I had a Generac generator installed March 2021 and worked with Roger and was very pleased at the thoroughness and level of professionalism. I got a call to schedule annual service today and they said $345 which sounded very high. I called the other company I had considered purchasing from and they were $195-HUGE DIFFERENCE! I called Captain Electric back and they answered by another name and said they purchased them. I am assuming the new company is price gouging past customers so beware!

Marcos redid the electrical for our entire house. He did a fantastic job! We could not recommend him enough. He went above and beyond - made suggestions for things we should change (we have been living here for 4 months and those suggestions were spot on), and even came back to help with a few issues the same day we called. We worked with a contractor to get a new garage going on our property. After we signed everything, we found out that we needed to move our main power source coming into the home since it interfered with the location of the garage. Unfortunately the construction dates were already set, so we needed somebody to help us with this project fast. Could not have asked for a better group to come out and help.

They knew that because of my ignorance about how everything works I'd put us under a hellish timeline, and they still delivered. The project was harder than anticipated, but they worked with both the city and our local electricity provider to complete everything on time. They removed such a burden from me to get it all done. Would love to have them back any time I need electrical work done. They went above and beyond anything I anticipated. They were transparent and professional in everything that was happening. A huge thank you to everyone involved!

Had work done last year and something in the system stopped working. Captain electric was fast to respond and repaired the issue for free under their workmanship warranty. Their price last year was fair and the invoice was provided immediately. If you have not considered them for your electrical needs, you should! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They were able to schedule me for a new panel and outside electric box very quickly and I loved that they offered a financing option! However, they didn't tell me when my set appointment was until the day before, so it was a tough situation with work, but they did a great job.

We hired Captain Electric to add an AC outlet above our mantle so we could wall-mount our TV. They replied promptly and gave us a quote and answered some questions via the messenger. I have had such a great customer experience with Joe at Captain Electric that I had to write a review to let people know. First off, he was at my place when he said he would be. Next, he did what he said he would do with care and craftsmanship in the timeframe we agreed upon. And lastly, he charged what he said he would charge. I had an outlet in the garage that kept making the gfci outlet stop the electricity to that outlet. My freezer was plugged into that outlet, so I needed to get it fixed. Marco and discussed several options and I chose the most expensive. It turned out that he didn't need to run the wires from the basement to the garage and was able to solve the problem and save me money too.

MARCO was fantastic! He was respectful, punctual, and got the job done right. We needed some breakers replaced, he researched what would be best for our home, worked efficiently and was pleasant throughout the process. We hired Captain Electric to install a whole house Generac generator. Joe was honest and was very quick to respond to our inquiries. He was prompt and thorough and also installed a whole house surge protector. Every person from the company who worked at our home was professional and courteous. They explained everything and answered all our questions. They're very honest and we love our generator!

It works like a charm. Does a self-check once a week and notifies us by text. We've had three power outages in the 6 months we've had the generator. None of them terribly significant and we've been home for all three and loved seeing our power flick off and then 30 seconds later, come on again with the generator powering things. Peace of mind when we go on trips. We'll continue to call on Captain Electric for our electrical needs!

I would like to Thank Joe and Marcos for a job well done when installing my Synergy 20KW Generator. The needed Permits were pulled and included in the price and were followed up by the city and Gas company. I feel very confident no issues in the future will arise because of the install not meeting code in my area.

I recently asked for a quote to wire a new hot tub. The initial quote was $2300 and involved ripping apart quite a bit of my property. I offered the solution of suspending the wire from the house to the detached garage and didn't get a quote on the demolition free option. I then just asked to have it put in the cheapest location right next to the panel and that was $1200.

When I sent them away, they called back and said they could do $700. The second electrician I called quoted me $298 and did a timely and excellent job. Captain Electric also tried to upwell me on adding new panels making changes to electric panel inside the house which had nothing to do with the hot tub and I said "no". So none of this work was in the numbers above. Finally, they put a big sticker in my panel with their phone number so in an emergency they would be the first name i saw.

Excellent service! In particular, Marcos was very capable and provided excellent service. We have used Captain Electric twice now for unrelated wiring problems in our old home, and have been pleased with the results.
