Joey Streicher and his team did a great job! Started my roof at 730am and by 6pm they completed my whole house and garage. They did a great job cleaning up as well. I have a dog and was worried about nails being left behind and after my first look through I havn't found any. Will recommend to anyone who asks about a roof repair or install.

I don't believe have ever written a Google review but am compelled to do so because of the positive experience I have had with Perfect Pitch Roofing - and the very professional team, including Joey Streicher and Derek Howard. Following the massive derecho storm in our community i attempted to contract with 2 different roofing companies with very mediocre to bad experiences.

Poor command pressure sales tactics. Very unprofessional. Then, I was referred to Joey and Derek from a family member that had great success with them too. Perfect Pitch has been literally the opposite experience of what I was experiencing previously. They are knowledgeable, articulate, sensible, reasonable, polite and really good at what they do.

They are subject matter experts. They were like an unexpected breath of fresh air. The crew at my home was great - polite, careful to protect my property and cleaned up everything. We were given Joey's contact information from our realtor. I reached out to have him come take a look at our roof. We had conflicting opinions from our insurance company after the Derecho. Joey came out and took a look. Took a ton of pictures and got the claim re-opened up for me. Once we got approval from insurance, they were out getting our roof replaced in about a week. Joey Streicher was my project manager and he was always prompt, professional, and quick to answer any questions we had. I thought he hustled for our business without being pushy, was very helpful throughout the process with our insurance claim, and went the extra mile being present at the job site multiple times. I would recommend Joey and Perfect Pitch Roofing to others. The roof looks great and their crew did a great job protecting my home during tear off and with cleanup after the install.

Tanner did a great job of handling all the paperwork and insurance. Kyle did a great job of coordinating the work crews. Edwardo and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on the roof. They worked diligently and cleaned up well after the job was finished. There were some issues with getting them here to finally start the job - I'm sure it was because they were swamped with work from the derecho. All in all I was very pleased and would recommend Perfect Pitch Roofing for your roofing needs.

Sam, Antonio, and all of the crew were outstanding. My home, and garage roofs were damaged by the derecho. When Sam came out to advise/ quote, he said they will take care of everything with insurance, providing me with virtually no out of pocket cost. Hard to believe I know, but after the roof was complete, Sam advised he would send requests for adjustment to insurance, and this is exactly what happened.

The crew worked so hard, and produced the finest roof I have ever seen. The details are impressive, like painting vent stacks to match the roof- a really nice touch! They were so careful with my property and I didn't find a single nail after they cleaned up. My yard looked better than it did when they started. Can't recommend Perfect Pitch enough.

Very satisfied with replacement of our roof after the Derecho. Joey Streicher worked with us and the owner of the other residence in our duplex and made the insurance claim process easy. He did most of the work with our two insurance companies. Installation of new roof was done timely and quickly. Clean up was very thorough and vulnerable plants and furniture was well protected. Sam Winkle, project manager was very straight forward with me. He was on site when my insurance adjuster was here. He worked hard for me. Always answered my calls or returned them within minutes. Answered all my questions and concerns. We had storm damage just under 3 weeks ago and crew was on site today which was Saturday. He was here multiple times making sure I was satisfied with the complete tear off and replace. Crew had it all done in one day. He stayed around to make sure all the debris and nails were picked up. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Travis and his team did an AMAZING job on our roof. He came to the rescue quickly after a guy from another company tore our roof off and then stopped taking our calls resulting in rain damage. Travis was super helpful and always responded to our calls and messages. Our new roof looks amazing and we will be calling them back when we want our gutters and shed roof redone.

Our contractor was very respectful and pleasant to work with! Derek met our insurance company at our house and got us the best claim possible! The materials were of the best quality (better than the original ridge vent of the house, for example). The crew kept the area very clean during the work which was especially appreciated with my children at home.

I had a fantastic experience. My insurance agent recommended Pefect Pitch Roofing, and they took care of everything. Saved money on our hail damage roof replacement. They were responsive to phone calls and text, came out to look at everything for a quote on time, and followed up and ordered/scheduled with ease. The crew arrived on time first thing in the morning and everything was cleaned up by 1pm. (simple roof for them to get done). However, even though it wasn't a huge job they still took great care of me.

I would use them for any type of roofing need in the future. I had no issues with the whole process. No left over nails, or work that needed to be redone. They provided everything we needed for the bank, and pictures needed for the insurance company. I didn't have to do a thing other than get a quote, schedule, and let them do the job.

This company was more then happy to help with my insurance claim where a few other contractors in town blew me off. They were great with communication and I cant believe how quick they were. I had three roofs and they finished in less then 8 hours and did a great job cleaning up. I cant recommend this company enough
