Recently replaced all windows in my home. The experience with Windows, Doors, and More was the best across all 4 vendors that I contacted when beginning the project. Todd, the owner, was very upfront about my options and the pros and cons of his installation versus other vendors along with clear pricing. After choosing them, updates on scheduling were frequent allowing us to prepare for the work accordingly.

The installation crew was very thorough in covering surfaces to minimize mess and disruption. They worked fast and efficiently cleaning up well at the end of each work day. The final installation looks great and is a huge upgrade to the house. I've already recommended Windows, Doors, and More to multiple friends.

I hate leaving negative reviews but they earned it! Couldn't even get a quote. They responded to emails and phone calls occasionally but never followed through with anything they said. I had to constantly follow up. They clearly did not care about my project or earning my business. So frustrating! Todd specifically was incredibly unhelpful and uninterested in finishing my quote.

Just had 20 windows and two patio doors replaced, frames and all. It was a one-week job for a crew of four. They worked very efficiently but with great workmanship and attention to detail, and they took great care to clean everything up at the end of each day. Everything looks really nice. The windows are OKNA and they are terrific. The price was very reasonable. I recommend WD&M without hesitation. Some of my neighbors have used them as well and were also very satisfied.

I can't recommend these guys enough. They just replaced two large three panel patio doors at my house that had rotted. Since the doors weren't a standard size and I didn't want to pay for a fully custom crafted door we ended up going with a standard sized sliding glass door replacement. Unfortunately, the sliding glass doors were quite a bit smaller (though more window area!) in width but also smaller depth so they had to do quite a bit of work to get everything to line back up with the original door positioning to avoid having to redo drywall and base boards and to cover the gap between the doors and the flooring.

The crew talked me through my options and listened to my concerns about the options and I think they came up with a solution that looks very natural and looks like the other doors and windows. They are definitely going to be the only company I use in the future for windows and doors.

Todd Gillespie's crew is top notch. They replaced 14 windows in our home with full frame Okna windows and installed one storm door. Excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, great work ethic, and really good with the clients - answering our questions professionally and politely. The cleanup inside and outside our home before they went home each day was quite thorough. They even washed the new windows making them sparkle before they left the final day. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and work.

We are so pleased with the experience of working with these guys and love the end result! We had full-frame window replacements done to all the original windows in our 1970 ranch home. Todd helped us choose the right windows and made some great suggestions based on his experience. They were all spot on. His crew is fantastic! I found the choice of new windows to be daunting. I liked that the owner, Todd, had a lot of different choices and gave me options that would fit my situation best. I also felt that his price was fair value for the job. The crew was outstanding. They were on time, very skilled at their roles, and cleaned up daily. They were easy to work with, courteous, and went above and beyond in several situations. I couldn't have asked for more.

Todd's crew did an excellent job installing 2 windows for us. These were not replacement windows. We had these installed on a side of the house without any windows. The crew was on time both days. They were very professional, answered all of our questions. From replacing the siding to matching the indoor trim to our other windows the craftsmanship was excellent. Would definitely use them again.

Todd and the crew were great. I needed to replace my back porch door. Very reasonable pricing, got the door in short order and installed it while I wasn't home. Sent me pics of the finished products and even let my dogs out to go to the bathroom, above and beyond! Can't recommend enough.

We purchased our home's windows and one of its doors from Todd's company. We found them to be excellent craftsmen, dependable, and great to have replace the builder's windows in our home with very high quality "new construction" zero maintenance windows rather than pocket windows which would have diminished our home's views. I highly recommend Todd's company.

Their price was very competitive, not even close to the most expensive, but certainly not the cheapest. Buy once, cry once. One of the window companies he represents was the only one we found (we looked at many) that offered colored vinyl extrusions where we could have white on the inside and a tan color outside (never needs to be painted, even if surface is scratched).

Lifetime warranty too! We recently hired him and his team for more work, replacing the screens with windows on our screened porch (no more cleaning up pine pollen). We had them add a custom bar top along the window sills. It looks great and is a wonderful way to enjoy the view of our back yard, even if it is raining or in the winter. Call him, you will be happy you did.

Couldn't have gone better. Excellent in all respects. I got a total of five estimates for this major project on a high-end home, one was much higher, one was much lower, their's was in the middle with two others. What I got for my money was a really high quality group of finish carpenters who not only installed quality windows as promised, but did the trim-finish work to make this into a truly beautiful three season outdoor room.

The owner of the company Todd personally visited my home twice in the initial estimating process and gave me clear information and good suggestions. They started when promised, the crew showed up every day on time, Rob & Dan were a pleasure to work with. They understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish and exceeded my expectations. There was no hidden 'extras', no games, no gimmicks. I couldn't recommend them more highly, would gladly hire them again for any window - door project.

Windows, Doors & More very recently completed replacement of all 29 casement windows in our home. This was obviously quite a big undertaking, but from the initial contact with the company, to getting a quote, to the final job clean-up, we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. To start, Todd Gillespie, the owner, clearly and honestly explained our options.

After quite a bit of research prior to contacting any window provider, we determined that vinyl windows were the way to go. Without any pressure to do one thing or another, Todd helped us understand why full-frame replacement was the sensible choice given the condition of our existing windows and our intent to stay in the house for many years to come.

He then guided us through a value-based decision-making process for brand and options selection. We were, of course, justifiably concerned about the cost of such a project and the potential disruption and mess it might entail; however, we found the price to be quite reasonable for the magnitude of the job (and especially compared to several other quotes we received for similar/identical work), and Todd assured us that he had a trusted and experienced crew who would not disappoint us with their workmanship and care.

It was the latter that really sealed the deal for us, and we were truly delighted at how efficiently and effectively the installation went forward. The crew was at our home right on time every morning, and labored dutifully throughout the day. Each old window was removed with minimal fuss, and the new window was installed and cleaned, along with the surrounding area.

There were no issues with damage to other parts of the house or to the exterior landscaping. At completion, everything looked great. Other than still having window coverings down and some furniture out of place to enable the interior finishing, it was hard to tell what had been going on in the days prior. We love our beautiful new windows.

I called Todd in the midst of dealing with a window installation problem involving a DIFFERENT company. I found Windows, Doors & More Inc through an online search, and found his website very informative. I called for advice, and even though it was an "out of area" call, he was more than willing to take time to talk with me, and even sent an email with pictures to help me work through my problem with my installer.

Hi Todd, We would like to thank you once more for the great job, converting our screened porch to a year-round sunroom. It has become the most loved room of the house. We love the tiled floor and the windowsills with the painted Mexican tiles. The finished project turned out exactly like we imagined it.

This was no small job in that the overhang ran for 65 feet and we did not want any support posts on the deck. Todd made several excellent suggestions on design and completed the job within a week. His attention to detail and engineering of the overhang was super. Todd's whole crew were skilled workers with very pleasant attitudes. They cleaned up all materials and tools at the end of each day and were prompt on starting and ending times.

The overhang turned out even better than we imagined. We are very pleased with Todd's work and vision and wholeheartedly recommend him for your home improvement projects!

We had a wonderful experience with your company. It is very hard to find trustworthy, qualified contractors today. Mr. Todd Gillespie is one of the few qualified craftsmen and his crew is learning the craft. The whole phase of the project was smooth. The house was clean every night; we did not know house was in a repair phase.

Todd and his team have a reputation for high quality craftsmanship. The quality of their work definitely supports this. They do all the work themselves and so can ensure that the quality of the work is very high. We also chose Windows, Doors & More because they offered full frame replacement windows rather than just pocket replacement of the windows.

This gave us more square footage of glass which doesn't restrict the view like pocket windows do. Full frame replacement also allowed us to improve the insulation of the window frame. We were very pleased at how reasonable the cost for full frame replace was relative to pocket windows given the higher quality product and the amount of additional labor required to do the higher quality installation.

We have been thrilled with the quality of the windows, the meticulousness and craftsmanship of the installation and the expansive view through the windows. It's obvious from the carpentry work that Todd and his team take great pride in craftsmanship. They custom worked a cherry trim for the window in our kitchen. It looks beautiful. The exterior trim work also looks great. Todd and his team were very professional and helpful throughout the project. We are very happy with the look of the new windows, doors and trim on the inside and outside of the house.
