The current owner, Jeremy Becker, is the 3rd generation owner. Back in 1963 Jeremy's grandfather was installing carpet when he met some carpet cleaners. After watching them work, he decided there was a much easier way to earn a living. He bought some equipment, rolled the dice and started Snow White Carpet Cleaning, named after his dog, Snowie.

Those other cleaners have since gone out of business, but he built his company around excellent customer service and a job well-done. Jeremy's father continued the tradition for more than 15 years and it still holds true today. We still serve some first generation customers and even have a couple 3rd generation customers.

**UPDATE** Owner came out to pay us off to remove negative remove negative review. Admitted they did a poor job, and they did not do what the were supposed to do. So YES WE DID GET OUR MONEY BACK. But I stand by my negative review, people must know! You can't pay people off! The showed up on time, but when the carpet dried we vacuumed up a half of container of dirt and debris off the carpet.

The carpet still smells like our animals which is the reason for the cleaning? Wouldn't that be the purpose of the cleaning? For the price I could of done the exact same thing for much cheaper!

Was so impressed with how helpful and responsive the employees are from Sierra who scheduled my appointment to the Hugo and his partner who came out and cleaned my carpets. Called Snow White to clean three large couches that had been sitting in storage for almost 2 years and an 8x10 area rug. They told me a time that they would be here and they were on time both times. They cleaned my couches and they look great. The area rug came back and looks good as well.
