Rapid Locksmith Solutions provided a new key fob and programmed it for my car. The ones that I had were not working properly even with a new battery. He had my key fob in stock for my Cadillac, which I would have had to order online otherwise. He was also able to program the new key fob SUPER quick. Yan was so friendly and helpful. This place is listed above every mailbox in my apartment building as our complex's emergency after hours locksmith. The complex is run by Reichle Klein, one of the largest rental management companies in the region, so it seems likely they contract with this business to be listed as the emergency after hours locksmith for the complex. When I called after hours on a Saturday at 8:00, they said they will not send people out at that time.

Why is this business contracting with residential businesses if they do not plan to fulfill their duty? When this place did not show up, I was only able to find one other locksmith in the area. Stop allowing your number to be listed as an emergency locksmith if you do not intend to follow through such service. I have been staring at your number in the hall for three years with a false sense of security and the one time I needed assistance, you simply said no. Very unreliable.

My key broke off in the ignition. I had no spare key. Yan got the broken piece out and managed to make a new working key. Yan was great! Amazing service! Thanks again!

We were very pleased with the service from this company! The locksmith was on time and extremely professional. He was able to repair our door lock and save us lots of money. He went above and beyond to even repair the hinges on the door and adjust the door stop. His attention to detail was meticulous and he gave great advice on how to smart lock our home in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Yan is the man! I over cranked the quick release on my Yakima / Thule / rocky mount rack lock. Yan took the time to diagnose and gently assess the issue. This lock was extremely jammed due to my own user error. Within minutes Yan was able to get the lock back in working order. Feeling very luck right now! After the lock was fixed he went around and sprayed pro-grade lubricant in the 11 other locks. Above and beyond! Very fair pricing for meeting us on a holiday (4th of July)! He even gave us some great tips for our cycling trip in the U.P. What a great guy!

I had a keyless entry and chipped key programmed and the key cut but my key was not the right key that was given to me when I purchased the car but the gentleman worked hard to get it cut for me. I highly recommend this company.
