Really happy with the work done by Precision Fenceworks! Frank was my point of contact and was really lovely throughout the whole process. I felt comfortable asking questions and getting clarification. The crew was able to get out here ahead of my projected lead time, which was great. The actual install was done very quickly, in about 2.5 days. I went with the Lumpkin wood privacy fence and I couldn't be happier! It looks great, is very sturdy, and the crew just did an amazing job. Highly, highly recommend using them if you're in need of a fence!

We recently moved to Athens, and after researching fence companies and getting multiple quotes decided to go with Precision. I'm so glad we did! Their customer service was great, and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. It's a beautiful fence, and the crew did a fantastic job. We even had a minor snafu during installation and had to call the office; the girl I spoke with was amazing and helped us resolve the issue quickly, and was SO friendly about it all. Precision Fenceworks did an outstanding job installing our wood and wire fence. We worked with Frank and he was always friendly, professional and very responsive. He spent a lot of time helping us determine where to install the fence and which fence would work best for us. We were very appreciative. The men who did the installation were also very friendly and professional. They reached out if they had questions and clearly cared about doing a great job! We would definitely use Precision Fenceworks again!

I chose Precision to do my fence after having multiple estimates. The quote that I received was not the job that I had described, and I did not find that out until AFTER the fence was up. I had even had the sales person come out twice to verify the information because the price was so competitive. When I said that I was unhappy, he apologized but stated that the footage was on the quote.

I'm not good at esitmating footage so the footage means little to me. I guess that was my job to double check? I was also told that things could be adjusted the morning of if it was simple angles, etc., but that was also not true. So, I ended up with a fence not done how I wanted and the majority of it not replaced. While they were bringing in their equipment, they tried to back down my driveway and ran into my masonry.

The company eventually repaired it but it took about 2 months for that to happen. I was satisfied with their work, but I would not recommend given all of my challenges. Other than fixing what their crew messed up, they didn't offer anything for all of the trouble. I was very hopeful they would be great, but unfortunately, I was wrong.

Very professional, timely, and did an excellent job. We made some alterations in the layout after the quote and the crew they sent were able to accommodate us on the fly during the installation. After installation, we asked them to come back out and change the way our gate opens, and they returned and made the change within a week, free of charge. I wish more businesses were like Precision Fenceworks.
