Anayo and Jordan were very professional and the crew did a nice job leaving some areas of my backyard cleaner than they found it. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 ONLY because it took about 5 weeks from the payment of the check to roof installation. I would still highly recommend Stonewater Roofing and will probably use them again when necessary.

Lowell, Brad and Wayne were all very knowledgeable and helpful in servicing my roofing needs. Good communication keeps me apprised of the job status at all times. Any delays have been from having to coordinate with other contractors due to the nature and scope of work to be performed during these interesting economic times. Given the circumstances, I'd say Stonewater did an excellent job so far! Still more work continuing.

Adrian Alexander responded to our needs for our roofing issues. He was very professional and explained in detail of what was to be done. Very polite and respectful. I'm giving him a 5 star but it should be much higher. We appreciate his honesty. When we called the response was handled quickly. We appreciate the Stonewater Roofing Service. Stonewater Roofing has given us an all around amazing experience! Starting with Shay Burton coming out twice in the ice and rain to make sure we were good to make it through the weather. Then we had Scott Blankenship who has walked us through the entire process and has gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Our project manager was Dalton Hassell who made sure everything went smoothly day of. We still have one more project to go but I cannot say enough good things! Thanks y'all!

Sales representative Scott Blankenship did a great job at teaching me the process and making sure I understood everything along the way. He went out of his way to meet me when I was free and made sure to bring me the samples I wanted to see. Project manager during the roofing was Jordan Dunn. He was very informative during the process and made sure I understood what he was asking by answering all my questions. They were a great company to work for and made me feel at ease about the whole process.

Excellent, professional service from start to finish! My roof is multi-gabled and steep. Installers were able to get the entire job complete in 2.5 days. There was zero mess left behind. Huge concern for our safety. Project Manager Dalton and salesman, Chris Pierce were extremely professional and helpful from start to finish! Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with the quality of work performed by Stonewater Roofing. Very professional! Bryanna Delgado was our sales rep who initially inspected our roof and explained in detail the process about our re-roof project. She is excellent in communicating and helped us with our insurance company. Nick was the Project Manager who kept everything moving and answered my many questions.

He is a very nice, professional person who knows his job. He always knew what the roofing crew was doing and was constantly inspecting their work. Had Josh and Jordan come out to make a repair to a small branch puncture in roof. They made the repair in a timely manner and it blends in perfectly with the rest of the roof as if nothing ever happened. Showed me pictures of thorough repair process after it was done. Satisfied with the service I received!

Stonewater Roofing have been awesome to work with. Our roof was only 3 years old but suffered major hail damage after a storm in April. Giff came out and inspected it right away, walked us through the process and got us going. Christina and the office staff was awesome, they assisted me in providing our insurance the proper paperwork. When it came to install Nick and his crew were thorough in removing and replacing the entire roof. They were in and out within 7 hours. We love our new roof and would highly recommend Stonewater Roofing.

Jason Carsten(senior sales rep. for Stonewater roofing) came by our house while we were gone 7-3-2020. Shoved his card and a card board flier between the door and door jamb of our house messing up the weather stripping on our door. Evidently he has no regard for other peoples property! If this is the way he does his business, I wouldn't let anyone at that company on my roof or in my yard, they have no respect for your property.

I called him and his company and left a message to stay off my property. No telling what all they will mess up or tear up while they are working on your home, office, etc. Very disappointed with them, they should know better being in the construction industry. There's a lot of roofing companies around, past these guy's up, get another roofing company, not these clowns!

I would highly recommend Stonewater Roofing. Roland Browne was a tremendous help in meeting with my insurance adjuster and getting my claim processed. The men who did the roofing were very professional and did an excellent job. The cleanup was thorough and they took great care not to damage any of my plants or shrubs.
