We've used Steam Plus twice--before moving into our new home (carpets and wool rug) and recently for carpet cleaning (pet urine/odors). We had new carpet in the basement that our dogs decided to use as their personal urinal and were worried that we would have to tear out the carpet to fix the damages. Alex explained the process he'd be using thoroughly and the possibility of future remediation.

With one visit, he was able to remove the odor and stains. He did use more solution than usual and I'm sure this helped! We will use his services again and highly recommend his services to our friends, family and neighbors. Five stars.

He was very educational he takes great pride in what he does he takes time to talk to you about what services you need and where he needs to pay extra attention to he has tools to take out some stains that his carpet cleaner couldn't and let me tell you it turned out so beautiful I really was going to replace this carpet I'm so happy I found Alex because the carpet look brand new and smells so good!

And he also loves pets and he helped me move things that i need help moving because I had just moved into a condo and there were boxes I still had around and he moved them into the bathrooms for me where it was tiled! Steam Plus does great work. The prices are reasonable and the work is well-done. Much effort is put into getting all the stains out of the carpet, and once finished, the carpeting looks like almost new.
