Even if you don't reach someone right away because they are on a call, they are great in returning the phone call in a timely matter. If it is an emergency, someone will be at your house within a few hours, even on the weekend. Very reasonable and everytime we needed a treatment (ants) it took care of the issue with one treatment.

I was traveling out of town with my mom when we ended up at the wrong place and unable to turn our truck and trailer around. Priority Pest Control happened to be there performing a service. Thank you, thank you!!! for being an honest pest control company, & helping me with a problem I had. A repair man told me I had brown recluses in a crawl space, & that they needed to be dealt with before he could finish the work; but I saw no signs of them. Your employee, Chase, came out promptly; & he told me there were only house spiders in the area in question.

He explained to me all the options I had, if I even wanted to treat at all; & I was pleasantly surprised at the low cost, & natural options you had available. I chose the 1 best suited for what was actually in the crawl space; & can now get the work finished. Again thank you!!

Priority pest control has been great! Was concerned about pest removal services giving me things I didn't need or charging us a ton. They did the opposite. I **had** an ant problem. They were everywhere. I placed store bought ant bait in my kitchen and bathrooms, and for a few days they would go away. Then a whole new round of ants would appear. Thanks to Jeff, they are gone! First time in 10 years I haven't seen an ant in my house during the summer. I am so thankful! Jeff was professional and fast.
