BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE Finally was able to afford a pool (always a dream as a young girl), decided to go with DuWet because of decent reviews and appreciated they indicated a Christian Company on their website. But this has not been a pleasant experience at all! I can overlook a lot of the challenges throughout the process, but when a wall on our pool was off square by over 2 it was simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, none of the install team noticed this or at least didn't mention it, until after our plaster was installed and filled with water.

Then my husband and I noticed and contacted DuWet. Randy the owner did come out and look at the wall and admitted they made a mistake. He offered a suggestion of how to make the error look less noticeable, but only offered pennies for any type of discount or credit on a very expensive pool. When we told Randy we wanted the wall fixed, we sensed frustration as though this was our fault/problem.

So our brand new pool had to be drained, cut out on one end, the concrete cut back to square the wall and replastered. After the initial attempt to repair, we expressed to Randy we still were not happy with the repair, frustration was perceived again because they had to work on straightening the wall to get it square We have finally reached the end of this project and I must say, you are just another number with DuWet and they are ready to get you off their books and move on to the next client. Nothing special about this company.

We LOVED working with DuWet Pools for our pool construction. We worked with Randy from the start (owner), who helped us design exactly what we wanted! From the smallest details, to explaining the pros and cons of upgrades, they helped us get exactly what we wanted. During construction, the crews were very friendly, and would explain what they were doing as they went.

We were very curious and would watch "the process". They kept a clean project environment, clean conversations and no loud or obnoxious music as many contractors do. Since completion, they are always available to help us learn how to use the equipment and coming out as we have more questions trying to learn how to best take are of the pool. We HIGHLY recommend them! They have been great to work with!

Excellent Quality, Excellent Communication, Excellent Price! When searching for a pool builder my needs were a little different than most. Instead of building a pool for my personal residence I was looking to build 2 pools for a vacation rental. When I started my search I called a total of 8 builders and explained what I was trying to accomplish. Of the ones who actually showed up for their appointments all were very disappointing with the exception of 1.

When Randy and his daughter showed up I could tell immediately they were different. Without even saying it, I could tell by the way he spoke that Randy was the owner of the company and that his focus was on customer satisfaction. This was a pleasant change from some of the other builders I had met with who seemed to only be interested in their commission check.

Instead of trying to upsell me on some self-cleaning system I wasn't interested in Randy actually listened me, offered intelligent suggestions and gave me an approximate price per sqft breakdown of what different ideas I had would cost. I was blown away by his honesty and transparency and immediately knew even before he left that this was my guy! I asked Randy to quote me with a number of non-standard options from pool deck size to electrical work and he accommodated me every step of the way.

When I received the final quote I was almost certain that he made a mistake since his quote for 2 pools was comparable to what some of the other companies quoted me for 1. After receiving the quote I rushed down to his office to go through it line by line with him and to my surprise, he had everything correct. My pools were built in the summer of 2020 during the height of COVID.

These were tough times and we had a few delays to work through during construction. Nothing major and nothing any other pool builder wouldn't have had to deal with but what made Duwet stand out in this aspect is communication. Randy gave me his personal cell phone number and called me with updates almost every day. When he called me he didn't feed me a bunch of BS and make promises he couldn't deliver on.

He told me the truth and when he didn't have an answer to one of my questions he told me that too. That level of honesty is very hard to find these days and something I respect very much. During the final stages of the project I realized I screwed up and needed to make a change to the pool deck. When I called Randy to talk through it with him I fully expected him to tell me this was going to set us back X number of weeks and cost me X thousands of dollars.

That's not how the conversation went. Instead, Randy explained how much he charged me for the part I wanted to get rid of, how much the part I wanted to add was going to cost, that he could accommodate the change with no delay, and in the end, he was going to owe me money! Once again, Blown Away! That's the only way I can describe how I felt when Randy told me he not only had no problem fixing my mistake but also was going to credit me money at the end for doing it.

It is extremely rare to find someone with this level of honesty and integrity in any line of business today which is why I not only highly recommend Duwet pools for your project but have already reached Randy again for mine.

I had a pool completed by this come in the summer of 2013. They were great while everything was in under warranty. But sense the pool has been install I've been through 4 pool pumps and 3 salt cells. Call them to replace the pump again and they declined my business as they are to busy. But they can not explain why I keep losing pool pumps. On the 3rd salt cell we went to a larger one and that has worked well.

We had a great experience working with DuWet. They built a beautiful pool, deck, and pool cage for us. The communication with them was great. Each week we received an e-mail update on status and next steps. Their crew is top notch and some of the nicest people around. Our pool project manager was very detailed oriented. Noticed a microscopic hole in the pool screen and had the pool cage contractor out that day to rescreen that section.

And unlike others, once they started construction they stayed on it. We know people who have had pool builders start, then disappear for a couple weeks, and then they just show up. With DuWet we always knew what was happening and when. We were forewarned that our yard would get torn up but at least DuWet tried to minimize damage. One of the Association board members even mentioned that our pool build was the only one in the neighborhood that did not result in a cracked sidewalk as DuWet takes measures to minimize damage from the equipment. To my surprise, our cable wire was never damaged unlike others we know who had pools built. I would definitely consider DuWet if you're in the market for a new pool.

DuWet has no consideration for the properties in the area they work. They ran a trailer with a backhoe on it over my lawn. When I complained they said they sent someone out to repair it, but there was no change to the lawn. Do your neighbors a favor and use A different company for your pool installation.

We had Duwet install our pool about 10 months ago. We have a beautiful pool and Randy and Kim are very nice people. As with any construction, problems come up and there were times I was very unhappy - but the end result was a beautiful pool at a fair price, with a company that does care about it's customers! Randy is an extremely patient person dealing with customers!

Thanks for everything. We are very happy with our DuWet pool. They were very professional, answered all of our questions and told us what to expect every step of the way. We referred DuWet to two of our neighbors and they are in the process of having swimming pools installed. The price was within our budget and we love the travertine finish. Thanks again.

Randy's crews built our pool on schedule, on budget, and at a very reasonable cost. Everyone who came was skilled, communicated well, and responsive to requests. The initial office planning was smooth and their showroom gave us everything we needed to see and handle to make decisions on tile, coping, etc. The Hayward equipment and electrical panel is all first rate.

We had some questions at times, and Holden or Randy were always in quick communication to answer them. The pool is gorgeous and the neighbors jealous. Highly recommend DuWet Pools for your project.

We just wanted to say thanks. You have a great group of guys working on our pool. This weekend they were so good with our littlest boy (Brian-6).you let him help and were very patient as he wanted to help with the heavy stuff because he is strong! We don't know anything about building a pool but your guys work hard all of the time. They don't even take a break to catch their breath!

A wonderful experience to have Duwet build our pool. The process was seamless as Randy walked us through each step during the planning stage. Our pool was finished on time and the cost was exactly what they told us at the outset. It has now been several months since the pool was finished and they still willingly assist us with our questions on pool maintenance and operations.

Having seen the work and service that Randy does first-hand, I know there is no better pool company out there.

If you look at their work and talk with people who have had DuWet Pools build their pool, chances are you'll decide to have them build yours, but if you need one more reason. Because they are so busy they aren't quick to do service or repair work for people who haven't used them.

A previous pool company and a plumber had told my very nervous mother that she needed to have her pool pump replaced. After contacting Duwet, they quickly sent the owner (Randy Duwet) out to give a second opinion on the pump.
