Zach was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and he walked me through every step of their process. I've never used this company before but they treated me like a return customer. I called them because of a rodent issue and they also sprayed the house for insects for no additional cost. Based on the experience I received today I would recommend this service to anyone with a pest issue.

I was extremely impressed with this company through the entire process. From calling to schedule to the technician that came to my house. Everyone was extremely Polite, Professional, and speedy. We had Jack as our technician and I felt he went above and beyond. Took time out to explain everything he was doing, was extremely respectful of our home and was very friendly.

Would give this company 6 out of 5 stars if possible. Highly recommend using them if your in the market for pest control. I just want to say thank you to all the staff for being a service company that actually provides good service in the post Covid world. Job well done!

I initially called for a harvester ant problem. I was quickly persuaded into signing an annual contract of quarterly visits, though since I called for a specific issue, this contract included 5 visits, since one of them would be a harvester ant treatment followup. Each visit would be billed independently at around 120$. No less, the ant colony was destroyed after the first visit, and the subsequent visits can mostly be described as the tech walking around doing preventative treatments.

One time I had them come out to spray a bees nest, and one time I had them come out to respray for spiders, since I caught and killed a black widow myself. (I called to get my money's worth, since they don't charge for these in-between visits.) All in all, the tech Jeremy was very respectful and efficient, and I encourage you to ask for him. Unfortunately, after I called and tried cancelling a visit because there was nothing to do, I was told that I signed a contract and could only push back the appointment a little.

And that if I had no signs of infestation, the treatment was working--which was the perfect response to justifying this type of contract. This may seem like I won't use this company again, but that's not true. Each person was professional and respectful. It's just that I will not sign an extended contract again. I'll just call when I need them. I didn't call them in the first place for preventative measures, but for acute treatment, but ultimately I allowed myself into get talked into just that.

James and Zach went above and beyond. James was: On time - actually early. He graciously waited on me to arrive. Extremely knowledgeable in the field and on the subject. Professional and respectful. Quality service. High energy - great attitude and very Personable.

Very responsive and easy to work with. The person making the appointment was cordial and got me booked right away. Paperwork is electronic. The man who did the work was on time, thorough, and informed of nests that I was unaware us. Advised me on the use of wasp traps and did not try to to upswell me. Great experience! Very happy as a first time customer. We had wasps living in a retaining wall and ants coming into our basement and they were able to solve both issues. High country pest control has been awesome the last several months. We were having mice problems this fall and since their first visit out with bait stations, we haven't had any problems. The technician has been friendly and professional and efficient every time he's come and hasn't minded my curious dog or toddler being around. Well worth the very reasonable price.

James performed my first service. He was super friendly and came up with a plan to address my areas of concern. He also explained how safe the products were for pets and humans which helped to put my mind at ease. He really worked to relate to me as a customer and ensured I was satisfied with his service. I'm looking forward to having him do additional treatments in the future.

We found one black widow in our back yard, and I immediately called our previous pest control (independence), I couldn't get a hold of anyone and once I did, they were weeks out. I started researching and found High County Pest Control and only planned on using them once; however, after a quick schedule, they came out and actually found multiple black widows, and educated us on pests.

They provided excellent service so we scheduled a follow-up. Not only was it convenient, but they were kind and delivered excellent service, yet again. I highly recommend scheduling with High County Pest Control.

I have been using High Country for quite a few years now and usually have had great service. Mark was our go to guy and he made sure every nook and cranny was covered. The person that came was nice but he did not do every area and was in and out in less than 20 minutes. That would be outside and inside. I even asked if he did an area I know he didn't do and he said he did. It was disappointing and hope that In the future more attention to detail is done.

The service provider was very professional. I wish he had worn shoe covers because I have light colored carpeting in my basement. He explained how the mice bait works and what to expect. He also told me where he placed the stations. I feel very hopeful that the critters will choose to go elsewhere. I know they are looking for warm & dry shelter and readily available food so it makes me sad. But I can't live with mice inside the house!

Tried two nationally known pest control companies, but after several years of poor-to-nonexistent service had to find a better option. So thankful to have found High Country Pest Control! Not only do they arrive on schedule, I get outstanding service every single time! They take pride in the work they do, and it shows! We had wasps, we were getting stung, our dogs were constantly getting stung and we couldn't find the nest. High country is a reasonable price, fast service.and was even a bit fun to watch (our rep decided not to wear protective gear for second, sprays his spray, got stung in his noggin, put on gear ) weekend that we had a massive nest under a concrete slab in the ground.

Though I was surprised at the fairly high cost of wasp removal these days, I was very pleased that technician Tim arrived at my house within an hour of my calling for an estimate. Tim was very efficient, friendly, and removed webs and nests from my shed and house. Tim educated me about dust vs. spray, and I observed him working the entire time so I can perhaps attempt to remove pests on my own in the future, to save money because of my extremely limited income.

I was also pleased that there is a 30 day warranty in the event that wasps and black widows return in the next month, and a technician will return to dust and spray again with no fee.

Doug showed up when I was told he would, was very personable and professional, did a great job of explaining things to us and we feel he did a very complete and through job! Doug is an asset to your company and I would highly recommend him and High Country Pest Control to anyone, in fact we will be signing up for their quarterly treatments!

I'm going to put in a recommendation for High Country Pest Control. We auctioned off a hornets nest and their bid was 45% less than Orkin, plus they are an independent business. A brave soul was sent out to vanquish the hornets and did so within one day, victoriously hauling off the destroyed nest in the back of his fine chariot.

Very on timely and thoroughly sprays around on, in, and outside of properties. Always have good staff who are very polite. and of course sense of humour too!
