We designed and built our "dream forever home" with Timber Ridge properties. My wife and I are very detail oriented and we made decisions with clarity in mind. In that regard, we provided TRP architect with are requirements per each level of the house and described our life experiences and influence from these experience. The architect took all the information and developed design concepts for our review and comments.

The process excellent and the quality and attention to details clearly exceeded our expectations. With the architectural design on hand we proceeded with the help of TRP to select all the material for the house to avoid costly change orders during construction. The assistance and knowledge from TRP was critical to manage the budget and deliver a high end quality home.

A lot of time was place in "Value Engineering" analysis to eliminate elements that were "nice to have" but no necessary. This analysis also provided significant saving without compromising quality and design features.

We had an excellent experience working the the Wise family on our renovation in Bonnie Brae.
