure everything was working before he left. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.

We've had Gregg to the house twice for different plumbing issues. On the first visit, we needed a new outdoor faucet installed and an existing one repaired. We also needed a kitchen sink drain pipe (the one going to the street) replaced.

Tag did some work for my Mom that took 2 full days. The gentlemen that performed the services were wonderful. They were hard working, professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Joe D, who did the insulation, was very thorough and made a point of explaining everything clearly.

On Jan. 16th, Gregg F from TAG came to my home to perform scheduled maintenance on my home generator. He was thorough and professional. Following the maintenance, Gregg explained what service was performed and the findings.
