Eric Welch Painting

Emailed for a quote, never heard back after 3 weeks. Not a great way to run a business. At least let someone know that you are busy and unable to respond to their request within 24-48 hours.

We recently hired Eric to paint our house and detached garage. We have an older house and it was difficult to find a painter who could work with peeling lead paint, so we ended up going with Eric because he's certified to do that. Lindsey, who was the associate who was assigned to our project, was absolutely amazing. We had a ton of peeling and cracked paint and, frankly, weren't that optimistic about how the finished product would look.

But he did such an amazing job sanding and prepping that the end result is stunning. We were also appreciative of how punctual and hardworking Lindsey was. He showed up on time every day and worked well into the evening. We had a terrible heatwave in the middle of our project and that didn't slow him down a bit. He was also very careful about protecting all the plants we have around our foundation.

He communicated with us constantly about what he was doing and did a thorough walk around with us at the end of the job to make sure we were happy with everything. We would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, but particularly people with older houses that need al little extra TLC.

Eric is a really nice, smart, experienced guy -- he helped me figure out what I did and didn't need done, and worked me into his scheduled on a short time frame so I could get my house listed. His crew works hard, is polite, and cleaned up before they left each day. And the house looks beautiful. Can't recommend more highly!

I was very pleased with the work of Eric and his team in painting the exterior of our 1930s house. Both Eric and his team were great with communication during the process. The quality of the paint job is excellent and they did a great job of containing the mess and cleaning up at the end of each day. I also really appreciated the extra care that they took with the neighbor's plants. I would recommend Eric and his team to anyone considering painting their house.

We loved working with Eric and his team! Eric was incredibly thoughtful and flexible during the estimate. He also had great communication throughout the job (and in the lead up to it). Lindsey managed our project and was so cool and easy to work with - he was always quick to respond and very helpful. Omar also worked on the house and did a fabulous job.

I highly recommend Eric for house painting jobs. Eric is very reliable, thorough, listens well, and easy to communicate with. He has a broad base of practical knowledge regarding preparation for painting and painting your home. Eric works neatly and cleans the job site thoroughly. He just finished painting the outside of our home and it looks fabulous! We are really happy with it.

Eric and his crew did a really nice job on our house, replacing rotted wood where necessary, restoring where appropriate. I told him from the start that I cared most about quality and that I knew that wouldn't be cheap. But I also didn't want to feel like we were spending stupidly. He understood that and took it to heart. His father is a carpenter. -- they're an east side family -- whom we hired to fix some of the badly rotted wood.

He did a great job as well. Eric is fair, responsive, accountable and transparent in all things. He used highest quality materials and made sure we were happy. I highly recommend him and his company.

We had a few estimates for our job, and Eric's estimate was within the average if not below. I feel very confident that he has done a better job painting our home than any other company or individual you could find. My husband and I will use Eric as a future house painter (inside) when we are ready for that job, and we will recommend Eric to any family or friends.

We are very happy with Eric and his crew. They painted our entire condominium with great attention to detail in the prep, painting, and cleanup. Highly recommended!

I really can't say enough about the quality of work Eric and his crew did. Absolutely top notch! I would recommend them without hesitation. Great price for the quality of work done compared to other bids. Nice, friendly workers who cleaned up after themselves daily. Good communication as the job progressed. Over-the-top service in terms of willingness to add on additional needed repairs -- and great value in doing so.

Even re-hung mailbox and other things that I'd thought would be my responsibility. There really is no choice, in my view. But get your request in early, they're busy! Oh, and my house was in BAD shape, so they had their work cut out for them.

Eric and his team did an excellent job painting the exterior of our 1912 Arts and Crafts home. They did a quality job in a very timely manner. They were at our house early in the morning and stayed late into the evening. Eric was very patient with our delays and construction on our street. Eric, Mike and the rest of the crew did outstanding work painting the exterior of my old house which had a lot of peeling and chipping lead based paint. Using quality products and fine craftsmanship they brought my 1922 bungalow back to its original glory. I found them to be knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. I asked them to do some needed repairs on the siding and eaves and Sam, the carpenter fixed and matched things perfectly.

I really liked that they respectful of my neighbors' adjoining properties. They completely cleaned up the yard and driveway at the end of each day. We had an awesome experience with Eric and his team painting the exterior of our house. I thought they gave a really fair estimate and listened to what we were looking for. Our paint at first was not quite the color we thought it would be when Eric did a sample paint.

Eric and his crew are wonderful! They painted three rooms and a hallway in our house, and the end results are stunning. I needed a touch-up from a problem caused by a previous painter, and Eric came back within a couple of days to do it. They are polite, courteous, and very hard-working.
