Excellent service! I called and a couple of hours later a plumbing technician arrived. Brandon fixed my extremely clogged disposal pipe and gave me a tip for how to keep it working well. He also unclogged my bathroom sink drain and fixed the flow on the faucet aerator, again providing a tip on how to keep the sink drain moving easily. I am very pleased with the service performed today! Brandon was very knowledgeable and also a friendly technician.

I called on Memorial Day for a rush repair in our bathroom. The plumber came out the next day, Mike was super nice, efficient and professional. Fixed the toilet and have the area cleaned up after the work is done. We are closing our home and needed this done quickly, thanks to the dispatch and technician we are on schedule with sales progress. Highly recommend.

Great experience! I was expecting to just show the technician (Tommy) all I needed done but he was able to get it all done in that visit - new water heater including piping, electrical shutoff and other items to bring everything up to current code standards; installation of new kitchen faucet; and installation of new bathtub drain. I was totally impressed with the technician and the quality and speed of the work.

Josh came to check a "pressurized toilet." I printed instructions for troubleshooting and it was a snap. We were done in 5 minutes. We resolved the "dispatch" fee that was not mentioned on phone prior to appointment. All in, it was "excellent" same-day service. Other plumbers were tied up for 1 month! Thanks Lim-Ric! I will definitely recommend and use this company again. Hope you do, too!

After quick introductions my tech Jeff H explains how he intended to proceed and I explained Ihow I knew a little of the industry from my back ground and we began speaking in shorthand. I explained my concerns and interests and Jeff explained many of my options. I asked for additional services after inspection results were discussed and these were handled promptly and professionally.

All good. People read these reviews to help guide them in their decision making to select. My experience with this company, time and time again has been very good. What stood out this time is my technician Jeff. Courteous, pragmatic, professionally friendly, competent. All the necessary traits you want in a tech. And as a company that is an amalgamation of at least three others I know of from years past all the pieces of a great group are there. Came for hvac annual check up. Heater was working, even have pictures from tech. He leaves. My family has been without heat since 12/28/21. My inducer motor has been disconnected. I contacted them. Was Told Manager would call back. NO Call yet. See in photos. Working fine! He turned it off, hasn't worked since he left.

Donnie was our technician. He was professional, thorough, and gave us all the information we needed to make the best possible informed decision on what to do about our OLD unit. We know LimRic will be fantastic to deal with for the new unit installation as well. So glad we found them. 11/17/21 New HVAC system has now been installed. LimRic was on time, did what they promised, professional, and friendly also!

We will be joining their Comfort System program to keep our new system in tip top shape. Thank you LimRic! 12/30/21 We had to move one of our water pipes in order to install a new bathroom vanity. I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the service call I scheduled on December 27, 2021. Brian H. was not only professional; he was also very knowledgeable in his position. He took his time and explained everything he was doing and explained further items that I should consider in keeping my HVAC system effective and efficient. Deandre M. was our technician and was on time, professional and polite. He possessed a wealth of knowledge about the systems he was servicing and very trustworthy. He went above and beyond to explain the service being performed, what he saw and what additional service could be needed in the future. He wasn't phased by our small dog constantly barking at him and went out of his way to carry on conversations with my 4-year old daughter. Would highly recommend him and Lim-Ric for service. Tommy and Clint were the technicians who responded to this service call. I called to initiate a service call and they were there within an hour and a half! They introduced themselves and were very neat and professional. They diagnosed the problem and informed me what it would cost prior to beginning any work. They completed the repair in a timely fashion and quality and thoroughness were excellent. Great job! I need to mention scheduling this repair was a breeze. Katelyn was very polite and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you all for a great experience!

Joshua was very nice and professional. Came in and got right to work. He told my husband about their program that you pay a little extra for. This service has them come out I believe twice a year and check everything. Don't know details as my husband was the one speaking with him. Our clog issues appear to be fixed. He said he was going to notify another tech(that has a camera) that can look through pipe to be sure everything is clear. They are coming out tomorrow at no extra cost. We would recommend them.

Very professional! I am a landlord managing rental units out of state, and used LimRic based off google reviews to repair one of my units water tanks. The company was extremely professional, went out to diagnose the issue within hours, and came back to fix the issue in a timely manner. Very affordable, tech Andrew was great and responsive. Purchased a condo with a 23-year-old HVAC system and water heater and was able to get a quote for replacement of inoperable equipment and new water heater for reliability sake. Katlyn Gregory was amazing. She provided me with a quote and was able to fit me in the same day for the new hot water heater installation. Shawn was the technician and showed up on time and completed the job perfectly. It was truly a pleasure to do business with LimRic Plumbing. I called 8 plumbers and only received quotes from two for the hot water heater.

The other one could not help me until two weeks from now and LimRic came through with a same day appointment and fabulous customer service. Thank you so much Katlyn and Shawn. I highly recommend them for hot water heater installation.

**Update** Almost 19-20 months later my $9,840.00 American Standard HVAC system is not working and will not blow cold air and the outside fan and compressor are screaming like the Loch Ness monster is chasing after them. LimRic themselves have done a good job all things considered and have attempted to accommodate me and my family one being a 10 month old who's now not sleeping well at night because it is VERY humid in the house.

One technician says "there's a leak in the coils" and another says "the TRV valve is bad" either way the coil has to be changed to the tune of $1,800.00 in labor. Thankfully they came way, way, way down on the price which I am VERY thankful for and I am currently waiting for my new part to arrive which hopefully will be any day now. 3 stars is for LimRic as their customer service is fine.

I dropped the other 2 stars due to American Standard which with a handy internet search revealed others in the same HOT boat as me. I know LimRic does not manufacture these HVAC systems but I personally feel like they should drop American Standard because in the end we the consumers get screwed out of A LOT of money which for me is very, very tight right now.

My husband called them mid November because our heat was not working. They came out on November 19th. They tested the thermostat and said it was not sending a signal to the unit and wanted to replace thermostat. When my husband discovered that the one they were replacing had batteries, he objected. The technician installed it anyway, stating it was the only one they had on the truck.

After the new the thermostat was installed, the unit still did not come on. The tech checked further and discovered it was a very inexpensive sensor. These run about $30 max for our unit. The total bill came to $315, of which $250 was the thermostat, which did not fix the problem. Amazon price on the thermostat - $40. When we called to complain, they said they would send someone out and replace the battery operated thermostat at no charge and replace it with one that does not require batteries.

I asked if we would receive a refund for the difference and they said we would. They did send someone else out and he did replace the thermostat and said that it was not as expensive as the other. This technician was courteous and knowledge. I found the replacement thermostat on Amazon for $16.01 from other sellers. When we called for the follow up, they said they were putting a check for $75 in the mail and we would be receiving a phone call.

We asked what the charge for the "Lim-Ric In House Warranty" was and I have not received an answer. We have yet to receive the check, and they have not returned any of our calls. We have used them before and have been satisfied, but we will not be using them again.

Make sure you get what you are quoted. They changed models on our condensers between our two quotes without telling us first and then back peddled and said they can't honor the first quote. As a military family that moves a lot, it's hard to find trust worthy companies. I will say our customer support lady was really nice and tried her best to help us.

But in the end we went with a different company. I hope this helps someone else that's going through this. Do research and dont believe all the bs they try to sell you on.

While under duress, LimRic Plumbing turned out to be my life saver! I had know them as an HVAC company up until this point. When a water line burst in my upstairs bathroom, flooding through to downstairs before getting it turned off, I contacted a company for which I had heard good things and came highly recommended by others who I knew personally and trusted. Well, their assessment was not incorrect.

From the beginning, the office staff member was very understanding and accommodating. I did not realize that they were a 24/7 operation and waited until around 7 am to make the call. I will remember this availability for future emergencies, God forbid. The service guy got to me right away. He made a quick assessment and based on my details provided to the receptionist earlier, he was able to make the repairs same day!

What a relief. This allowed me to focus on the clean up efforts. The final surprise was the bill. It was extremely reasonable under the circumstances, and they prioritized my job too. Will definitely recommend them and call on them if a future need arises.

After three calls for the same problem the best LimRic could do was recommend an entire new duct system for the 2nd floor of our home. After calling their 24 hour service six times on Sunday and getting no response we hired another contractor who put in a new thermostat in ten minutes. Can I give 0 stars?

After recommendations from several friends, we recently called Limric about a problem with our air conditioner. I was impressed from the moment I called. The man I talked with was very thorough in getting my information and asking about my problem. The technicians were on time, and after examining our (very old) unit, made great recommendations for solving our present problem and getting as much life out of it as possible, without pressuring us to commit to an expensive replacement. They gave us good information and allowed us to make an informed decision. We won't hesitate to call them again in the future.

So I called limric today to schedule a bid to replace my ac unit. The lady I spoke to was friendly and polite and told me she would have a guy call me to schedule the bid. He called and when I spoke with him he was friendly. As soon as I told him he would be bidding against other companies his attitude changed. I told him he would be bidding the job at the same time that another company would be and he got upset and said I can't do that, that it wasn't right.

I said he could come an hour earlier but I was pressed for time. He got nasty and tried giving me his sales speech about doing the job right blah blah blah. Then he got pissy and said he had enough work and didn't want to bid the job. I told him he was unprofessional and he hung up on me. I hate to give a bad review because of this ass but too bad limric, you need to hire better people!

Our A/C went out and we were scheduled the same day. He arrived 15 minutes early to our appointment and gave us a thorough consultation. He was not pushy or aggressive with his sales tactics. He even offered to have a window unit brought over to get us through until our new unit was installed.
