Bought 3 security doors from Maclin 30+ years ago. Replaced them and all handled over the phone. Very pleased with doors and installation. Easy

I found Maclin Security Doors on-line and after reading reviews, I went further to inquire about their services. I called the number that was provided and was greeted by Ashley Maclin. She was very kind when she answered the phone and asked me a few questions regarding what I was looking for in a security door. After scheduling a date and time to meet with Ashley, she explained to me in detail what type of doors I would viewing in their showroom, and when she would come out to my house to take measurements of my door.

It took a little under the 6 week window that I was given for my new door to arrive, and when it did it was installed by Master Security Door Specialist, William Anderson. He showed up to my house on time and explained to me what he would be doing during the installation. He worked with precision and is innovative in his abilities that exemplify communication, customer interaction, and knowledge.

With this being my first time making a purchase like this, I would recommend Maclin Security Doors to family, friends, classmates, and fellow veterans! I will be contacting them again to purchase another security door for my home. The experience was fun, easy, and I'm glad I chose this company. Both Ashley Maclin and William Anderson were extremely professional, and insightful.

Mr. William did a great job installing my doors this past Monday. He arrived on time and made the doors fit to the best of his ability. The process of purchasing and getting the doors installed was seamless. Will definitely use this company again and recommend to all.

I would recommend Jason and his crew to anyone. They replaced our 14'x34' patio cover and did the job right the first time unlike the company that installed it two years ago. They were very professional and did the work when they said they would.

Maclin was great to deal with from beginning to end. They installed an awning for us, it turned out better than we expected! The guys that did the installation were very professional, nice & did an excellent job. They didn't string it out for days either, would recommend them without a second thought!

From start to finish. Excellent service. Jason came out and provided information, quote and schedule. I was notified when schedule changed and install could be sooner. Hunter and Tyler showed up when they said. They were respectful to me and existing property. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and did not mind answering my questions along the way.

On their last day Drew joined the guys and put in the screen material. He as well had the attributes of the other two guys. While cleaning up an accident mod scratch that occurred right in the door. I did not have to find it myself and call them back out. Tyler called me outside and informed me of what happened and though they were leaving for the day, it would be fixed asap.

Two business days later Tyler showed up and fixed the small issue. They did the work and cleaned up afterwards. My family and I are enjoying the screened porch very much. Thanks Everyone.

From start to finish, Jason Maclin and his crew, led by Adam, were friendly and professional. Our new security door was custom made, and ready for instillation in just a couple of weeks after Jason took the measurements. Adam, and his crew removed the old door and sidelights without breaking them or damaging the molding around it. After installing the new double door and cleaning everything, inside and out, he showed me how to operate the new glass for cleaning, and made sure that I was satisfied and my questions were answered. The doors are beautiful and so heavy! A great security feature for our home!

My husband and I have wanted a screen porch for the longest. Heard Maclin was the best in town. From start to finish this has been a fantastic experience. From John to Jason to the wonderful trio of young men....led by Hunter....who installed it....it couldn’t have gone better!!!! Maclin is awesome! I got 2 different estimates for a patio cover and maclin was by far more attentive and helpful with our needs. They have the resources and professionalism to get the job done right. Jason came to our house for the measurements and was a really awesome guy. Their showroom is nice and their products are worth the money. I ended up spending 3k more compared to the other estimate but regret nothing. Our patio cover is really nice and worth every penny. Its not just a cheap patio hanging off the house, it really is part of the home that adds real value.
