My name is Kevin Babcock. My wife Heidi and I own and operate Clean Force One. After spending 9 years in Eastern Europe as missionaries, the Lord led us back to Jacksonville, NC in 2008 to start our carpet cleaning business. That is when we opened Clean Force One. Shortly after that our two sons, Josiah and Kyle enlisted in the USMC and are currently serving in the San Diego area.We know that we are not the cheapest company around, but I can guarantee you that our commitment to Christ will be reflected in our everyday work ethics. We will always answer the phone in a cheerful and courteous manner, as well as solve whatever issue you may have with a positive, can-do spirit!

They arrived on time and we're very friendly and professional. My carpets were incredibly dirty but did not expect my carpets to look brand new when they finished. They walked me through the work performed and cleaned up before they left. I am super impressed with this company and will definitely use them again! Update-I've moved into a new (to me-house is from the 60s) home and the bathroom tiles were dirty and the grout grossed me out. I didn't hesitate to contact Clean force One again and of course they did a fantastic job! The customer service with this company is absolutely top notch as well. I deal with a lot of companies in this area and no one compares to them.

We hired them to clean out heating / cooling ducts. Every step of the process went smoothly, from the first call to get the estimate to Andy and Josh showing up on time and doing a wonderful job. They went over each step of the cleaning process as they went and were very responsive and open to answering any questions I had along the way. They were extremely considerate and kind people and when the machines weren't running, they were very professional and friendly in their conversations. This business stands out as one of the best I've dealt with here in Onslow. 10/10 would recommend, you won't be disappointed!

Clean force one went above and beyond to make sure that my carpet was cleaned. They were very accommodating to my schedule and were even able to get me in way soon then they first estimated which was only a week out. The two gentlemen that came out were very friendly and did an amazing job. They went above and beyond and even vacuumed my stairs. I will never use anyone else and HIGHLY recommend them!

I though it was over for me. I had mistakenly used bleach on my grandmothers carpet at our beach house and she doesn't forgive easy. I could not find a single carpet cleaner that could help me with the stain until I contacted Clean Force One. Not only did they travel an hour to our house on short notice but they were able to get the bleach stain to go from a complete eyesore to barely noticeable.
The price was more than justified and I cannot thank them enough. They were easy to contact and always available. If you ever need a stain removed contact them. Could not recommend them more!

Absolutely amazing work done. Super friendly and punctual staff. I hired this company a few months ago to clean out all of my HVAC vents, registers, and dryer vent. That funky random "sweat sock" smell is completely gone, my child now is able to sleep without coughing at night, and my electricity bill has dropped DRASTICALLY. Additionally, my dryer actually dries clothes the first time and much faster (auto moisture sensing). What an investment! I have their card on the fridge and will definitely call them in 7 years to clean again.

Just got our couch and carpet done by clean force one. Not only were they the nicest people, but their cleaning services are awesome. I have a cream upholstered couch that had baby food stains and various other spills. The couch was in storage for almost two years and we pulled it out to get it cleaned. They easily took out all of the stains in one session!
The carpet had just as many spills, but once again they got rid of it all : they completely transformed the room with their cleaning. I feel like I have a new couch and carpet! Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job! If you're looking for a quality cleaner, give them your business.

I contacted these guys on short notice when I realized my previous carpet cleaners did not do a very good job and I was having tenants moving in. I spoke to the owner Kevin who was friendly and professional. As for the job itself, it was fantastic! Very well done. I will 100% be using these guys in the future, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Recently bought a 15 year old house and figured it was good to have all the vents cleaned. Clean Force One is reasonably priced and was willing to work with me. I work full-time during the week and they made the time to see me on a Saturday. They were very accommodating, thorough, and worked quickly! Definitely recommend them!

If you're looking for duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning or carpet/upholstery cleaning, these are the people you want! Fantastic company to deal with. They do a great job! They are efficient, clean and keep you informed through the entire process. Kevin and Andy were terrific. Heidi is so sweet. Definitely using them again next year.

WOW! My carpet looks like new. I thought we needed new carpet. I am so glad I called instead of replacing in the carpet. We called and they came out so quick. Definitely worth every penny. I am so glad I called Clean Force One. They worked harder than any carpet cleaner we had out here and were friendly and professional. They made my carpet look new again! My carpet hasn't looked this good since the day we moved in! I thought I was going to have to get new carpet and I was embarrassed to have anyone over, not anymore!

Clean Force One never fails, they do a great job all the time. Normally have them do only my carpet only but decided to try the tile cleaning too. They did a fabulous job. Always on time, and very fast friendly service. I got a discount for doing both during the same visit. Highly recommended! Great communication as they text me when they were on their way and when the job was done (since I was at work). Always thankful for Kevin and Heidi.

These guys were awesome! Phone call went over great, with amazing cuztomer service and they came out in about an hour and were done with the carpets in a little over an hour (small place). night and day difference! I'm now comfortable kicking my shoes off and walking on the carpets. But that's not all. These guys saved my marriage! Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

I have two small children and have not had the carpets cleaned in 2 years. These wonderful people came in and did the best cleaning job I've witnessed. I'm stunned at the difference. Not only is the carpet as clean as new but was nearly dry when they left. Amazing, careful job and incredibly lovely, friendly people. I couldn't be happier!

They showed up on time, and worked very quickly. From start to finish, everyone was very personable. Heidi was very polite and took the time to get to know me during her time to set up my appointment. Kevin was very polite, and chatted with me about my family and common interests. Everyone was very clean and well kept, with nice uniforms. No one was dressed in ragged sweats and stained shirts, which spoke to me about how the work would turn out.
They identified a stain that may not come out beforehand, which helped alleviate surprises. My couches looked and smeller way better before, and seemed almost new again! My carpets were pretty clean before, but it really brightened my home and made it smell great! We will be using them again!

Very professional people and super friendly! They were dressed very well which was surprising to me (khaki's and company polo) compared to what I've experienced with other companies. I would highly recommend them and I'm glad I chose them over the other companies I priced. They were a little bit more money than the others but Def worth it because I didn't have to buy brand new carpet!
