I cannot say enough positive things about Brenneco Plumbing. They have responded quickly when we woke up to a semi flooded basement, a random leak into our basement and installed piping to change an electric range to propane. Everyone we have worked with has been a pleasure to work with! Our oven pretty much stopped working before the holidays and they worked really hard to ensure the positioning of the stove and new pipe would work with our kitchen and got us scheduled to "make sure we would have an oven for the holidays." We will absolutely call again when we need more help.

We were having trouble with out hot water heater. Another company was encouraging us to replace it with a tankless hot water heater, but the guy from Brenneco explained to us why that wouldn't be a good fit for our current plumbing. He seemed much more knowledgeable than the guys from the other company. We saved thousands of dollars by going with a standard 50 gallon hot water heater instead, and are very happy with the hot water heater Brenneco installed.

As the GM for a campus bar and grill, we have used Brenneco exclusively ever since a bathroom remodel 4 years ago. Our calls are always answered promptly with a helpful and friendly voice. We've never had to wait more than a few days for a non-essential repair (sooner if requested) and they've been out immediately to assist us with emergencies. Needed a repair on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend. Made a call and the staff was so nice and helpful and got me help in 30 minutes. Mike was the nicest and fixed my issue quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Brenneco, and particularly Eric, did an outstanding job for us on a very challenging project. Our house was built in 1920, and the upstairs plumbing was installed in 1948; it was old cast iron and galvanized. We did the demolition down to the studs and needed all of the plumbing down through the soil stack replaced with PVC. The old plumbing was a bit of a "hack" job through 2x8 joists and it looked almost impossible to upgrade and replace with proper drains and source lines.

Brenneco was the only provider who was willing to take on the job and replace all of the old pipes. Eric was able to pull it off in 2 days.

The work was very high quality. Eric was fastidious in keeping the job site clean (which wasn't easy with all the plaster mess and busting through a chase), had good suggestions and instilled great confidence that he could make this all work and work well. In addition, Eric is just a truly good guy who was a pleasure to work with and have on the job.

He is clearly very experienced and dedicated and I promise you, if you have a plumbing project you will be happy with the value you get from Brenneco. They also did our hot water heater last fall and we had a very similar experience. These guys are definitely our "go-to" plumbers.

Eric is the man! Fixed a leak in our ceiling and replaced our very old water heater. Saved us a ton of money as we were saving for a tankless and his comments about them caused me to research tankless vs normal water heaters. Realized a tankless would not suit our needs as much as a normal.

I've had Brenneco work on two of my houses now. I find that they aren't the cheapest, but they are certainly the best. I don't mind paying a little more for talented craftsman that care about my home like it's their own.
