I spoke with Suzanne on the phone who was professional and courteous in every sense. She directed me to speak with Rick G. who gave me all kinds of advice and helpful hints to help with diagnosis and limit the amount of time they would need to spend at the house. He ended up coming out to figure out the electrical mystery. He was knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and kind.

On top of that he answered my many questions and made me feel comfortable with the outcome. This company cares about their customers and are fairly priced. I can't recommend this business enough. I will definitely support this local company!
