After a bad service experience with ADT, I found Smith Monitoring on the internet. They provided next day service to convert my alarm system and had it up and running in no time. The technician was prompt, friendly and really knew what he was doing. He even repaired the broken siren that had been installed by the other company for no charge.

My experience with Smith has been wonderful so far. The installer that installed my system was very courteous, and even cleaned up the mess when he was done! Every time I accidentally set my alarm off, they call me quickly to make sure that I am alright. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a security system for their house.
