Let's see, they charged $5000 (insurance claim) to come in for 3 hours, move the furniture to the center of the room, pull off baseboards, mop the floor and leave. I was told when they came back they would help move furniture back and do a final clean up to make sure I was totally satisfied. They came when I wasn't home (2 days before they were supposed to come back knowing I was going to be out of town) to pick up their fans and did not do any of what they promised.

They never gave me a contract so I knew what they would and wouldn't be doing and I never got a receipt even though I was told multiple times they would be emailing it. Be very careful with this company. What they say and what they actually do are two very different things. When I called and asked for the person in charge I was told he would get in touch with me and he never did.

They got my money and they were done with me. I was overcharged for what they did. Not worth $1700 dollars an hour in my opinion. I should not have had to go down and clean anything up after them and I sure did! They show pictures of them cleaning items in a bin, which DID NOT happen here. I had to clean so many items myself.

They were super responsive and extremely patient when unknown issues came up. Overall am super happy with the final result! Communication within their team wasn't the best - make sure they're doing what they said they were going to as management and crew weren't always on the same page. I really appreciated their willingness to work with me scheduling-wise and that made the process so much easier!
