We recently had a major plumbing problem that required the services of a competent plumbing company. We called Clear Water and they rearranged their scheduling and came out the same day. Jacob discovered the problem and walked us through the repair process. They were totally booked for a few days before they could start the repairs.but they took the time and effort to engineer a way so we were not totally without water.

The repairs were very involved and handled masterfully.thanks to Shane, Matt, Vinnie and several others.we were up and running in a few days. We are so grateful to these guys! They were efficient and kept us updated on the repairs. We highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Evan & his Assistant Jason did a great job! They were dressed nice, & showed integrity. Although this visit was a routine visit to make sure everything was running properly they were very thorough! We like the fact of having what they call "Otter Club Membership " It's a low fee it comes with a Water Heater Flush, scope all the drains, and plumbing inspection on everything considered plumbing.

You should consider getting it if you don't already. It's a Great Value! These guys are too notch! You can't go wrong with any of the Plumbers in this team! Great Folks! Way to go Jeff & Amy for having these guys on your team!

Matt and Austin came out on the 12th to work on the laundry room (washer back up issues). Both were very professional and explained everything they were doing and what was going on, staying late and even working in the stormy weather and then the next day Chris and Austin came out to install clean outs and Chris walked me through everything they had done. Everyone was so nice and on the ball. It was a big job and I really appreciate all the work they put in

I just purchased one of Clearwater's whole house water softener salt-based systems that they just installed yesterday. Clearwater is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and friendly companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They take their time with the details and will send a picture and bio of the technicians that will handling your request.

I've never worked with a company that provided that level of detail. JR and his assistants came by to talk through the installation process, cost and left me with a few quote options to consider. They were on time and extremely knowledgeable. Their prices are competitive and their quality of work surpassed any other company I've worked with in the past. I recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing services and will definitely be using them again in the future.

From the moment I called to ask about services I had a great experience. The receptionist who answered was incredibly professional, patient, and kind! She is a huge reason why I decided to go with ClearWater - such great customer service! David H. came to install two toilets in my home - he was great! He explained everything to me, broke down the pricing, and did an excellent job! Very impressed with ClearWater!

I contacted ClearWater Plumbers after my plumbing system became clogged. I found them on Google. From the first contact they were professional and seemed interested in helping to solve my problem. Excellent customer service. My technician, Gary A, was the sweetest and most considerate plumber. He was extra careful when handling doors, always polite, and let me fully explain the issue before giving his expertise.

He even wore a mask the entire time. He was also incredibly thorough by checking the front AND the back for clean outs and testing the plumbing before he left. I work from home and was in the middle of a meeting but he was so patient. I kept apologizing because my two dogs were barking while the was talking and he never complained. He even offered to check my water heater, explained the way my plumbing system worked and discussed possible replacements for my low flow toilets. If ever I need plumbing service again I will be requesting him. I'm so thankful I found this place.

Clear Water Plumbers has provided us with service on a couple of projects. Our Tech was Evan D on both of these projects and he did a great job. He was extremely respectful and professional the entire time on the job. He cleaned up after completing the project and explained all the details to us. Brian (BK) came out to look at our water softener. We had noticed a slight decrease in its performance. He came on time and was very friendly and professional looking at the entire system until he was satisfied that the no more additional tweaking was necessary. He explained everything he was doing and provided some additional tips to help in the future. We have always had good service and this was no exception. I highly recommend Clearwater Plumbing.

After an absolutely terrible experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing services, I was put in touch with ClearWater Plumbers. I called and they scheduled me for the next day between 11am-1pm. Master plumber Brian K called me at 10:55am to let me know he was on the way and by 11:30am he was on site. At around noon he confirmed where the leak was and answered all my questions about the necessary repair.

I agreed to the repair quote (which was drastically different than what the other plumbing company wanted to do) and by 2pm the repair was completed and water restored to the house. Brian did an amazing job and I would recommend ClearWater Plumbing to any one. If you're on the fence, just give them a call. Do NOT call or trust any big corporation company with a "free" estimate. Nearly lost thousands of dollars and they were no where near the real issue. Just call ClearWater, they will be honest with you.

We have used ClearWater Plumbers for years now, at two different homes and they have always been easy to schedule with quick appointment times. The work is always quality and it gets the job done. We had a gas leak during last years crazy winter storm and their team was able to almost immediately figure out how to get it taken care of and have our heat back on. Nate in particular has been to our home multiple times.

He is friendly and professional and clearly knows what he is doing. Before making any repairs he explains the problem, what the repair will be and what cost to expect. Highly recommend this company. Also recommend joining the Otter members club for discounts and priority scheduling.

Gary A came out to our house today to unclog the main sewer drain. Of course you never want to call a plumber but after being put off for 2 days by another company we called Clearwater and I am SO glad that we did. First off we were constantly kept updated on when the Tech would be out and my husband even commented on how nice the ladies in the office were that answered our call. Gary came out the next morning and It was such a great experience.

The price was super reasonable and no unexpected fees. Gary was extremely nice and very clear on exactly what was wrong. We will definitely call Clearwater in the future and recommend them to anyone who may need their services.

I called to preemptively replace a hot water heater that was getting close to its last days. I was able to schedule a non-emergency appointment in less than a week. The tech, Potter was exceptional. He was fast, helped me understand what was involved with the installation and gave me options! After a few hours the water hadn't gotten hot again. I called the office and Potter was back out to check on the heater yet that evening (5pm on a Friday!).

He was able to determine that the internal thermostat wasn't working and quickly replaced it. I was so thankful he was able to come back same day. Very please with the service all around.

I received exceptional service from ClearWater Plumbers today. David and Austin fixed my leaking toilet. They arrived on time, were professional and courteous. David and Austin explained every step of the repair and left the bathroom clean. The Service Club Membership (Otter Club) is a great value. They will explain the process as they do an inspection of your sewer line, hot water heater and plumbing fixtures. I highly recommend ClearWater Plumbers and always ask for David and Austin. Clear Water has been my go to plumbing company for a few years now. They are one of the few trustworthy plumbing companies in my area. They don't fabricate issues to make a quick buck and the work they perform is high quality and reasonably priced. Today David H. stopped by for an annual inspection and water heater flush. One of the perks for joining their club.

I was very pleased with how thorough and knowledgeable he was. He walked me through my entire plumbing line and took the time to explain how everything worked. I really appreciate you sharing your expertise David, thanks again.

Bill and Cameron were friendly & helpful in decision I needed to make to replace my water heater & bring the installation up to code.

The team at ClearWater Plumbers is a dream to work with. They came in with 2 guys, listened to me explain our problem and went straight to trouble shooting the problem. He had to get under our house, which required them moving some drawers and shelves out of our closet to access the crawl space; they carefully removed the items and put them back as before.

Brian K. did a fabulous job! Very friendly, on-time, clean, quick and explained the entire process/potential costs to me before he started. We plan to use them again if we have any future issues or if we decide to put in a reverse osmosis system (which I didn't know they installed until Brian informed me of that).

We called Clearwater to get advise and help with our fireplace starter. Jeremy spoke with us over the phone, listened to what we wanted to do and brainstormed with us on what might work. When Jeremy and Matthew arrived, they were able to construct a fireplace starter the way we envisioned.

Paul came over to check a water leak near our outside faucet. He did a very thorough check, looking where the water manifested outside, had to cut some holes in the wall, but found the source to be a pipe behind the fridge pinched at the foundation.
