Quality of work is very poor and jobs seem rushed. I had windows, siding, and gutters replaced. The windows turned out good. Although, the gutters turned out decent, I was left 2 days without gutters in the rain while water seeped into by basement. Tried to communicate with several individuals with my concerns and I never recieved prompt responses. The siding would be my biggest concern, poor cuts, uneven edging, and all around a sloppy job.

Great experience from start to finish. In my opinion the best window for the money. We purchased the composite windows and new entry door. They look amazing. Salesperson was professional and responsive. Install crew (Doug & Paula) was top notch. Windows were cleaned and they left nothing behind. Make sure you check out HomeSealed and Okna windows. You will not be disappointed.

A salesman came out and sat with us and shared all of the options available. He was knowledgeable and he did not try to push us into anything. We found the price and service to be the best of the three companies that we shopped, so we booked it. The actual installation occurred sooner than we expected - a happy surprise - and the installers were professional and did a great job.

They cleaned up, inside and out, and the doors are such a great match that one would think they were original. We would highly recommend HomeSealed to anyone looking for door replacement, and we are having them do windows for us next.

I absolutely love my new windows! The entire process from start to finish was handled professionally and courteously. Tim was fantastic explaining the windows and all the options to me and didn't pressure me. The company kept me informed as to when the windows were ready, when they could be installed at my convenience, and were also concerned with my satisfaction.

The installation guys were fantastic and answered my questions and cleaned everything up inside and outside of my house. I noticed a big improvement in the outside noise level going down in the house. I had triple pane composite windows installed and they look just like wood. When I am ready for new patio doors you can bet that I will contact HomeSealed Exteriors! You won't go wrong with this company.

So happy I chose HomeSealed Exteriors for my new windows and patio door. The staff, from the first sales meeting all the way through final installation crew, were all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. My order was promised for May. Everything arrived ahead of schedule and installation was completed in early April. The windows and patio door are of very good quality, and reasonably priced. I am very comfortable recommending HomeSealed Exteriors!

We are SO happy with our new windows from HomeSealed! We had someone from HomeSealed out to our house in January to get a quote for windows. We ended up deciding to go ahead and replace 6 windows on our main floor, and (within a few days) had an install date scheduled for May. They put us on a waiting list to get our install bumped up if our windows came in early, and they did!

They were able to get them installed in early March, two full months ahead of our initial scheduled install. :-) So far, we love our windows! We will definitely be working with HomeSealed again in the future to do the rest of our windows.

The sales person was a carpenter. He shared his honest opinions on window options to help us select. Installers were both great guys. The windows look fantastic and are a vast performance improvement over our old windows. They were expensive, so we are replacing all of our windows in phases. But we plan on returning to Home Sealed for all of our remaining windows.

We had a very good experience with Home Sealed Exteriors starting with the initial low-key sales consultation, all the way through the installation! All of our concerns and questions were addressed and we actually had the windows installed a month ahead of our scheduled date. The installers were extremely professional and did an excellent job with their workmanship and cleanup.

Responded immediately to our request after we had some issues with a different window service, sent salesperson (Brett)out to measure who was very knowledgeable on the products, respectful, honest, and not pushy like many. Need 21 replacement windows and they stand behind a solid brand-OKNA windows for a reasonable price. Not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive either.

Stand behind their products and installation, so definitely worth a little more. Family friendly business and so far very impressed! Definitely would recommend others to check out as well!

We had 2 windows installed and many other window frames wrapped by HomeSealed. The team was on-time, informative, and friendly. They were courteously & worked efficiently. My wife & I are very satsified with the end result and work recommend HomeSealed in the future.

I just had five windows installed and they look fantastic. They removed my old wood double hung windows and aluminum storms and installed the new windows in about 5 hours. They came in a month early as well. The crew cleaned up after the job and the metal work was well done. I'm very picky with work I have done (as I am paying a decent amount of money) and demand the best. Home Sealed delivered.

Our experience with HomeSealed was great at all points from the initial presentation to the installation. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the windows were installed a month earlier than we expected. Okna windows are top quality and look beautiful, we had a special installation that came out great. I highly recommend HomeSealed for replacement or new windows. Sales rep was polite and timely. I decided to go with new windows for my living room and kitchen. I was happy with the prices. Shortly after they sent in the order to the manufacturer however, I was told they couldn't make the size window that was discussed and suggested by the sales rep. I had to pay an additional $1500 and reconfigure the window placement. I'm concerned that this is something the sales rep should have known before the order was placed. Brandon Erdmann, President, contacted me right away about my concerns.

He was very nice and apologetic and offered a resolution to the concern that I am pleased with. The installers, Bruce and Dale are awesome! They are professional and friendly and answered any questions I had. My windows are beautiful and I would highly recommend HomeSealed! Note: the sales person I dealt with is no longer with the company so potential customers should not be concerned.

I was fortunate enough to win a runner up prize worth two free windows from HomeSealed Exteriors. They were fantastic from start to finish!! Flexible with appointment times, they gave me plenty of options to chose from and I can’t say enough about the gentlemen that did the install!! This company has been the best experience I have had with a window company by far. Their customer service is phenomenal! They reassure you through the whole process checking up and making sure everything is going according to plan. They contact you about every step and confirm appointments. I have dealt with another company and had a horrible experience.

This company is by far the best I have ever had! I will be hopefully using them to complete my project in the near future. Also the sales person was not pushy at all. He was straight forward and not trying to sell me anything I didn’t want. I am a single parent and a women so I was so grateful that I wasn’t being taken advantage of and being forced to buy something I couldn’t afford or didn’t need! I love this company! I got a quote from another window company and then had HomeSealed give me a quote. They offered a better quality window for a cheaper price. The windows are top of the line, they gave a fair price and the installers did a great job!

We had HomeSealed replace a failing sliding glass patio door. Sales pressure was low, the job was explained well, the product seems good so far, and the installation was done in about four hours. Communication was great. I would recommend them.

I have used HomeSealed twice now for replacement windows. I was very satisfied both with the windows themselves and the installation process. Brett, my project consultant at HomeSealed, was very easy to work with. He answered all my questions, got back to me in a timely fashion, and was very patient with me as I changed my mind about what I wanted at least three times!

There was one small glitch with one of my windows: the factory put the wrong color hardware on the double hung. Homesealed took care of it and I had the correct hardware installed in no time. Oh, and I also was given a free can of their own HomeSealed window cleaner/polish, which is amazing stuff! I also love that if a get a hole or tear in one of the window screens, I can just drop it off at HomeSealed and they will repair the screen free of charge!

We live directly across from Lake Michigan in Racine. The salesman came out with his window sample and said his windows were the best and could handle Lake Michigan winds. Well we found out last winter they could not and we had to put the plastic window coverings over one of them to keep the wind from blowing thru. Only one to two years old. We were expecting better

Very good company. We had 9 windows replaced and the sales was low pressure which was really appreciated.

First, I am giving 3 starts, just to point out my experience. They might be a great company. I have not used them. I have Kolbe wood windows. Kolbe said it would cost $3200 to replace the entire window, including trim etc. Homesealed sales guy said that the entire window need not be replaced and that only the inside portion - with two casement windows need to be replaced and that homesealed does not have wood based windows.

I asked him to quote anyway. They quoted $3598, for less portion to be replaced! Cheaper to use the original Kolbe! They might well be a good company and might do good work. I would not know and I don't plan to use them. Btw, the sales guy said "there might be small extras, depending on what we find, when we start working on it. I can't see through the walls. So, I cant tell you what else might be needed but that would be small".

I told him to give me a "no contingency" quote; which he eventually did but such of "open ended quotes" always make me nervous and that is the main reason I am writing this review and because I wasted my time, calling them in and getting this ridiculously expensive estimate - solely based on the five star reviews here on Yelp. They were the only people I called! I guess I am better off using the manufacturer - Kolbe.

Interviewed many companies over the years and chose Home Sealed for our siding and custom skylights. Brett was amazing as we worked through the process and the staff at Home Sealed were super responsive. Siding installation under way, installers are very respectful and communicative. Great experience and result thus far!

This was a fabulous experience from start to end. I had been doing extensive research on windows and window companies after a poor experience with another company. My eyes were wide open for quality. My first introduction to HomeSealed was from a YouTube made by a southern company. I started looking very closely to see if they would fit my needs. From the first contact to the installation, everything was seamless. Nick, my sales rep was timely and very well spoken.

All my questions were answered. The office staff was excellent to deal with and gave us just the right amount of attention for updates on the progress of manufacture to setting the date for the install process. Right on schedule our installer arrived and worked nonstop. He was very experienced and all of his work was stellar. When we have our next set of windows done, we will request him.

He was very professional, paid close attention to our landscaping and did as little disruption inside and out as was possible. We've had a lot of work done to our house and I must say, this company is heads above the others. Thank you HomeSealed Exteriors, LLC

I don't even know where to begin. Everything started off so great, maybe too great. I don't know if it is because we are of color and live in Milwaukee, but my families money is just as good as the next man's. We had our roof done by HomeSealed. I read all of these wonderful reviews about the company so I convinced my family to use them.

They left the extra material in yard, I called about that. They left empty water bottles and coffee cups all over the yard that my parents went out in the cold to clean up. They left machinery plugged up to the house, I had to call about that. We were supposed to have brown flashing on our chimney they put up black, I had to call about that. The next day I caught a guy spray painting brown paint over the black flashing on the chimney, I was livid.

That is not what we paid for. I called about that. They missed the brown flashing on the front of the house, I had to mention that. Yes, they came back, but only after my complaining and of what I could see was not done correctly. My family and I trusted them and was highly disappointed. Only time will tell about the roofing. It just seems so odd that we are the only ones that got jacked up service which was not cheap.

This was by far the worst and most stressful experience that my family and I have ever had. So I spoke the President of HomeSealed. He acknowledges our concerns, and he stands behind his work 100%. I guess we have different views of acceptable work. But if we found anything else they would fix it. Let's just say, I am glad this is done.

Great company and great products. Salespeople are nice and easy to work with. Any issues I had after a install were addressed and fix promptly. Installers are nice and do good work. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had 27 windows and a patio door replaced last month by Homesealed and couldn't be happier with the product, workmanship and staff. We were nervous spending that much money on a job, especially when we've had problems with shoddy work by contractors in the past. But Brandon put us at ease. He took the time to answer our many questions and came through just like he said they would.

We now have an almost 20 year old house that looks brand new because of all of those bright, shiny windows. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Homesealed in the future.

HomeSealed has been really great to work with, I would recommend them to anyone. We've had some unique projects involving a large bay window in our 1940 home, and they have over-delivered on each project, every time. We've also started to incrementally re-do windows in the home, and the detail work and end result are really great. They create confidence with great communication and the crews that show up to your house are probably the single greatest, buttoned-up contractor/installers I've ever been around.

That has been the key. HomeSealed makes it so much easier. I've had bad experiences with other contractors on different projects, and have been frustrated and treated pretty unprofessionally. HomeSealed is the complete opposite of those operations. A real business, run by real people you can deal with.

My experience doing business with HomeSealed Exteriors was a very good one. The company installed installation in my attic. The installers were prompt for doing the work they performed and very polite and helpful.

My new windows are scheduled to be installed this month (Feb 2015). The quoting process, value, communication, and attention to detail from HomeSealed Exteriors has been spectacular and painless. I plan on purchasing future windows from HomeSealed Exteriors and have recommended them to family and friends (which I don't do unless highly satisfied).
