Capital City Garage Doors

I backed into my garage door and knocked everything off track and bent it up pretty good. The owner that usually stays in the office came over in less than 30 mins to my house. He said he usually doesn't do the service calls but because his son was busy and I was close he came by. He fixed my door in 15mins. When I asked him how much I owed he said 20 dollars.

I was super surprised to have someone show up so quick, fix my issues and charge me nothing. This kind of experience is what makes me shop local and support small businesses like this. If they are willing to help someone so honestly like this and not charge a huge service fee, that to me means that this is the kind of business and people I want to do business with. He also gave me a extremely good price on a new replacement panel that included installation. I highly recommend these guys!

Holy cow, these guys are good! Six months ago I had a professional out to fix my garage tske barn doors in Carpenter, Wy, and they came out twice and didn't get the problem fixed. It took them two weeks to get here and they canceled twice. With Capitol, they made it a point to get here on the day I called, and fixed everything and then some! Great service, great value, and I'm so happy.

I called a number of businesses who (understandably) were unable to come fix a garage door spring on short notice, but Capital City Garage Doors said they could drop by quickly. The gentleman was super kind and friendly and incredibly quick. He also answered a few questions about the longevity of my opener and his price was very reasonable.

He was quick and did a wonderful job. I was able to repair it rather than have to replace the entire door. He suggested the repair rather than a new one. How refreshing!

Our house was hit hard by hail as were 100’s maybe 1000’s!! We were going to replace with brand that was here when we purchased. Reviews were terrible. The only place that had good reviews were Capital City! Called came out that day, with in day we had estimate. Shortly after claim was settled, our doors are installed. Best job ever. I called Capital City Doors at 8 this morning as my cable had snapped and I couldn't get my door up. Marlin came right out, replaced the cable and did normal maintenance on my door and springs. He was kind and courteous and did a fantastic job! THANK YOU!
